Hi, I receive the “Invalid Server Endpoint” error while trying to access the Cloud Library. We’re set up on a WP Engine staging server at the moment, which has 512M of memory dedicated to WordPress and runs PHP 7.2x. We’re also running the back end in https.
Since those are the 3 main items that seem to cause this error, do you have any other suggestions as to what may be causing it? I wasn’t sure if it may be because of some other limitation with a staging environment.
I would like to display main custom ad. (custom ad.5) which currently display below the header of home page on every category and article/post page. The custom ad. should display at the same position as same as home page.
This is important to me because reader don’t come to home page anymore. They come from social media link directly to each article/post page. Therefore all advertisement on home page must display on article/post page as well.
please help.
***After I upgrade the theme to the latest version. My site got problem such as can not save the menu or edit theme setting. I fixed it by increase admin memory to 512 and increase max input var to 5000. You should notify all customers on the theme-forest page.***

Happy to help if I can. Here are my php.ini and WordPress/Plugins settings:
1. PHP version 7.2.17
2. post_max_size 128M
3. max_execution_time 600
4. max_input_vars 5000

5. WP Memory limit 256 MB/request
6. WP_DEBUG False
7. WP version 5.2.2
The additional things I did were:
1. Had my hosting provider clear the cache and check my firewall
2. Made sure the SSL was functioning properly
3. cleared the WP super cache plugin (I actually uninstalled/reinstalled).

Hello, im experiencing issues on my server for exceeding the memory limit (503 error). This started to happening when I installed the theme on my site. Can you help me to valide if its an issue from the theme. The issue is intermittent.

Guys, my site is still experiencing awful spikes and ends up overloading bc of of the Newspaper Theme…the problems go away as soon as i revert to the 2019 default theme. I have tried deactivating all plugins except the ones needed to run and yet the Memory and Usage allocated by my host are not enough. I have tried downgrading (after the upgrade didnt help) can you please please help me figure this out?

I’m trying to edit my homepage by using TagDiv Composer, unfortunately, when I click “Edit with TD Composer” my page just goes blank, and nothing happens. I’ve tried several solutions, such as raising up the memory allowance with my host, creating new pages from scratch, but nothing has changed ever since.

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit

hi, when I added an url to the titles of blocks in homepage, I will save the new settings, the page says successfully saved, but when I checked them again there is no url in the titles. I check wp memory limit and php, all is updated, may it be something licence, because this is my second license, can you help me please

@mario118 That would be the theme javascript, which is being loaded from the composer plugin now after the recent updates. Basically most of the theme files are now in the composer plugin, so now they are being loaded from there.
From what I can see there are other resources that are detected by the test

Seems to be related to the mobile header, I suggest that you edit the cloud header with the composer and check the backgrounds on the rows, if there is an image there remove it, or set a different one – https://www.screencast.com/t/WL2jvNdBT
The cloud templates don’t have a stylesheet or any files, all their settings are in the composer. Their CSS settings are generated dynamically.

It seems to be a problem regarding PHP memory. Please increased all of the system status paramteters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ ALso, if you are using some untested plugins, please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Probably, your PHP has exhausted and when you enable the Seo Yoast Premium, this value being exhausted, maybe that’s why you get a blank page, sorry!

Do you believe that if a Windows computer is infected with some sort of virus/malware, and I speak in particular of the Chrome browser, it can crash a server while editing some pages?
1) There is some PHP or Plugin code that says not to saturate the whole CPU and RAM memory of a server to avoid future blocks without changing hosting?
2) Are you aware if the latest versions if the latest versions of Newspaper and WPBakery Page Builder have improved in memory management?
3) What can you tell me to identify with certainty what all these resources consume?

It could be that WPBakery causes the crashes, it is quite heavy on resource usage. It should work fine with these requirements – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
For memory we recommend 256M if possible, this would be enough for most websites. Please check the guide carefully, if needed ask the hosting provider to increase the values of the parameters mentioned in it.

I’m using Newspaper 9.2.2 + WPBakery Page Builder 5.6 + Mega Addons For Visual Composer Free 2.2,
It would seem that when I use the Backend with al lot of elements of WPBakery Page Builder 5.6 (card element, 4 tabs, text block, accordion, etc., my server goes in crash (100% CPU, 1GB memory full, lot of number process and immission), mainly when I save the page with the changes.
Is it possible to limit CPU resource usage up to 75% and even memory up to 75%, so the website doesn’t crash?.
Is it a problem with the admin-ajax.php file while working in the backend?

when I activate the td-composer plugin I get an “ajax error”. When the plugin td-composer is active the website display the following error:
“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I contacted the server asking them to check what was the root cause of the issue. Trying to solve the issue, they raised the memory allowed to the maximum (512M), but even with this higher limit the plugin keeps showing a problem connected with the memory available.

Also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

What theme version was the website using before you updated? I would suggest as a first step to reinstall the theme by FTP – https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Remove the current theme and upload it again. There were changes in the theme file structure, it is better to update by FTP in this case.
Also if you use an older PHP version, try to update to version 7, 7.1 or 7.2 for example. Check the wp-memory as well, set it to 256M if possible – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/

So the theme does not function correctly. I have logged in, seems the wp-memory (and some other parameters is quite low) – http://prntscr.com/nzwoap having low wp-memory can cause various problems. While the theme and theme plugins should work with 40M, installing more plugins will exhaust the memory. We recommend 256M if possible.
Please check this requirements guide carefully, it mentions how the memory can be increased – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ if needed you could contact the hosting provider and ask them to do it for you.
Regarding this code you mention, what exactly should it do? You can use any of the available composer elements in pages – http://prntscr.com/nzwrk4 there are text, image, HTML elements etc. Let me know.
