We have a multisite WordPress setup with three different domains and each of them has the Newspaper theme installed. Because all of them are under the same branding, we need some parts to be identical between them. Is there any option to export/copy or reuse an element from one website to another? We don’t want to spend time reproducing the same aspect, especially for static parts that are not changing too often.

About the Instagram, this must be set like in this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ (to display the number of follower you’ll need a Business or Creator Instagram account).

Hi dizajn, if the files are from scratch fresh install, then I think that something is interfering, because those post title should be full display like in my screenshot.
Yes, that will work, just make sure that after the theme update you also update the theme plugins (you’ll need to install tagDiv Standard Pack to use the old templates).
The theme should be updated via FTP, by replacing the old theme with the new one (replace not overwrite), in case that there are custom changes in the theme files, those will be lost. After that install the theme plugin tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Standard Pack and the rest of the theme plugins if you using (social counter, newsletter).

I am using the covid-19 header on technewsstage.com
When you start scrolling down the page the header should be popping down the drop down menu. It’s not doing it. And its a stock standard function of this header

But its not doing on my site for some reason. I have uninstalled and re done the header about 10 times. I have also even reinstalled the whole site from complete scratch and it keeps disappearing.
The moment I go into divi and and touch anything and hit save I lose the drop down posts that come down in the menu.
I installed Newspaper Newsweek theme without demo and than done some changes build website in 5 min turned in 5 hours without much to show so i used option to avoid search engines. I also renamed two template names. I done some My host changed php alt-php80. Now admin area and frontend show 404 error.
Any idea how to fixed?
Question tho: For update of theme from 9 version to latest is ok if delete old theme and install last version of it? and then import settings from current instalation?

This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.

I think that you are referring to this https://paste.pics/GGN38 if fi so, then the problem can be related to the theme install, maybe it was not installed the right file, also, it can be if you had a child theme or more theme versions (when the theme was updated the old theme was not removed).

There must be an issue with the covid-19 header on the cloud.
I have totally reinstalled a site and the newspaper theme 4 times now. While totally isolated from caches and other external factors.
I am referring to the drop down menu at the top of the covid-19 header that I drag down from the cloud. Now even if I go to edit it and not actually do anything at all, and just hit the save button the drop down menu that shows 4 posts and images vanishes and I cannot get it back.
Ive tried 4 times on new installations and it keeps happening. I believe there is an issue with the cloud file.

The latest PHP version tested with the theme is 8.0.9 for us it worked without any extra adjustment.

Currently, my WordPress 5.9.2 installation is telling me that the PHP 7.2 version I am running is insecure and recommending that I need to have at least 7.4. Is Newspaper 11.4.2 compatible with PHP 7.4? If higher, how high? Thank you in advance.

I imported a header template (Estates PRO) and installed it as my top menu, after modifying it a bit. I have also installed a sticky menu from the same template. They save fine, but when they display, there is an extra space at the bottom of both menus (the regular and the sticky one). What is causing this extra padding at the bottom?
None of the CSS rows, columns or elements have any padding or any borders or margins in both menus. All elements seem to be properly set, with no extra spaces from the original template. Yet the problem persists on most computers and on the mobile. Can you help?

How can I delete Newspaper theme completely? I need to reinstall theme with a fresh start. I have tried deleting (via WordPress and FTP) and installing theme many time but some settings or files from the old installation are automatically saved in the new installation.

Indeed, a bundled revolution slider is provided with the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ and the plugin should be updated using the provided version from the theme package.
Also, the plugin will be better to be manually updated. The theme plugins are automatically updated when the theme is updated, but this is a bundled plugin.

1. If you had a pre-build website and now you installed a different one, then yes, the code and settings from the theme panel will change, so it is one possibility that happened and the code was lost.
If the theme plugins that were activated are no longer activated or are deleted after the theme update, then it can be from a plugin that was interfering during the theme update and the plugin need to be installed one by one from Newspaper > plugins.
2. If you changed the demo, then all settings pages/posts that were installed with that demo will be removed, also the theme panel settings. When you install a new demo, the old settings are removed and are apply the settings from the new one.
