Also, I want to let us know that using a mobile page/template will still load teh tagDiv Composer and cloud library (because those are used to create those pages and cloud templates for the mobile version). Normally, this option should be used when you need to have different content on mobile pages and mobile templates, maybe a smaller page with fewer elements, blocks, and for a different layout. Having the same layout and content will be better to use the responsive version, instead of the mobile page/template.

Important notice: If you choose to install a pre-built website with demo content and then edit and use it as your own, please be aware that switching or uninstalling the pre-built website will remove that content.
Therefore, if you are using pages, categories, or articles from the default demo and want to keep them, you will need to either duplicate them or update their slugs before making any changes.

I see that you no longer have the coming soon mode and that the prebuilt website installed is Pulses Pro (this demo), so the solutions are exactly those I mentioned above. The best solution will be using the first method:

I am experiencing an issue sharing posts from my website, pasoapaso.com.do Initially, the social icons were invisible to unregistered users, which I fixed by removing an opacity setting. I have a Flex Block 1 (configured as “Latest news” widget in the homepage left column)
that renders empty in the frontend but displays posts correctly in the Composer editor preview.
DETAILS:
– Theme: Newspaper v12.7.5 (REGISTERED)
– Demo installed: Newsweek PRO
– Site: https://eurowaypoint.com
– WordPress: 6.9.4
– PHP: 8.2.30
THE PROBLEM:
– In Composer editor: the Flex Block 1 shows the latest 5 published posts correctly
– In frontend (incognito browser, logged out): the block container is generated
(div id=”tdi_96″ class=”td_block_inner td-mc1-wrap”) but completely empty —
no child modules are rendered inside
– 24 published posts exist in the database
– Other blocks on the same homepage (Big Grid Flex 1, other Flex Block 1 instances)
work correctly and display posts
– No JavaScript errors in browser Console
– The block has no special filters configured (Category: All, all filter fields empty)
WHAT I’VE ALREADY TRIED:
– Cleared all caches (SiteGround, WP Super Cache disabled, browser hard reload)
– Restored Homepage from a 3-day-old revision (no improvement)
– Disabled all third-party plugins one by one (Wordfence, SG Optimizer, etc.)
– Verified block configuration in Composer (Filter tab, Layout tab — all default/empty)
– Forced re-save of the block (changed limit number and saved)
– Removed custom CSS that contained :has() selectors
WHAT I NOTICED:
The block was working until I made some modifications today (changed page slug from
/plans/ to /newsletter/, edited some HTML custom blocks for Subscribe links).
The Latest block stopped rendering at some point during these changes.
Restoring an older Homepage revision did NOT fix it.
Could this be a corrupted block state in the database? Is there a way to reset
the block’s internal cache or regenerate its configuration?

This might be a stupid question but I’m a total beginner. I installed Newsweek Pro without the example content. My first mistake. Now after customizing the site, I can´t for the life of me figure out how to configure a good-looking popup menu like on the demo site. The one in the upper left corner. Is there any simple way of getting a modal popup menu like in the demo without uninstalling the theme and reinstalling it with the example content? I could do that, but I would prefer not to lose the other work I have done.

I’m running into a bit of a problem, i just created a staging site to redesign the live site.
All looks good, the only thing is that it states that the Newsmag license is not installed.
That also means that i don’t have the full functionality to test some other layouts.
As the staging site (subdomain) is not publicly accessible, only to me,
i would find it helpfull if we could find a solution beyond buying another one just for testing ….

This will indicate that it is to be made on a staging, not directly on the live site.
First, make sure that all theme plugins that you have installed and activated on Newspaper 7.5 will also be updated and used on Newsapper 12.7.5, as this will be a big update for you. In Newsapper 12 under Newsapper > plugins, you’ll see an extra plugin that was not there before. This is the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. In your case, you’ll need to install and activate that plugin to bring back the old templates for your website.

No, I don’t get any messages, only when I try to edit the homepage with TagDiv. It simply doesn’t load and gives a 404 error. Similarly, when I try to create a new page using TagDiv, I get the same error. We purchased the theme license in February of this year.
We already installed SSL and the ‘not secure site’ message no longer appears.
It’s very weird, I made a clean installation and everything worked fine. Tank you anyway

Clicking on the serach icon on the desktop opens the search popup for some time, input is not working, clicking anywhere on the page closes the popup and the whole page is locked – can’t click on anything.
Claude is saying there’s a mobile version present at the same time and this somehow blocks the whole page. This is a fresh installation of the site (works on the old version), we have been trying different prebuilt sites and cloud templates, maybe something broke it.
I forgot to mention that the news360.info website is already connected to Cloudflare with all the necessary settings. I only uninstalled WP Super Cache and installed and activated WP-Optimise. The site seems slow still.

It appears that you have a plugin installed that is interfering with the mobile version. I think this is the AMP plugin.
Please disable the amp plugin, clear all cache, and the problem will be resolved.

There will be a need to make the improvements for the list provided on the Pagespeed test.
Also, for speed, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, make sure that you also use the Autoptimize plugin and CDN . There are also other cache plugins that can be used to do both caching and optimizing the site, so there is no need to have 2 plugins. For example, one of the best is WP Rocket, but you can also use free plugins like WP Optimizer and Litespeed.

Please do not share your private license key on the forum.
If you are not using tagDiv Composer, it’s very likely that you are also not using tagDiv Cloud Templates. In this case, you will need to use the standard templates.
To do that, please install the tagDiv Standard Pack (you can install it from Newspaper > Plugins). Once installed, you can use the Theme Panel settings to adjust the template layout. For example, in Theme Panel > Header, you can choose the header style you want to use, set the logo, and configure other options.
