Hi,
I turn on social icons in both menus, top and footer, I provide link to FB but there are no icon for it. This is the case in browsers. On every breakpoint icon just missing.
On the contrary to this, on mobile, multiple icons appear and FB icon leads to the same page, not to the link that I provided.

i have found a big bug to Android Browser if have a Android ver < 4.3!
The bug also occurs using your online demo.
The page loads properly, but as soon as it finishes loading the site, it is completely covered by the background or mobile menu area, but without mobile menu content, and without close icon!
You have no idea how to fix it? I have thousands of customers who complain about it and they do not use “modern” browser on your mobile device (like Chrome or Firefox)! Obviously they can not use the site and leave!

Please keep in mind that our theme has 2 possibilities regarding on mobile mode, like as -> General Responsive Mobile Mode and Mobile Theme. So, if you want to have different menu on mobile version you should use the Mobile Theme plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ because this allows you a way to change the menu on mobile, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/NzopIdglTuE5 Please notice that the footer will be the only one for entire website because the theme does not have any such an option that offers you a way to change it for mobile mode, sorry!
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

I love Newspaper Theme, it’s really simple and nice.
The mobile menu use the main menu.
however I want to use another menu for mobile for better experience.
like different menu items, and how can i customise the mobile menu to add some html codes before and after the menu section in mobile menu? I would like to add a logo and some text before the menu items section and add a footer for the mobile menu.

I had checked under theme fonts>> fonts settings and line height is default line height in all settings.
Moreover, you can see search icon is also not on its location on desktop as well…it is a line above its position….this is the same in mobile menu and search icon and 1 line above…

Please provide an example of a non rtl and non-customized site that has the mobile theme menu appear on the front-end without any custom rtl.css. (I’m not sure where the rtl.css comes from. If it;s a plugin, there is no rtl plugin tested with our theme.)
If the problem only originated when moving online, you might check your host to see what issue can show up when moving to an online environment, any caching on the server, any firewall…etc.
If you can provide an example with a default site without customization providing any problems such as you describe, we will gladly look into it via contact@tagdiv.com.

Sorry but our theme has no RTL options and altering the css to work in TL mode will provide this issue as the mobile menu is hidden outside of the view but if the layout is altered it will show up as it does on your site. Please ask a developer to help in altering the theme code. Our theme does not have RTL support and it has to be implemented properly at a development stage. There is no easy solution we can provide for RTL. If you cannot use our theme without RTL support we will be able to provide a refund if you make a request on envato.

Excuse me Bogdan but im not in total agreement with ur diagnostic.
1. The issue of the mobile menu on the left of the page is present in another site (ltr) i made based on ur theme.
2. In my localhost everything is fine with the VC. The problem began to appear when i hosted my work online.
The only modification i did is adding an rtl.css file. I didnt modify the core of the plugin at all.
3. I can give u the access to the backend if u give me where to send it privately to u

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with your mobile menu to the desktop mode. Everything seems to work as properly. Try to clear all your caches and check the results.
Also, please keep in mind that the theme doesn’t have RTL support and you will need custom modifications for an RTL site. Unfortunately, the time doesn’t allow us to provide any type of custom services and if you develop an RTL site you will need custom work and I can only suggest getting someone to help you.

Unfortunately the transition cannot be removed as it is part of the menu. You can use this css to stop the transition effect:
.td-search-opened .td-search-background, .td-search-background{
transition:none!important
}
The background colors can be changed from the theme panel colors section or from the mobile theme section if you use the mobile theme plugin

Please keep in mind that the Mobile Menu is fully tested and compatible with our theme. I suppose that happens due to your untested plugins. Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that you are correctly set, your Wp-Super cache plugin and Cloudflare, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THE NEWSMAG THEME. I DON’t LIKE THE MOBILE MENU OR THE SEARCH. WOULD LIKE PREVIOUS VERSION AND HOW THE HELL DO I SEND A PRIVATE MESSAGE. THIS SUPPORT SYSTEM IS EXTREMELY NOT USER-FRIENDLY.

Also, under mobile theme i am also disabling the footer menu by selecting –no menu– and pressing save settings but always it is replaced by some menu please advice that also.

first let me congrats on the beautiful theme.
I just wanted to know how i can make the Responsive Mobile-Menu and Responsive Mobile-Search button to be more simple not to have that cubic transition as it is now.
PS: Talking about http://prntscr.com/dc868j – i want when i press those button to have simple right-to-left transition and for the search button simple left-to-right transition, background color black opacity 50%.
Is that possible and if can you please walk me through making that.

I am experiencing a rather odd problem.
My mobile menu is not displaying correctly on iphones, specifically it is like it does not “read” any of the cache rules and diplays all white. What is weird, is that when I try it on incognito mode it displays just fine! I assumed therefore it was a cache issue, I cleared cache on wp-super cache and cloudflare, delete all safari cache as well and the problem persists!
If needed I can send screenshots on an email, or provide you with a url to investigate the problem yourselves. It seems and feels like a caching issue, however I haven’t been able to resolve it.

Secondly, in the mobile menu when I click on the about the page loads a blank page (works ok on desktop).

Im facing three issues since ive migrated my site to the hosting server
First with the theme activation, its says too many requests from ur ip.
It’s the second site im trying to use your theme with.
Second issue, is with Visual Composer. It’s updated (4.12.1), in my localhost version of the site everything is fine. But since ive migrated from localhost i cant edit my
homepage. The elements of the VC dont load in the backend, there’s a little spinner that spins undefinetly. In the frontend everything goes right.
Third problem has to do with the mobile version of the main menu. It permanently appears on the the desktop version of the site, on the left of all the content of the site.
It forces a horizontal scroll bar to appear and i have to scroll left to be able to see the site content.
PS: Im not using the tagdiv mobile theme

There is no simple way of altering the break point for the mobile menu unfortunately. Please provide a link to your site and an example of how your menu is “spilling” It should display exactly like the one on our official demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
