Unfortunately, WP Rocket plugin, has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry!
Indeed there are customers that use this plugin and they say that is working good, I think that all is from the settings that you need to make for this plugin, unfortunately we do not know these settings. We recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Upgrading for 3.5 to 10.3.2 (currently) is almost impossible unfortunately. There have been too many file changes that would be impossible to make them all work.
I would suggest you removing the 3.5 version completely and install the new one. That would be way more easy for you.

As I can see in your screenshot, you have only the mobile theme plugin activate, the amp plugin is not installed and activate, that is way you can not choose a different option.
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Please note that our theme is exclusively sold by Envato Market. If you do not receive any invoice from Envato you will have to contact the Envato Market department and request the invoice. Make sure you are only installing latest version of theme from TF, not a pirate version, old version, friend version, etc.

The best way will be try it first on sub-domain or localhost and only after that try on your website.

I installed the Travel demo and chose header style 5. But the logo looks REALLY SMALL both on laptop and phone. Besides, I can’t change Footer’s color too. I looked everywhere for a solution and I couldn’t figured it out.

While I can go ahead and follow the steps you are suggesting, it doesn’t really solve the problem.
WHY are the settings changed? Why is this repeatedly happening? I didn’t change them. EVER.
So if I go and change them, what is to stop them from being changed by whatever is causing the problem in the first place?
There is only one user on this site. And the site in the state that you are seeing right now is NOT how it looked when I made the first request above. It changed to that on its own when I reinstalled the tagdiv plugins. And why did they become deactivated and uninstalled in the first place? I didn’t do that. Would an automatic update of wordpress cause this to happen?
I have spent two hours on the phone with my host today (bluehost) and they can find nothing to be causing these constant problems. I have other sites on the same hosting plan in the same public directory, and they never experience these changes.
This is driving me crazy! What a waste of time!

Thanks for the answer. Now the problem is also, that once installing the AMP plugin, all images (desktop and mobile) disappear. Also, on mobile front-page, even without the AMP, all images are not displayed. Please check funrumor.com

I think there is something wrong because the headers show sometimes a kind of hickup in Chrome and show other fonts in the loadingtime of the page.
Do you advise me to install the demo Lifestyle Pro or should I fix this problems on an other way?

I’m new to tagdiv templates. Installed Newspaper yesterday, and today tried installing the mobile plugin, which resulted in complete breakdown of the desktop version somehow. The CSS of the desktop version got all smooshed. Anyone had the same issue? How can I fix it?

1. You can not edit the template because is not a cloud template, is a pre-made static post style -> https://i.imgur.com/euBhFPa.png, only cloud template can be edited with tagDiv Composer.
2. The cloud templates that you listed are from Default PRO, if you installed this demo, you’ll get these templates automatically, but if you edit theme and you uninstall the demo or install another one these will be remove, all the pages, posts content, templates that comes with a demo are remove when this is uninstall or you install another one-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/ -> https://i.imgur.com/eIo2I2c.png

I want to remove the author box from my website (infotonline.com) now. I got the option to remove Author Box from Desktop theme using Tagdiv Composer. But I haven’t got the option to remove author box from single posts.
You can open any posts of website, you’ll find a large author box after the article. So, how can I remove this box from my website in AMP theme as well as Mobile Theme without using TagDiv Standard Pack. We haven’t installed TagDiv Composer so suggest other way to remove this box.

UPDATE: NONE of the tagdiv plugins were installed or activated! Why do they keep becoming un-installed? Reinstalling and reactivating them did not fix the site appearance issues.

I have been using the Newspaper theme for some time now, and I have implemented several news websites. My main configuration for these sites is an EC2 server on AWS, with 2 vCPU’s and 8 GB of memory each, with a separate database RDS instance. With this configuration, these sites can handle 300+ simultaneous users, on average. The theme version that is installed in these cases is 8.8.
However, we recently developed a new website, using version 10.3.2. Well, it’s been a big nightmare. In this scenario, the same type of instance does not support even 15 simultaneous users, as the CPU and memory usage skyrockets. We use CloudFlare on all sites (including this case). I’ve tested it with WP-SuperCache and W3 Total Cache, and with several different configurations, and the problem persists. I don’t know what else to do in this case. The site in question is protecao.com.br
I have two more sites to develop, but I’m worried that this problem shows up again. Can you help me, checking the website in some way? (protecao.com.br)
Hello. In Theme Panel => Post Settings => Sharing => Social Networks, I have only the option “naver”. Facebook, Twitter and so on are missing. In https://weltexpress.info all is fine, but in a second installation on https://ru.weltexpress.info not. The same problem on https://kulturexpresso.de . What can we do? Update Theme to newest version resolves nothing.
