Please help us. We are quite frustrated with the mobile-friendly issue in the google search console, we just activated the mobile theme newspaper to fix the problem, but that also didn’t solve the problem. The problem that arises is that:
(1) Clickable elements are too close together.
(2) Content is wider than screen.
(3) Text is too small to read.
Here is a list of problematic URLs:

I spoke too soon. The front page of the site (https://thegorillaposition.com) is still showing the non-mobile version while on the phone.
I’m a novice when it comes to making tweaks like these, so can you kindly tell me precisely where in WP Rocket settings to exclude the following?
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js

Good morning,
I updated my lottogazzetta.it site with the latest version of the newspaper theme.
On mobile and tablet it goes great, but on desktop I can only view it if only logged in, because otherwise it signals a critical error.
A thorough server side check was done and everything is fine, so I assume it may be theme dependent.
Can you help me please?
Thank you
Okay, so this is rather counter-intuitive, but what I have done to seemingly fix this issue for me is that, as I’m using SiteGround as my website’s host, I had to actually keep the SG Optimizer plugin installed and active, but disable the “Dynamic Caching” option in that plugin to make sure SiteGround was not using caching at all. Then, I enabled WP Super Cache with the proper settings, and so far there has been no conflict regarding the desktop version of the website, and the mobile theme works fine.
Hi everyone, I can’t understand why for a few days my site hasn’t shown the hamburger menu icon anymore (used for both the desktop and mobile versions) and shows this code in the header:
[tdb_header_logo align_vert=”content-vert-center” url=”https://www.mediapason.it” media_size_image_height=”180″ media_size_image_width=”544″ image_retina=”12401″ show_title=”none” show_svg=”none” ttl_tag_space=”20″ tagline_align_vert=”content-vert-bottom” show_tagline=”none” align_horiz=”content-horiz-left” image=”12400″]
[tdb_mobile_menu menu_id=”735″ align_horiz=”content-horiz-right” icon_size=”45″ icon_color=”#ffffff” icon_color_h=”#0b9a2f” tdicon=”tdc-font-fa tdc-font-fa-navicon-reorder-bars”]
If you need you can see it at http://www.mediapason.it
I tried to recover a previous version of the site and databasewith a backup, but after a few days the problem occurred again, without me updating anything (theme, wordpress, plugin)
thanks
Hello,
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to have those shortcodes displayed, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Also, for page speed please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/my-site-is-so-slow-after-installing-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
I just checked, and the website is loading on mobile.
For the error please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
Also, please make sure there is no plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see that is fine now. Was the Mobile Theme plugin activated?
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile theme does not accept shortcodes, so if you want this shortcode to be displayed in the post, you can disable it in the mobile theme for the respective post -> https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Thank you!
Correction: This issue actually extends to the rest of the website, not just the main page, upon further investigation. I have to disable the Mobile Theme plugin and remove WP Super Cache, putting back the SG Optimizer plugin back for now until I receive an answer. I need the mobile theme to work, however.
I had posted this question 2 years ago. The issue still persists, however. When I use WP Super Cache as suggested by the answer from this question and others like it, either the mobile theme still works on mobile but appears distorted on the desktop version of the website, or the tagDiv Mobile Theme just does not appear on the mobile version of the website (which is currently the case).
WP Super Cache is installed with all the suggested settings. There are no other caching solutions on the website. Why is this happening?
An additional detail is that this issue only occurs on the home page of my website, not in any of the posts.

Hello @syed2023!
If you mean the “loading” here: https://prnt.sc/5ESMA0nJLP3U, then it means that you need to improve your page speed. The page should fully load to accommodate the multiple elements that you have on the page.
To increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Hi,
For Mobile Theme plugin, you can change the copyright text in Theme Panel -> Mobile theme -> footer -> subfooter.
Thank you!
Just to clarify are you sayinig that if I use mobile theme on mobile + AMP then the Ezoic ads will show ok for amp pages?
Hi, I manages to remove it on the main theme but the mobile template I created still has it see screen shot from my mobile screen

Hello,
Thank you for your response, I deactivated the AMP version and Mobile theme and I seem to got what I wanted but unfortunately, after a few hours, the header for all both the Desktop and Mobile versions disappeared more also, the TadGiv editor didn’t load the page content in other to edit each page/post and is only buffering.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you
Hello,
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.

Hello,
We are having an issue with the mobile version of our website https://www.successfulhealthhabits.com/ the home page and a few other pages work fine, but the about page: https://www.successfulhealthhabits.com/about/ and the login page: https://www.successfulhealthhabits.com/tds-login-register/ seem not to be responsive, we don’t want the mobile version created with the theme. We want the content on the desktop version to be the same content that will be on our mobile version.
Hence, we prefer the AMP version, unfortunately, the AMP version does not work with the two pages mentioned, we chose the standard template on AMP plugin and it automatically switches to the Transitional template mode.
The website pages have “Exit mobile version” or “Go to mobile version” at the bottom of the footer. We can easily erase those text but the website always loads on the default mobile version instead of the AMP version like the home page and a few other pages working fine.
You should check the mentioned pages on mobile. I look forward to hearing from you on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you!
Hi Anna Maria
Thanks. I inserted two AMP ad codes in the Mobile Theme Ads section you showed me but the ads are not showing, neither on mobile, nor on AMP.
Any idea why?
The website is http://www.mamapeinao.gr in case you need to look up the source code.
Hi,

So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby

Hi,
The mobile theme ad spots will load ads on mobile or mobile + AMP https://i.imgur.com/YEkMJ6N.png
Thank you!
Hello @giuseppe39!
This mobile homepage is overwritten by the Mobile theme plugin, which is why the layout has changed. Edit the desktop version of your homepage with Gutenberg and disable the Mobile theme: https://prnt.sc/BZVdi5tHDCuP
Thank you!
Mediax, I completely agree.
The theme is working great and for years I was leaving them advice to focus on mobile versions but they just keep focusing on desktop versions.
While I am a very satisfied customer, I do not approve of messing with my website without my explicit approval. This is mine and there is no right for them to decide if should I watch, every day, all day, their massive ads.

Hello,
It seems you have the mobile theme + amp activated.
Please deactivate those plugins, tagdiv mobile theme and amp, clear all cache.

Hi! I need your help.
Our website started to display some errors (CSS, I think):
1. In the ‘home’ many elements stopped being centered).
target=”_blank”https://prnt.sc/weRZnyf2JJN0
https://prnt.sc/riuYVMBZMUoU
This is how the home page looks correctly:
https://web.archive.org/web/20230306221124/https://impactotic.co/
2. In the entries, the width of the main image and the text block was enlarged (and everything was filling the screen).
https://prnt.sc/56GhhjiE_eLx
3. In the pages made with TagDiv Composer, elements are lost or blocks go to the left or to the full width.
https://prnt.sc/as19xgki8W6j
These failures occur without having made any changes to the WordPress installation in the last 2 months.
So far, I have tried the following to resolve it:
– Purge Cloudflare and WP-Rocket cache.
– Disable both caching tools.
– Deactivate and reactivate the TagDiv plugins.
– Make horizontal alignment of the rows, as indicated here in the forum (although it was always to the left and never failed). https://prnt.sc/fOa7vmeNIRM9
– Restore the database with a backup from yesterday, when the site was deploying perfectly.
It should be noted that on phones it still looks fine (we don’t use the tagDiv Mobile Theme).
What could have happened and how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance for your help!
