Maybe try and increase the value of the WP memory and upload_max_file parameters

WP memory can be set higher than the guide recommends if possible. After doing this please check if the problem is solved. Also try to do this with no other plugins than the theme plugins active if possible. Please let us know what you find.

Please make sure that you have enough wp_memory_limit ( recommendation 256 ) and all Requirements for Newspaper are good.
Please clear all cache and activate again after you do the above check.

Increase it, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Similar issues were solved by increasing the WP-memory value, in many cases a value of 256M did the trick. You could try that as well, contact your hosting provider if needed or make the modifications yourself.

2.Please go in Newspaper>Theme panel>Post Settings> post and Custom post type and disable the ENABLE COMMENTS ON POSTS .

@Vano-253 Does it happen if you try in a different browser? You could try and increase the WP-memory to a higher value, like 256M if possible.
Also are there any errors when these hangs occur, in the browser console? Please let us know.

Please deactivate the composer, delete it from theme, go on themeforest login and get the theme with all file and install the td composer.

If the problem is still there please increase WP memory limit to 256 MB max_input_vars at last at 2000

The minimum requirement are not enough if you have plugins install.
