Do you realize some backups of your website using a plugin like Duplicator or alternatives?
If yes, you can set up a server environment on your own personal computer and import your website with your backup file and test in local. If you are on a Mac, you can use Local by Flywheel for instance. It does everything for you.
But if you don’t want to reinstall it and do not care about having a down time if you need to reinstall your website, just do a backup of your website and then try the update. If it works, no further action. If it does not work, just delete your website and then reinstall your saved package through SFTP.

I have also tried a lot to improve the page speed with the Newspaper theme. Unfortunately I never got beyond 60/80 mobile/desktop. Not even with the mobile theme. The only thing that finally helped me to reach a page speed of 97-100 permanently is AMP (all you need to do is to install the official AMP Plugin and activate AMP in Newspaper Theme). Even completely without optimization a speed of over 90 is possible. There are some limitations but for a “normal” news page it should work quite well. I can see that, but on the page itself everything works fine. You can check it out. Also, all requirements are met and everything is installed properly. Please double check.
Hello, I have installed Font Awesome. The symbols are displayed in the menus and in the post title as indicated in the manual. However, these symbols are not displayed in modules. How can I tell the theme that the icons are also shown in the post titles in modules?

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

I have installed a theme with demo content and I have then started with my own articles, which are automatically fed in and all looks good, but what if I now want to change the template? If I select a new template and not select demo content is the theme installed and it all looks perfect? ie all bits in the right place and modules working correctly etc.
The above might be a dumb question but I am newbie.

I want to enter my license key to activate the theme. But when I go to the Newspaper, the ‘Activate Theme’ tab is not appearing. It shows only the following tabs: Welcome, Plugins, Support, Install Demo, System Status, Updates and Theme Panel. But I cant see any ‘Activate Theme’ tab so I don’t know where to enter the license key. I had activated it once before but I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times since I am experimenting and trying out different demos.
Could you please tell me how I can re-active the theme after I have uninstalled and re-installed it?
Note: I am using the theme in only one domain and I am not trying to use it in multiple domains.

I have installed the default newspaper pro demo site but when i load my website on phone. It doesn’t show the newspaper theme layout but a simple single black page with a newspaper logo and some articles.

I am using the WP review plugin which provides a Review box for products. On my other website, I use it without any problem. But after installing the theme, the review box appears right after the menu and before Title of Post. >https://snipboard.io/e13CIt.jpg
This is super weird to look at. I tried to edit the post template but not sure how can I remove this review box appearing in the first place. It also appears after title> featured image > Box. And that is the correct place. So I just need to get rid of that extra first box between the menu bar and Title.

Around a month ago installed and configured the mobile theme for my site http://www.lowkickmma.com over the last 24 hours i have noticed that the mobile theme displays when you view the site on desktop. Does anyone have any idea on how i can fix this?

Thank you for your response but the theme was installed on a complete new site (no existing content at all). I installed the theme and then started adding content.
I have installed the plugin you mentioned and regenerated the thumbs but did not notice any changes. Plugins not in use have been disabled and cache cleared.
Please check the site https://www.citoyens.news/ and you will find images on the homepage which are not responsive when used in different type of grids.

I noticed that when I click on the Edit option (or the post name of) a published post, it returns a blank page.

I also noticed that there is no longer the option that says “Edit With TagDiv”.
Even though the (tagDiv) plugins are properly installed, I reinstalled it to see if it could solve the issue.

Can’t find any solutions online unfortunately, I searched for a while. You could search for different solutions or consider using plugins to display Instagram images, maybe some plugins have options to choose from multiple sizes.
Check some of these for example, and try some free plugins

We are not aware of any malware and didn’t have any reports on this. As mentioned above, in order for out products to be displayed on Envato Market they have to be “clean” and we have tested and also the Envato theme tested it.
