Everything I created with TDC on my home page shows as Content. I created the static category article pages before installing the Newspaper theme, so those were created with the default WP post composer. The Newspaper theme added the Big Grids to those pages automatically and they can not be edited with TDC and do not show up in the WP Post editor.
This page, https://adventuresofetoimos.com/explorations-2-to-5-day-trips/ shows the issue. Everything from the photo with the horse up is WP editor and below that is what Newspaper added automatically.
I am trying to use the London news pro template, I installed the cloud library templates but when I click add new button I don’t get any template to choose from, only to crate a new one from scratch.
I used this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/ and I don’t get to step 3

That is the “Recent Posts” element from widgets. That widgets in gadget demo has an extra class that make it to look like that also the gadget demo has an extra class in -> https://i.imgur.com/AR4IZx5.png these are working only when you have install that version or using custom css.

Hello, the THEME PANEL page has suddenly collapesed, it is not functioning. All menu items on the left appear in grey and no content is being displayed. I did not install any plugins, nor did I perform any updates. This happened suddenly.

If you want to have the same sidebar on entaier websitem then you can create it using tagDiv Composer or using widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/oAyuTvZ.png
If you are using widgets, you can assign it sidebar on classic templates templates like this -> for all posts -> https://i.imgur.com/stL2zFf.png individual -> https://i.imgur.com/ou6k9rR.png and for pages and cloud templates you can use tagDiv Composer and set the “Widget sidebar” element -> https://i.imgur.com/kdF2npr.png this can display the sidebar made in Appearance using widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/jpCfMXs.png

Whenever I am installing a newspaper theme on techchicsoft.com/blog it is showing me a basic theme. Where I don’t have any features like what we have in a premium theme.
Please help me with the theme file and license keys to activate.

Please use only theme plugins and check if is working if not you need to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel, if you want you can create a different user for us or you can set your install on subdomain for tests and investigations.

In most cases yes this should be enough, but if you want to be 100% sure, then you need to use the FTP/cPanel method (to manually delete all old theme files and plugins and reinstall/update the theme)-> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/

You can set the code in header using our theme, with out extra plugins, the code can be set in Theme panel> Analytics/JS Codes -> https://i.imgur.com/U6TJZbV.png
As a suggestion, you can make a test on subdomain or local host with a fresh install only with theme plugins, in this way you can test if the amp is working or if there is still a problem.

You can use our guide for regeneration process requires the installation of GD library for php on the server for image processing. Hello! I’m new to the Newspaper theme [all great so far!] and I’m hoping you can give me some advice/direction on this. My client has a very old version of the Newspaper theme on their current site [v. 4.6.3] and we recently purchased licensing with a new account since the old developer is no longer working for them.
I’ve been working with the updated theme on a dev site to familiarize myself with the theme, change the settings, and update a few existing pages. Because my client’s site is very heavily trafficked, they don’t want the live site taken down at all. Given that, I’m hoping you can tell what the best practice would be in this situation with regard to installing the new theme on the live site and also the best way, if possible, to import a few updated pages from the dev site to the live site so I don’t have to rebuild everything from scratch. Newspaper X theme upon installing to wordpress only shows three options welcome, plugins and Support. Other options like install demos, system status, updates, theme panel, activate theme, etc are not available. What should I do? How can I make this available?

Am trying to register a new sidebar and let it appear below the header on all pages of my website so that I could add widgets and shortcodes within it just like we usually can on other themes.
I used CWA plugin to do this and it does display the widget right where I want it but as soon as I enable the “TagDiv Composer” plugin it automatically disables or overrides all third-party shortcodes and newly registered sidebars will no longer display until I uninstall the TagDiv Composer plugin again.
Please I need this widget area below the header and I do not want to avoid the TagDiv Composer plugin.

So i have found the issue is due to running WP bakery and Tagdiv – is there a way i can have the newspaper theme but uninstall tagdiv?
Msg from JetPack: “Theme Newspaper has a known vulnerability in version 10.3.4; you should update or uninstall it, and consider enabling autoupdates”.
I put the purchase code and it does nothing.. Theme is not getting activated and I cannot install any of the demos.

This is my live website, please, take a look at where it says “Look at here, grey bg?”
There is a GREY line under the image (MODULE MX5).
This is my TEST website:
As you can see, in my test website is working good. I dont see the grey line under the image.
The weird thing is that I’m using the same image for both sites. For both sites are the same image, same size (1200x675px), same format, etc.
And also, its the same set up for the Big Grid in both sites:
The only thing that it can be different from live and test server, they are the plugings that I have installed.
