- NewspaperWhen tagDiv Composer is Not Working
- NewspaperCache plugin – install and configure
- NewspaperRequirements for Newspaper
Hello Bettina
Thank you for reply.
1. Your screen shot did not open, however before my question on forum I already deactivated all no TagDiv plugins – no difference
2. I also cleared top row on page to see if may not obscuring TagDiv menu – no difference
3. The difference between two licences are:
TagDiv tollbar working on Newsweek PRO
PHP Version7.4.33
WP Memory Limit 512 MB
PHP Execution Time 30000
PHP Max Input Vars 10000
developer tool show
<div id=”wpadminbar” class=”nojq”>
Skip to toolbar
TagDiv tollbar NOT working on Magazine PRO
PHP Version 8.1.27
WP Memory Limit 512 MB
PHP Execution Time 30000
PHP Max Input Vars 10000
no wpadminbar in developer tool
Hope that information’s above may help you to find out what could be the reason. Cloud Templates can be used to do most of changes but take bit more time.
Regards
Alex

Hello,
Please make sure that all theme requirements were set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ you can try to double the wp memory limit, and please make sure you do not have a plugin conflict.
Here is an article about how to fix this problem:
There has been a critical error on your website. Also, please check the permalinks and re-save them -> https://i.imgur.com/MQPtVzl.png
Hope it will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please double it and check the rest of the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J

Loaded the Prebuild Websites: DEFALULT PRO whith content included
Not using a child theme
Tried “steps from this topic” and it’s all ok.

This is happening on one of my websites https://centreline.com.pk that the site times out and if I just disable td-cloud-library plugin, site comes up instantly. Weird this is that if i enable the plugin again from file manager, it works fine until next time out occurrence. All memory related limits are as per the recommendation.
Moreover, I am unable identify the root cause from the logs as nothing is being logged when this happens.
Hello thanks for your response
But in the moment i have deactivated dhe plugin the article is updated and don’t give me this error. And i think this is a problem of theme 🙁
It is ok the php memory
Thanks a lot again.

Resolved by raising the memory_limit to 1000 MB
FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 524288000 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35259384 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/dev2.haipo.co.il/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_resources_optimize.php on line 171” while reading response header from upstream

Hello,
To see from where is coming the error you can enabled the debug (to set it on true in wp-config.php).
It is possible that after the last theme update to be some changes to this that now affects the categories, what I can recommend is to do resave permalinks, to make sure that you have enough wp-memory limit – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ and in case that the problem persist, you can even do a test with the previous plugin version.
Thank you!
Hello,

How can i edit/delete/add them?

Hi @anamaria ,
When the problem happened I tried twice using “autoupdate” (ajax error installing the plugin Composer), then I tried downloading everything through “themeforest” and the “Composer” and “Cloud Library” plugins did not install, it showed an error.
I went back to the previous version.
The next day, I tried again using “autoupdate” and it worked.

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png
Also make sure that you are using https not http on your links, you can do this using a plugin like this one -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
1). Getting “Resource Limit Is Reached” everytime.
Works only after disabling the following plugins
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
How to fix this ?
2). When I try to import home page template from Cloud Library, getting “Invalid reply from server endpoint”
WP_Memory_limit is 500M
and Iam using https.
Mail already sent today morning but no response.
Hi~ I am having trouble to edit my page with Tagdiv Composer. When I clicked on the “Edit with Tagdiv Composer” icon, the editing page is unable to load. I have the latest version of Newspaper installed and WP memory limit recently increased to 512MB by my hosting service provider. Please assist.

It seems to be connected with the code I’ve added to functions.php in order to hide the names of three specific categories. (I did try ti use the option HIDE CATEGORY ON POST AND ON CATEGORY PAGES in the Newspaper theme panel, but it works only for the first category.)
add_filter('get_the_terms', 'hide_categories_terms', 10, 3);
function hide_categories_terms($terms, $post_id, $taxonomy){
// define which category IDs you want to hide
$excludeIDs = array(1, 2, 3);
// get all the terms
$exclude = array();
foreach ($excludeIDs as $id) {
$exclude[] = get_term_by('id', $id, 'category');
}
// filter the categories
if (!is_admin()) {
foreach($terms as $key => $term){
if($term->taxonomy == "category"){
foreach ($exclude as $exKey => $exTerm) {
if($term->term_id == $exTerm->term_id) unset($terms[$key]);
}
}
}
}
return $terms;
