I went ahead and upgraded Newspaper from 8.5 to 8.6, and re-installed td-composer, td-social-counter, and td-multi-purpose plugins, all by deleting the old ones and installing the new ones, to ensure no leftover files. I have no other td plugins installed.
I flushed the CDN caches and the browser caches and the local wordpress page cache. The error persists.
I added the following line to the top of the td_panel_settings.php file and the error went away on that page:
require_once( 'styles/tds_api.php' );
Unfortunately, a new error shows in the “font settings” tab of that page:

Also, the components still do not show up in the editor as far as I can see.
Any help will be appreciated.

I am having the same issue. I tried my existing app and then I tried creating a new app. Facebook still says 0. I also deleted and reinstalled the plugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure that using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, make sure that your system status parameters are increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Please notice that the multi-site has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot provide support for this, sorry! Also, notice that the multisite is just a WordPress functionality and it can be done in a lot of ways. For more information about this implementation, please check here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network We recommend using the way of multisite when you have to create a new install for each subdomain and then you can make a redirect between them.

We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.
2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh
3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page

Please take the header.php directly to the pack files because there you will find the right code for the entire theme. The best way is to reinstall the whole theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case.

Please try to clear all caching installed, clear CDN files if used as well. Clear browser cache, or test in a different browser. These actions solved the issue in most cases.

i have bought newsmag for a sport magazine. I upload it on my test website http://www.veryimportantweb.com and the upload was ok, the test working well. But now i need to install the theme on the correct website: i tried to install the zip file on my official website http://www.calcioinrosa.it but at the end of the upload, wordpress give me an error message like this “Are you sure do you want this? Try again”.. and the upload failed. I tried many times.

Please try to reinstall the theme and the multi-purpose plugin and make sure you keep the theme name intact. Do not change the theme name.
If you use a child theme please make sure you test with the main theme as well.

This means the social counter plugin must be updated on your end. Please disable and delete the current version you have installed now and then install it again from the main theme package you download from envato .

Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed. This could mean the demo has not installed properly. Try to uninstall the demo and install it again. Once installed the demo layout should look as the live demo, only the demo content will be different (posts, images used etc).

I had WP Super Cache, but that has a conflict with Ultimate Member plugin. Which is really dumb ’cause they’re both very popular plugins. Which cache plugin can I install that is ok with both newspaper and UM 2.0?
I would like to know if there is compatibility of the gdlr-event plugin in relation to the newspaper theme, since I installed this plugin but when creating an event, the fields related to the event register are not listed on the creation page.
