I had installed Bookings.com plug in but that was working fine
I had put an HTML page in the route to get an affiliate to verify.
But again, working after that was done.
My Mac died and I tried to get in via PC and that was first time I had message.
I could still get in via my wife’s log in, another administrator, but hers died while editing a page.
now we both get that error

The Say Way demo has not an available template which may be selected from Visual Composer. The mobile theme plugin is still present in the theme package but we removed the install button because lots of people installed the mobile theme without knowing what id does and the implications that arise when using the plugin. We did add a link to the documentation for the plugin that now has instructions on how to install it though: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Unfortunately the front-end editor has been disabled in our theme because it caused a few issues that could not have been overcome. You can only use the back-end editor in our theme. We are building our very own builder that is a front end drag and drop builder. You can test it out here: https://github.com/tagDiv/td-composer (you install it as a plugin)

Also, if your problem will reappear, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard. Also, please keep in mind that the unique articles do not depend on whether or not you are logged. Try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

We currently have the newspaper theme installed on our site relaunch newest.radass.com. The pixel width of all pages is 1160. Our top two advertisers require it to be 1050 pixels or less for takeover or skin ads. How can we change the pixel width of the theme for all pages site wide? I have an themeforest account and I bought newsmag theme for alacatiplus by myself. And I have no problem about upgrades or new versions…
But urbanista was our first web site. And at that time our tech supporter bought the theme from his own themeforest account. He installed the theme and used licence code. But unfortunately we don’t work with him since then… And therefore I can’t do upgrades or something else..
What should we do?

I have a problem I can’t solve by myself. The homepage of my site (http://www.calcionews24.com/) has a block “Slide” and when the page is loading the slider height changes giving the impression of moving content on the page. Look at this screenshot taken during load page, and this taken when page loaded.
As you can see the category tag under the slide seems to move during loading, cause the height of the slide is initially higher.
I tried playing with css but I didn’t found a solution. Can you help me?

Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, you can use the same license of the theme for the other domain.

Please pay attention because I suppose that you do not understand our mobile theme concept. For your first request, if you want to have the same Homepage Block to your mobile mode, you will not have Mobile Theme installed and the layout in mobile mode for this type of block should look like this -> http://screencast.com/t/yW1OIaZ0uT So if you want to bring those there Big Gird in Mobile mode, you should enable the Mobile Theme plugin and you should have minimum 3 posts in Featured category, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/pvS8FE2Vh If the mobile theme is active, the mobile editor can be found at the very bottom of the editor file in Visual Composer, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/dYXHEhLqmU

I use newspaper theme on my website (sportescu.ro) and on responsive version my menu does not work properly, but if I use the mobile plugin it’s working. I have tried to find if there is any plugin conflict, I deactivated all the plugins installed but the problem still persists. Could u help me?

We always recommend getting rid of pirated versions and installing the official version of the theme. We have never seen that logo before. It does not come from our theme.
https://null24.net/ is a well known pirate that is providing illegal/pirated copies of most themeforest themes.
SO yes…you are dealing with a pirated version that could harm your site in all matter of ways. The most obvious one being security threats that could have been injected into the code in these versions.

The baby blog demo was built with a revolution slider element so it requires the revolution slider plugin to be installed and active: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ and then you need to import he baby blog slider like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
This is only if you want it to have a slider. If you do not want the slider you can always edit the page and remove the revolution slider element on the homepage and replace it with your own content.
