Hi @Simion C.

I had the same problem… I just followed your advice, it works :
STEP N°1 : I deactivated the plugin + reinstall it
STEP n°2 : I re-saved the permalinks in WordPress settings

Hello George,

Remove all of the untested plugins, purge CDN file, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there you should make a new install to another sub-domain for testing and use only the requested plugins and check the results. Also, you should check if your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Update plugins. There should be an update button in the theme plugins panel. Or you can deactivate and delete it then reinstall it from the same panel

What about the demo install? Is that working now? Please check the theme requirements first

Make changes if needed according to the guide, contact the hosting if needed.
Also deactivate all your plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. try again after this.

If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Please notice that our theme works as expected if it was correctly installed. Please try again and install the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the result. For more information, please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Smart App demo hero Image size - reply

these are the same exact steps i followed when creating the page.

I can replicate everything apart from that image.

when i install the demo the image appears as it is in the demo, but when i change to another image it appears smaller, even if i revert to the original image, it will still appear smaller than it is.

Hi,

Check the permissions on the uploads folder, that could be the cause

Also be sure to check the theme requirements

Then try installing the demo you want again while having all other plugins deactivated, leave only theme plugins active.

Hi I’m also having this issue. I have removed td plugin, deactivated all plugins.
tried reinstalling.

hello,

So, i have read your ghid to page speed improve:

1: I don’t have a VPS server.
2: I try to eliminate the render-blocking JavaScript and CSS
I folow the instruction but i don’t understend what i must add on the td-speed-booster.php

tagDivAMP Plugin Not Working - reply

I believe the plugin has been set up according to the documentation you shared.

Till yesterday (when I was using the regular AMP plugin), I had AMP pages for all my older posts. However, since I installed tagDIV AMP, my website not more serves AMP pages – even for the ones that were there once.

This is true in google searches on mobile and it doesn’t work while testing by adding /amp to the URL.

In simple words, tagDIV AMP is not generating AMP pages for my website…

I have been trying to activate theme since i bought it but to vain with it . What is wrong with your theme . The activate button doesn’t work and i can’t change anything or click anything in the theme dashboard or install demos . Your theme brings # in url . Please respond as soon as possible .

Ads on mobile screen on top website space - topic

Hi all,

I recently installed newspaper 8 theme. On my mobile phone the ads are shown on top of the web space. I switch all the ads options from theme panel but the ads just wont go when i check it from mobile phone.

Can someone please help me turn off these random ads?

For the feed the theme does not have any actual settings, also there were’t many tests conducted. The theme and theme blocks/grids and other elements are designed to work with and display self published content, not import and display external content.
