Hi,
Please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer and see if the issue is still there. If the issue persist please check this using a wordpress default theme. If it doesn’t work even if using a wp default theme, you will need to re-install wordpress.

First of all, please make a full back-up to your all data from your side to be safe regarding on your content. The latest version of the theme is Newspaper 7.5 which was released today on Envato Market. If you use the mobile theme, please update your theme to the latest version (7.5) and also update the mobile theme plugin by deleting your currently installed one and installing the one that is bundled with the latest version of the theme.

Hi there, I’ve recently got an SSL certificate installed for a new website with newsmag theme bei our hoster. The certificate is correctly installed. Now I get the mixed security errors (yellow lock) in firebox. Examining the code I found that the media folder still points to http. How do I change this? Do I have to reinstall the theme? Or is it required to do manually changes?

Please ensure that this type of issues does not come from your untested plugins. Try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you require black text and white background, simply install the default demo. The footer Instagram is available for all demos. Demos change only the style of the theme, not it’s functionality. I bought Newspaper theme one week ago, so I have the latest version, but I canât update Visual Composer.

Everything was fine during the installation, but I still have the old version of Visual Composer (4.12.1).
I donât know what is the problem now.
As an update, I tested just now and about half the pages on my site do the menu bar. It seems mainly the ones where I have it loading a block are not pulling up the menu. There is also a second error I am experiencing. None of my parallax or single color background images are loading using Visual Composer.
I am worried to reinstall I will lose everything. How can I reinstall WordPress and back everything up correctly.
I will e-mail you my login so you can take a look before I go further.
Do you have a list of the required plugins that come with the theme? I did install some extars. Thanks!

I do know that. The problem is that when i translate “Followers” to – draugai, and “Follow” to – sekti after saving and clearing cache, reloading page in social counter on Google+ were I translated “Followers” to – draugai, it shows “sekti” its translation form Twitters “Follow” and in twitter it says “sekti” as it should. Problem still persists. I tryed reupload theme, delete install social counter, disable, enable etc.. Im really stuck. Problem website – https://kana.pe , take a peak when you have time.

1) deactivate and uninstall all plugins you arnt using.
2) install Plugins Garbage Collector, activate an run it.(https://es-mx.wordpress.org/plugins/plugins-garbage-collector/)
3) clear all garbage tables whit garbage collector
4) deactivate garbage collector and install WP Speep to clean up and optimize DB (https://es-mx.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sweep/)
5) Sweep your db đ

Well, I did install another version of the mobile team, but now I’ve got another issue (http://prnt.sc/d1b4zf).
Now it shows the grid and only the first block of the page and the footer. It is also with no style.
It only works when I turn off the mobile theme plugin.
Uninstall w3, install wp super cache, install tagdiv speed booster đ you can get fast load times.
Btw, there are many factors involving website speed and GTmetrix isnt GOD. Example If your page size its 2MB, and you are conected wifi over 10mb ADSL conection you can reach a mĂĄximum of 700kb/s . 2MB = 2048kb , 2048kb/700kb= 2.92. đ and you need another 1 or 3 seconds to render the page = 5 to 6 seconds to preview the page content.
