Greetings, I want to edit the “Sign in – Join” field in the mobile menu. I want to link to different places. From which file can we do this?
Sample Picture:

Dear Support,
I have problem with mobile view category pages (category sibling) on our site.
Please check next url: https://nook.rs/kategorije/magazin
Jump menu is in start of category line instead in the end…
Please check url above from mobile device.
Thank you a lot.
Hi,
1. The mobile menu color can be adjusted using the settings from here – https://i.imgur.com/zP4dl00.png
4. I think that you are referring to this one – https://i.imgur.com/wlwyCqz.png that one can be removed using those settings – https://i.imgur.com/cXHCAjj.png
Thank you!
Hello @aevtimov !
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
You can choose the mobile version and the menu you want to use. By default, we use option 1 for mobile, and you can customize it from the tagdiv Composer.
Thank you!

Hi i would like to translate the top text on mobile menu “Login / Sign in” (not using the mobile theme)
But i cannot find the variable to change to change it ?
I’m using Loco Translate
Thanks !
Hello,
1. You can remove it using the option from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/6yGk3gt.png
2. The mobile menu can be change from left to right only using custom css.
You can try this custom code:
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
float: right;
margin-right: 10px;
}
.td-search-wrapper {
float: left;
position: unset;
margin-top: -13px;
}
Set the css in the theme panel > custom code > advance css > phones (this code will be apply only on responsive version).
3. You can use a different menu for mobile only if you are using the mobile theme plugin – https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m struggling:
1. to remove background image from mobile menu
2. place the mobile menu to the right side (instead of the left)
3. create a custom menu for mobile (where do I set it)?
Best regards!
Hello,
The mobile version of my website in the Bluehost customizer is different than the one I have created in WordPress, and some pages, such as product category pages are taking the old incorrect one from Bluehost. It’s also creating cache issues – sometimes when I update a menu item’s url and publish the changes, suddenly the mobile version of the site uses this “Bluehost” version.
I cannot change the version in Bluehost. Bluehost support tried but couldn’t resolve the issue, and told me that it’s likely a problem with the theme, and that I should contact the developer.
How can I get the mobile version in Bluehost customizer to match the correct one, including headers and footers, I have created with TagDiv in WordPress?
-Jeremy
Hello, I followed your procedure to the letter.
I even removed the ≡ menu on the Youpi.news/nl/ version and the problem is still the same, so it must not be from the menu, nor from the mobile menu. The problem comes from elsewhere. an other idea ?
Hello,
I think we’re not understanding each other!
You’re showing me this: https://share.cleanshot.com/8fN3jR57
except that:
I can’t see which page you’re on or which cloud template you’re using?
I don’t see this “mobile menu” on any page.
Where exactly should I go to see the same information? As you can clearly see in the screenshots I shared in my previous messages, I don’t have the same thing as you.
for me it doesn’t say “mobile menu”, but “modal menu”, so I don’t have the same options as you…
Could you make a video of the complete operation starting from your WordPress dashboard because I can’t reproduce the same thing as you…

Hello,
Regarding this: https://prnt.sc/eS7jx2yCC8OR, it was already okay.
For the first problem, that is to say, making modifications, I don’t see the same thing as you on my screen. Which cloud template should I open? And where can I see the “mobile menu” as you show it on the screen? Could you show me this via a screen capture video as I don’t have the same display as you?

Thank you for your help.
Hello,
I would like to clarify that I never claimed that you had deleted a WordPress plugin. What I said was that the configuration of certain modules had been reset. This is probably because you deactivated the module (GDPR Cookie Compliance). By deactivating it, all custom settings are removed, in line with its operating mode. This has forced us to spend two hours reconfiguring each time.
Regarding the mobile menu, we have already fixed and changed it, but it has not altered the code; the problem still persists.
You talk about doing a “check in the theme panel also,” but where exactly should I look? There are many settings; which one could potentially generate these lines of code in the code?
Thank you for your invaluable assistance.
Best regards.
Hello @dlicoppe !
I’m sorry that you face those issues, but I’m sure that we do not delete the plugins of our clients. Anyway, I told you exactly where you could find the code. In the mobile viewport, for every menu, check if you’ve chosen the menu (check in the theme panel also).
Thank you!

I am currently using the Crypto News Pro pre-built theme and I am getting 4 deadlink errors on each page and since currently have 73 pages, I am getting almost 300 deadlink errors. The dead links are for the following categories, which did not exist on my site: blockchain, ntfs, opinions and deals. I view the page source and here is what I see.
<!– menu section –>
<div class=”td-mobile-content”>
<div class=”menu-td-demo-header-menu-container”><ul id=”menu-td-demo-header-menu” class=”td-mobile-main-menu”><li id=”menu-item-420″ class=”menu-item menu-item-type-custom menu-item-object-custom menu-item-first menu-item-420″>Blockchain
<li id=”menu-item-421″ class=”menu-item menu-item-type-custom menu-item-object-custom menu-item-421″>NFTs
<li id=”menu-item-422″ class=”menu-item menu-item-type-custom menu-item-object-custom menu-item-422″>Opinions
<li id=”menu-item-425″ class=”menu-item menu-item-type-custom menu-item-object-custom menu-item-425″>Deals
</div> </div>
</div>
Please let me know how to remove this from my site, so I do not get these errors.

When I go to appearance > Cuztomize, the phone view is different from my desktop page. It doesn’t have the menu for instance. Moreover, I created a mobile page and it’s not working either. The menu I get on my mobile is not the same as the desktop one even though I created only one menu.

ok but how do I force the display of the mega menu on mobile? this menu here: https://share.cleanshot.com/ZfQWmGkz
Can you help me figure out why I can see all of my menu categories when logged in to the site, but not when logged out? I’d like to fix this so they’re all visible, even when logged out? Also, there are 3 menu items (categories) that are not visible on the Mobile menu.
Thanks, Ken
