If you do not want to use the Mobile Theme, then you can uninstall it.
When you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I have installed the newspaper theme on my website. It’s telling me that my WP Memory Limit: 40 MB, however, I can see it is 512MB.
Also when I edit a post it’s not working smoothly. The screen just freezing!

Hello, i check my installation of newspaper and every time i am enabling tagdiv composer i have a 200% cpu process on my dedicated server.
My specs are.
1. Dedicated core i9 16 cpu
2. 64gb MEMORY
3. NVMe HDD
Cloudlinux
Litespeed
For my installation only: 6CPU, 6gb MEMORY.

Update from 10.4 to 11.4.1
After the update everything is fine in the admin area but site is not working in FE due to inactive builder. It shows only the div builder tags.
When I activate tagDiv composer the admin area and frontend is directly down. I just click on install and than activate and the admin can’t be used anymore and get directly the error msg.
When I change the name of the plugin via ftp
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer to something else => admin is directly working again
My first idea was W3 total cache might be the reason. I deactivated it without successfull update. Than completly removed it but without success.
After each not successfull update I added a backup before the update but could not find the reason for it.
Any idea how to solve it or find the reason?

You are using an old theme version. It is working properly with WordPress 5.9.1 ?
If you want to make a theme update, I recommend to make it first on staging or on subdomain, and only after you have a full backup for the website and database.
What you should do is to update the theme via FTP/cPanel, delete the old theme and set the new one, after that from Newsmag > plugins install the theme plugins. Here is a guide that can be used -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/

If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

I have a few issues I need help with:
1. TagDiv composer is stuck on loading, and I cannot edit any pages as a result – image
Note: I have already checked mod_substitute and followed the guide to set it to 10M
2. The main navigation menu is glitched, and I cannot access the submenu – image
3. In the theme panel > template settings > image loading – animations (LazyLoad), if I enable ‘use loading animation image’ then my site will not display the images. This is the issue that lead to all of the above issues that I am now left with, and here’s the backstory about what’s going on:
The site was working perfectly fine on Feb 18th. No additional changes were made, and when I came to look at the site again after the long weekend on Feb 22nd, I discovered the issue where the images on the site were not displaying. After a whole day of trouble shooting, and restore backups to Feb 19th and before Feb 18th, I discovered that the way to get the images to show up was to disable the loading animation in ‘3.’ (from above). Now the images, work and I am starting to discover all sorts of issues with the website (point ‘1.’ and ‘2.’ from above). I’ve checked the system status, and the only one that is not green is the mod_substitute, which I have already followed your guide and updated correctly. I’ve reinstalled the newspaper theme and am running 11.4.1. I updated wordpress and am using 5.9.1, I even tried with the previous older version and it still was not working. I am using supercache and cloudflare to the exact recommended specifications. My hosting provider is Siteground, and I have already gone into there to reset permissions. I am completely stumped with what’s going on and have accepted that the theme is not behaving normally, but at least I need to be able to go into TagDiv composer to be able to make up for the issues.

Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

To have the automatic updates option, you had to have version 10.3.1 and from version 10.3.2 you could use this option -> https://tagdiv.com/introduction-to-newspaper-theme-automatic-updates/
Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagdiv Standard Pack, tagdiv Composer.

Hi,
in last few days suddenly my featured image started to disappear in admin menu, when I create new post. The option to choose featured image first wasn’t load on mozilla firefox, then on Edge and Opera, and today I lost this option on Chrome browser. So I have no choice how to choose the featured picture for post at all.
I found that this can be because of some bad plugins, but when I deactivate all the plugins which aren’t necessary, the featured image option in admin panel when post created still did not shown at all.
I want to ask if that means that I have to reinstall the theme and make new installation? And if you think so – is there any way how to make some backup, so I can fix the problem and then give the website back all my settings?

This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.

Trying to change the Newspaper banner sample, and also add image logo not text.
After uploading all my media image to library, when I want to add the media to the page / insert into page, it doesn’t add both the image logo and banner image.
As well, on theme panel, I can’t add any of uploaded image to as logo and favicon.

I’m having exactly the same problem as Vincent with Modal Images. I’m running WordPress 5.9 and Newspaper 11.4.1.
I’m using the ‘Default PRO’ theme.
I have deactivated all plugins using the ‘Health Check & Troubleshooting’ plugin. Only ‘tagDiv Cloud Library’ and ‘tagDiv Composer’ are active.
I thought it may be my child theme, so switched to the Newspaper Version: 11.4.1, but it made no difference.
I also used the Time Machine and installed Newspaper Version: 11.4, it made no difference.
I have ‘General Modal Image’ ON and ‘Use loading animation image’ OFF.
