I probably should have installed the theme in a sub-directory called “blog” instead of the root directory. So how do I uninstall the current one from the root directory – I don’t see this anywhere.
Hi, I would like to have the feed with the image of the post, I also installed a plugin that before worked with the standard themes and now no longer. How can I do? Thanks a lot.

Hello. I just purchased my second license of Newspaper. I installed it OK but can’t activate it. After I put in the Purchase Code, it asks me to create a NEW Support Account with a new Username, Email, and Password. BUT, I already have a support account from the first license which is still active, so I cannot proceed and it will not activate.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

well, things sound a bit more complicated. Deactivate Really SSl plugin and installed two different SSL plugins, but the problem persists.
Then even if I have all the plugins deactivate so that the styling is possible, still unable to delete the empty space row.
You’d better have a look and I’m going to send you my login credentials.
How long does it take? considering your days off, because I’m not comfortable having my 2 FA login off for long.

It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.

First start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

I just install the last version 10.3.9.1 of newspaper. I load a prebuilt demos “fitness blog”…But impossible to change image with tagdiv editor live on my website. When I select a column or block, I choose another image but nothing change. It is the same problem with theme panel. Change in theme panel don’t affect website (logo, layout, etc)…

I think you are hoping for good results with false advertising when it is impossible to have a good score above 90 on mobile on the tagdiv newspaper, just by activating td-composer or the cloud already it is damn it, 90% of the default css and js is unused and it’s too big a job to delete, all the default css are in place it doesn’t install only the css or js we use but all of them , not to mention that even if you use only one font, google finds about ten when they are not activated, and I’m not even talking about the number of different css and js instead of grouping.
Today your tagdiv is unusable for seo and as I told you, there is no point in having a very nice site without visitors if google downgrades it because of your too heavy script.

Assuming that you are using the latest version of “Newspaper”.
You can first verify that if the mobile plugin is installed or not (which I think you have already activated it), but in case not (just to verify)….
at the [newspaper] > welcome
click, install and activate the recommended plugins
1. tagDiv Mobile Theme
2. Official AMP for WP
then go to [theme panel] > [mobile theme] > [mobile settings] > USE MOBILE THEME FOR
> select “AMP” > save settings
then go to [wordpress menu bar] > users > select and edit your user
at the “Toolbar” > make sure you select “Show Toolbar when viewing site”
at the “AMP Developer Tools” > make sure to enable “Enable AMP developer tools to surface validation errors when editing posts and viewing the site”
then you can start editing the mobile page.
in this newspaper theme, editing the main page for desktop pc and mobile are 2 different design
the mobile page requires another separate creation and editing.
therefore the “mobile” edition of the “page” is needed to be created.
there are 2 ways (which I know so far) to create and edit the “mobile” version of page.

1st way:
==============
[wordpress admin menu bar] > [pages] > find your page (the home page) and select [edit with TD composer]
in short, edit the page with “TD composer”.
now you hav enter the TD composer editor, at the left panel where you can see “Welcome to tagDiv Composer”, at the top, you should be able to see either [create mobile page] or [edit mobile page].
there, you go, click on that button, you’ll start creating mobile version of the page.

2nd way:
==============
while you have already log in, go to the page (in this case, the home page), at the top center toolbar, at the green button [edit with TagDiv composer], at right side, you will see the option to create or select the mobile page version.

I’m not sure if I got it right, but after I’ve installed the slider revolution from NewspaperTF folder, I got an unregistered version.
Is this the “free” and limited version or the full fledged one, that, as I understand, is included with the license of Newspaper?

This has happened 3 times now, whenever the theme updates.
– All my plugins are un-installed
– I have to re-activate my theme using my ENVATO purchase code
– I have to install all the plugins again, and re-activate them.

I just installed Newsmag theme on a website but I just figure out that I don’t wanna keep working on this website (because of technical issues) and I’d like to create a new one.
Can I delete the license key of Newsmag from the first website and installed it into the second one?
Or do I have to buy a new license?

1. Header not responsive
2. Website title of smaller or mobile size changes to “Classic” instead of being “Success & Motivation”
3. The mobile version of the website doesn’t appear to be the responsive version of the desktop site. I do not have “tagDiv Mobile Theme” plugin installed.

Please note that you have to upload manually because you are running an older version which has no auto update option. Also please make sure to update and install all the plugins including standard pack so you won’t see only lines.
