Hello,

I just started using Newsmag for my digital magazine ( https://deve.es ). This magazine is planned to work with monthly paid subscriptions (I installed a different plugin because it has specific qualities), and readers will create accounts to read some articles for free, be signed up for a newsletter and eventually subscribe.

However, I have problems with the top menu of the page in PC version and with the same menu on mobile version. In the PC version when I go to the top menu (see image https://deve.es//wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Captura-de-Pantalla-2022-08-13-a-las-23.28.40.png ) I see “my account” and “subscribe”. I want to know if this top menu can be modified so it only shows “sign up” and “subscribe”

On the other hand,

When I tap to open the main menu (see image) https://deve.es//wp-content/uploads/2022/08/IMG_6430.jpg , I can only see a “sign in”/”join” option . I wonder if

1) this can be changed to include a “subscribe” option
2) the “join” can be replaced by a “subscribe”

I installed newspaper theme on my new site and im encountering some problems.
1. The homepage of My new site http://www.hitkpop.com shows only html codes. I want to show post title and images but its not showing.

2. add block toggler not working. I can not upload image because any block is not working. (I cleared cache, deactivated all plugins and wordpress is updated)

I have purchased a newspaper theme 2 years ago and I was using it for a different website. But now that website is shut down and I am not using the Newspaper theme on any website. But recently, I installed it on my website, and when I am trying to add Cloud Library content, it says
“Envato key is alright, but it is not assigned to the current domain. Just assign it and then you are ready to enjoy the full benefits. If you need help, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com”

Also, when I click the Just Assign button, it redirects to the My License option, but that is a blank page only.

I use Godaddly WordPress Hosting service. After install Newspaper 11 theme, saw message to suggest increase PHP memory from 40MB to 256MB.

Can’t find this code to make change: define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ). I installed plugin File Manager, found wp-config.php file, but doesn’t have define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ) code inside the file.

Here is the guidance from WordPress for changing the amount of memory.
The wp-config.php file is located in the WordPress root directory.

WP Memory Limit:

This parameter sets the amount of memory used by PHP and by default WordPress can go up to 40MB. To avoid Memory Exhausted error this parameter should be set to at least 256MB and this can be done from WordPress wp-config.php file.

I just updated the Yoast Premium and it is crashing the website.

When I installed the regular version of Yoast, it works fine.

There must be a bug in Yoast Premium.

I have installed Disqus plugin and its properly setup but its not working and replacing the existing comments option, Kindly help

I installed newspaper recently and changed theme now..
But I cannot see all of the featured pictures.
How can I do that?

Hi all,

we’ve just installed and activated the Newspaper theme (with Sport News layout). We’d like to know how to handle the blocks on the homepage due to the facts that we cannot find the tagDiv Composer or any similar way to add or remove section (i.e. slider on the top, the various categories in the middle, the latest articles, and so on…) in the layout.

Any change we made by handling Header section or Template Settings section or Block Settings section doesn’t show any effect.

Any help ?

Dear TagDiv support,

As of the 1st of August we are using Newspaper on the website op Smart Options at smartoptions.io. The theme is great and the functionality is overwhelming so we are still finding out new things and so on.

One thing we noticed however is that the rankings on keywords in Google dropped significantly compared to our previous theme which was Engine by IndustrialThemes. We also noticed that the CWV’s from Google aren’t doing much better while we expected that to be the case, especially on mobile.

We are looking for tips on how to improve the overall speed on our website and how to get our ranking with Google backup.

We are using Yoast SEO, WP Rocket, WordFence and Cloudflare for our website if that’s any help.

I published a new post on my blog. However, I came across several issues.
1. I have ads turned off in my theme panel however, I had to remove them manually from the post page using the Tagdiv Composer. When I did:

The post stayed like this. The content is not wide enough. I want to push the most popular suggestions further to the left and spread out make my images and content on a wider area.

2. The article when suggested on my homepage does not display any image. How do I fix this.

3. My mobile page breaks down very often and becomes like the following:

How do I permanently fix this? This happens very often but gets fixed automatically for some reason. I keep seeing this inconsistency in your theme.

I am really sorry to say this but I am really disappointed with the user experience so far. I keep encountering problems like this over and over again. I had to reinstall my WordPress quite I few times because I failed to implement AMP with your theme. I faced this same problem with my mobile page over and over again then too.

4. I want to permanently remove all of your own promotional ads from my website. How do I do it?
