Hi – I added an image block to the home page (it’s the book giveaway image for BEHIND EVERY GOOD MAN) – https://50plus-today.com/ – have added the image link in the tag/div editor multiple times, but once I save it, the link disappears. Do you know what the problem might be and how I can fix? Thank you

Awesome ! Thank you so much for the very detailed response.
Still a question : I managed to fix everything on the mobile, except the menu :

I have added a mobile menu into my mobile responsive version of my homepage. Yet, when I fix a target menu, the menu will not open. Any idea on that ?
Thank you so much for your help 🙂
Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please disable it.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Dear support team,
I’m using the newspaper theme and I have a weird behavior on my homepage, whether I display the homepage on a laptop or on a mobile device.
– On my mobile, the homepage looks like this : https://imgur.com/IMuGKrr
– On my laptop, the homepage lloks like this : https://imgur.com/MHJEjgE
As you can guess, I need to have my homepage look like the version on the laptop.
Is there a setting that I’ve missed ? I do not want to have a different homepage on mobile and laptop
Thanks a lot,
Emma
Hey @Anamaria,
I have, but it is not helping to add that to the page (set as modal) header.
I have also created a mobile-page for the homepage and added a separate header to that, but it doesn’t display there either.
The only way I can get the popup sign in to work is by switching on mobile menu from the theme panel — but I don’t like that layout as I cannot customise it.
Hiya,
After a bit of help please.
Currently seeing my site homepage – https://www.thexboxhub.com/ – being forced on desktop in mobile design to visitors.
Seems to be fine for anyone logged in, but shows as mobile to those not.
Any ideas please?
Thanks.
Hi, Whenever I am downloading Default RTL pro header menu into the website, there is a huge empty space between the main menu+search and the 1st fold element on the homepage or posts which I want to show to my users. I have also added the column setting screenshot which is default by the template. If I am turning the layout off, then this issue gets resolved but this is causing the search bar as well as main menu to misalign.

Hi,
I’m using the Interior Designer template – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_interior_designer_pro/
I don’t want to use 2 headers templates, so i’ve changed to only one.
The problem is that my homepage starts from the very top of the page and goes under the header section. How do i change this? I think i’m missing something here.
Waiting for your reply,
Thank you

I have created a nice homepage with ‘Cloud Templates,’ but when I activate the ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme,’ it doesn’t work on mobile devices. Can I use this homepage and have the articles display with the ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’ instead?

I am having issues when trying to load a homepage and page template. I was able to get one template loaded a few weeks ago but I am having issues now. Every time I try to load one it says. One of the images failed to upload. I don’t see a way to add the picture here.
Hello Zdenko!
You can increase the PHP, WordPress and the theme version.
Make sure you use the same global header on the homepage as in the single template and not a default header that can not be edited with the tagdiv Composer.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!

Hey –
Our ads aren’t displaying on the homepage mobile experience. We’ve followed all recommended AD display rules from your documentation – yet – the code is showing a display: none on mobile. This is eating at our ad revenue.

Hello. I have a problem with newspaper. The site doesn’t look alike on view on pc when editing homepage. It looks like it is loading from site defaults, from newspaper theme and the tagdiv doesn’t change anything on mobile. I don’t use JetPack, so this isn’t a problem.
Plugins I use:
– All in one seo
– AMP
– Classic editor
– Elementor
– Essential addons for elementor
– EWWW Image optimizer
– Copy and delete posts
– max mega menu
– nitropack
– premium addons for elementor
– royal elementor addons
– simple local avatars
– sitekit google
– snippet shortcodes
– tagdiv cloud library
– tagdiv composer
– tagdiv mobile theme
– tagdiv newsletter
– tagdiv opt-in builder
– tagdiv shop
– tagdiv social counter
– tagdiv standard pack
– wp statistics
– translatepress
– wpcode lite
– wpdatatables
I tried to on/off NitroPack, but still this didn’t worked.
URL of the site: https://superiongg.pl
How do I delete a row? Previously, there was a ‘delete’ option at the bottom, but now how can I delete it? I mean row > column.
I have created a cloud for the homepage, and I can’t delete some rows that I don’t want to appear.
How can I make my website lightweight enough to appear on Discover? I know it’s not just about being lightweight, but if we assume that’s a basic requirement, what should I avoid from NewspaperRQ?

Thanks for the check.
The problem occurs a few times and the same thing also happens on the mobile homepage, created by me. But I don’t understand the reason.
For example, this is the incorrect display of an article from mobile (IOS iPhone). Where the header changes:
Here is the exact visualization of what it should look like:
It seems that the theme, from desktop and from mobile, does not work correctly.
