I’ve got a category page template with the Flexbox-1 component added in, sorting by “latest”. For some reason, it always skips the first 5 most recent items and starts showing the 6th-most-recent post. I’m guessing there’s some offset setting somwhere? I can’t find it. How do I make it show ALL most recent?

I’ve installed Newspaper on a few locally-hosted sites, and every time I have, when I’m logged in and viewing the site, there’s a narrow and handy top-level menu with all sorts of administrative commands, included “edit with TagDiv Composer”….
However, I’ve just launched a site hosted on the official WordPress.com hosting option, and, when using the Newspaper theme, that menu does not appear. Is there some config setting I can make to allow that menu to appear?
I just bought a regular 1 year license. But there is an error like the picture below, when I upload the theme.

Hello,
To have the automatic updates option, you had to have version 10.3.1 and from version 10.3.2 you could use this option -> https://tagdiv.com/introduction-to-newspaper-theme-automatic-updates/
Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagDiv Standard Pack, tagDiv Composer.

Recently google detected mobile usability issue on some of my articles. I installed and activated mobile theme and AMP plugin but I can’t use the same template for header and footer that I’m using for desktop version.
Can you please help me to use the same template on mobile theme as well?

I assume if I install it using my current installation, which is live, it will overwrite my existing templates which have been heavily customised.
I installed the Newspaper theme and a lot seems to be wrong. My header is displaying some sort of codes and the theme panel when edited does not reflect on the site. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the themes but still the same problem. Check my site koboinfo.com

From Newspaper 7 to 11 will be like you use a different theme.
My suggestion is to set a staging/subdomain where to do the theme update.
Because you had a very old version, you must also install tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard pack, this should bring back the layout of the site.
Also check the php version, for example php v7.4 would be ok.

Please try like this. Disable tagDiv Composer and delete the plugin, after that reinstall the Plugin from Newsmag > plugins.

I’m currently running a website that has the template Newspaper V 7.6 and I have recently purchased the latest version Newspaper 11. I will like to know if there’s anything that has to be done to before installing the theme or can I just simply install it and activate it.

This issue seems to be resolved for me. I deactivated/reactivated a Cookies Plug-in I recently newly installed 3 days ago. The template conflict I was experiencing seems to be back to normal. If this continues to reoccur, I will remove the cookies plugin permanently.

I think still need update checking of license, it has still BUG (or Feature), That my site has two license for same domain, Lice it’s detecting http://www.domain.com and domain.com as Deferent website and taking as both as different installation.

Please make sure you have the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library plugins activated.
Also, you can try to delete the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library and reinstall them from Newspaper -> Plugins.

I have a problem with the mobile version of Newspaper. A month ago I installed the theme and used the Gossip template as the basis for my website https://figurasdeaccionz.com/, but after making all the changes and adaptations, users see the “Figuras de Acción Z” head in a post and in another post the head of Gossip.
And not only that, the configuration of the post’s typography is also changed. And today the header was changed on the mobile home page of the site and there has been no way to fix it…
Can you please tell me how to solve this, since I need my users (and Google) to see the “Figuras de Acción Z” header and layout all the time and not the Gossip one.

I installed newspaper theme on Copenaghen.it
With tagdiv composer I just can edit header and footer but I’m not able to edit the body section. I can’t even select body content.
I tried to add column content but it’s not possibie
Also If make changes on the header and footer I then I save the edits I loose all the body content.
