HI I have purchased and installed successfully but there is two issues I have encountered now ..
1. Logo is not getting setup even trying it again and again .
2. Non of the picture getting displayed in the website not even in the home page.
I have recently installed and configured NewspaperX theme on my news portal but my mobile page looks different then the original page. How do I make same page work for mobile and tablet as responsive? Or do i have to create different page/template for mobile? If then where and how do I configure which page to show where and how?

I need help. I’m trying to build my new site, but the theme is telling me my tagdiv plugins are “outdated” even though I know for certain that I am using the latest version. Whenever I try to edit my site, tagdiv composer won’t appear even though it’s been installed.
Hi, I have installed the SNAX plugin in Newspaper theme and it gives the following error message (As attached).
I have enabled the thumb from theme panel but it does not change anything. How can i get it to display the featured images of the quizzes? Please could you help.

I have a technology-focused blog called Android Singh (androidsingh.com). I am using Tech News PRO template for the blog which is working great except for one thing. I am unable to find and install its mobile theme. My website is still showing the mobile theme from the previously used template.

i am using following parameters
System: Linux
PHP Version: 7.4.9
Memory Limit: 512M
Max Execution Time: 300
Upload Max Filesize: 512M
max_input_vars 6000
the problems hich i am facing are as follow
1)the theme is not working properly i am not able to save any changes made in theme
2)when i am trying to uninstall the prebuilt demo version it is not uninstalling
3)in system status of theame the memory limit, it is asking to increase the memory from 40 mb and vars from 1000 to 2000 but the same had already been done
please help me to find a solution

Hi meihaoing, I have just installed this theme a few days ago with latest version, and it works at my side. I’m not sure which step is missing on your side, I’m sorry that I’m currently unable to provide further insights to guide you. You can not edit the Yoast SEO settings with TagDiv Composer.

There, I was explaining where you can find those Yoast SEO settings.
After installing Yoast SEO plugin and you edit a post/page, in the bottom of the page you will find the Yoast’s settings and you can fill it right there.

Dear Vlad, I’ve 2 website with Newspaper Theme installed.
I would like to show the rss of one of the portals on the other with the image. The plugin I use is called “Send Images to RSS” but it doesn’t seem to work. The rss appear without image.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I did install it. And did uninstall the plugin but haven’t managed to “remove” the changes it made. I’ll look into it further and see what can be done, either by reactivating and using the Mobile Theme anyways or trying to undo the changes.

I think you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the single template with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

My website is under construction and I have recently updated it to the latest version of Newspapaer 10.3.9.1
I installed Default Pro demo and deactivated the Standard Pack plugin. Later I checked the site speed but realized that I hadn’t done everything in order as the speed was very slow (8.63s load time as per Pingdom speed test).
