Keep running into issues left and right and it’s very frustrating!
I just noticed that when I load the desktop version of my site with my account logged out (in a different browser) the header is all messed up, the homepage looks nothing like what it’s supposed to, and it’s displaying the mobile footer for some reason. Yet when I load it with my admin account logged in it loads perfectly.
When I load it logged out in another browser it looks like this:

But for whatever reason the Opinion page loads perfectly, even when logged out on another browser.

And as I mentioned, I have no issues when logged in, as you can see below.

I even tried uninstalling WP rocket and using FlyingPress with the same result. Please help!
I use WP rocket but I’ve had it disabled while I’ve been working on the site.
And this is really strange but for some reason today the mobile version seems to be loading correctly (and it wasn’t loading correctly yesterday). And I haven’t changed anything at all since then. So, my concern now is that this issue happens again in the future.
What was happening yesterday is that the phone viewport seen here:

was what was loading when I loaded the homepage on my phone with my wordpress account logged out.
And as you can see below, the mobile page I created is clearly selected under the mobile page dropdown.

Here’s a screenshot of the mobile page I created (what should be showing up on mobile), which is what was showing up with my wordpress account signed in:

Hello,
I noticed that you had the mobile theme plugin activated, so it probably looked something like this -> https://i.imgur.com/xEXlis9.png . It’s a simple version. If you want to use mobile pages and templates, then you shouldn’t have the mobile theme plugin activated as it is now. Also, if the mobile version of the page was responsive, it means that the cache plugin doesn’t have an option for mobile. I searched for it but couldn’t find it. It would help if you could provide screenshots related to this issue.
Regarding the problem you mentioned about the homepage and categories page, could you please elaborate on the issue “When I created the homepage, the categories page didn’t appear on the mobile phone. So, I created the categories page, and then the homepage no longer appeared correctly.” Could you clarify the problem?
As for the mobile menu, it’s recommended to use the Mobile horizontal menu instead of the Header main menu, which is intended for desktops and tablets.
Thank you!
Hello respected customer services
I encountered many problems with the mobile version
I don’t know how to put it here in short
When I write my problems clearly and concisely and wait for 24 hours, I expect that my problems will be solved in a satisfactory manner, and I find solution responses in the application on my website directly with video, and the response is in the form of clear and detailed steps, and I am not referred to the documentation pages.
When I created the home page, the categories page did not appear on the mobile phone. So I created the categories page, and then the home page no longer appeared correctly.
My solution was to save it again, i.e. Home Page, and I do not know whether this is a solution or what
The homepage page changes from time to time, every time I find a copy of it, and many times the images do not appear when I enter from my mobile phone.
I must know what these problems mean and have them solved
Does creating a page in the mobile version mean that the rest of the pages will not appear until copies of it are created or what?!!!
Now, I did not create a mobile version of the internal post page. Do I have to do that so that it appears on mobile, or do desktop pages optimized for mobile appear automatically, so to speak?
There is ambiguity in these details and the documents are similar to marketing advertisements
There is a final note here, which is the wasted titles. When you click on them again, the menu does not close, and this is annoying for the user and not good.

I created a seperate mobile version for my homepage and it shows up as the mobile version under pages in wp-admin but when I load my site on mobile it’s not loading the mobile page that I designed.
When I’m logged into my admin account it loads the correct mobile version but when it’s not logged in it doesn’t load it for whatever reason. Please help!

Hello,
I recommend installing only design of the prebuilt website and after it will show your content https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
– If you install with content, it will import demo posts, menus, logos, categories, the homepage, custom design where available, theme panel settings.
– If you install without content, it will import only the design and theme panel settings.
Thank you!
Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please deactivate it.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Hello @nicolinoc !
Please check if there is a menu selected for the header main menu element in the tagdiv composer. Edit the homepage with the tagdiv composer, click on the menu element or add it again, select a menu, press save, and view the changes.
Thank you!
I’m using a Newspaper theme version 12.6.3 with Style PRO prebuild site from cloud.
Is there a possibility to override totally or partially the category template parts or maybe use some Tagdiv Composer php block?
I don’t want to use standard pack because its not so good for SEO/Speed.
What I want to do is:
1 – First show subcategories of actual category with title and background of each subcategory in one module, similar what I have with posts on homepage but with subcategories of actual category: rometm.com
2 – Next behind this module I will show top posts of actual category featured by my own criteria
I’m not asking for help with code implementation, just explaining what I want to do. So you can advise me the best options to override this parts.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
As I deactivated all the plugins and only kept Newspaper theme without this solving the problem, I knew the problem was coming from Newspaper or the tagdiv plugins attached to it.
I activated the required tagdiv plugins + Newspaper theme, then I cloned my homepage and deleted one by one all the elements and found the culprit : “Leads” element
Please add the “Leads” element to your homepage, the one that allows people to subscribe to the newsletter. You will be able to replicate the issue.
This is what prevents the “Header main menu” element and “Modal popup” element to work.
Thanks to investigate how to fix this issue.
Regards.
Hello @DerPostillon!
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer (green button) and change the logo from there.
The documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hi,
I configured this logo in my theme panel:
http://postillon.illusive-reflection.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/DerPostillon.jpg
which is 272x90px.
Unfortunately my homepage is still showing the default logo:

Thanks for your support!
Hello,
Header main menu element and modal popup element not working anymore on the homepage.
I have deactivated all the extensions and the problem remains.
Meaning that it is linked to an incompability between newspaper theme and wordpress 6.4.3.
Could you please fix this.
Regards.

How to add dates on homepage “tabbed content” widgets in composer, using city talk demo. , also on blocks like “flex block 1”. They are simply not showing the dates to each article, above the title. I tried the tick on with last edited date and such, but nothing.
Hi,
Please check this topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/favicon-not-showing-on-bing/
