Sorry but the theme slide does not have any extra loading effects. If you need more complex slides, please use the revolution slider plugin that is bundled with the theme:

I have tried to install the Newspaper Theme, but when I do it causes an HTTP 500 error. When this happens I am only able to access my site via the server control panel.

Hi, so because of the issues with visual composer and tagdiv, I’ve had to move the newspaper theme onto a different site. I’ve installed the theme however when I try to install the demo content, it says installed but none of the prebuilt pages are there or none of the settings came in.

@NextdMedia Please deactivate and delete the social counter plugin used, and install the one provided in the latest theme package. Before configuring the counter, clear your browsers cache. Example for Chrome

For the Instagram simply add the ID as shown in the guide, and it should display accordingly. Clear any installed caching after configuring it.

The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. That should not happen. There was a similar issue before regarding this matter. It happened when users updated the Visual composer plugin to the latest version before it has been officially supported by the theme and included in the theme package. That is not recommended.
The version currently supported and included in the bundle is Visual composer 5.2.1. This version works properly with the theme. Please check if you have this plugin version installed at the moment. If it is not, deactivate and delete it and use the one provided in the theme package

I did as you suggested and the buttons of mobile version now work perfectly. I probably was wrong in updating the theme!
However, there is a problem: why does the mobile theme sometimes appear random even in site views on ipad or even on the desktop? Do I need to set the theme or can it be a caching problem? I installed in WordPress the Wp Rocket plugin, but the problem also occurs if I disable the cache for the mobile versions.
PS I take advantage of asking you if you will update the theme so that we have the latest version of Revolution Slider plugin. Or has it been updated and I’m not the one I did not update? Thank you

It seems to be a strange behavior, sorry! Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version which can be updated via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Clear all the caches!

just enable mbstring in your hosting. If you’re in servers like digitalocean. pls google on how to install mbstring and execute the command. that’s it. once done, your next article works fine on facebook IA. 🙂
