I am using the mobile theme plugin. When I create a page, I can see the page on desktop, but on the mobile version the page displays the message “no mobile content”. Any tips?
Hello,
I’m having trouble getting the mobile site configured on my website – CommandEleven. I’ve turned both the mobile theme and AMP off currently, because I’m unable to get the content to display at all on the mobile versions of the pages.
Can anyone help?
Best – Khalid
Hello,
I pasted the following CSS for the highlighted links:
.td-post-content a {
text-decoration: none;
color: #000!;
font-weight: 700;
position: relative;
}
.td-post-content a::before {
content: “”;
background-color: hsla(196, 61%, 58%, .75);
position: absolute;
left: 0;
bottom: 3px;
width: 100%;
height: 2px;
z-index: -1;
transition: all .3s ease-in-out;
}
.td-post-content a:hover::before {
bottom: 0;
height: 100%;
}
However, I am facing a different problem now. All the hyperlinks are not being highlighted. Sometimes, the ones that are not underlined and highlighted on desktop devices are underlined and highlighted on mobile devices.
For example:
Link: https://wirefray.com/tarantula-nebula-spider-silk-spotted-by-webb-space-telescope/
Desktop:
https://snipboard.io/X14uw7.jpg
See the red lined part
Mobile:
https://snipboard.io/sXgAB7.jpg
See the red lined part.
I think the problem arises when the hyperlinked text goes on till the next line.
Please tell me know how to fix this. Also, let me know how to tryout different colors for the underline and highlighting.
I have a question, please refer to the image I provide from the mobile device. See, that the font is different from that shown on desktop devices. The text font seems bolded and appears to use a different font.
I want everything to show up like it does on desktop. I even tried copying the desktop theme for mobile devices but it yielded no results.
Please answer these questions separately for each problem so that it is easy to understand.
Thank you.
Regards.
Thank you. I did eventually manage to edit it but I used the backslash — when you hover over the header date, it tells you what to do to remove an element, like the day. YES!
I will study the mobile page situation a bit more. I did create a mobile page but unfortunately, I was not able to edit it. The message said that I had to use the Cloud header template. That’s confusing, because none of them look like the Amsonia sub-theme. How should I proceed to edit the mobile header in the Cloud?
Hello @rjsurjo!
Here you can remove/set a picture for mobile menu background: https://www.screencast.com/t/x3Xrln2b88x
And the background color here: https://www.screencast.com/t/PbU3hQpDqHh
If you use the mobile theme plugin, then check the settings in the theme panel -> mobile theme -> mobile menu/search background and theme panel -> mobile theme -> theme colors -> mobile menu.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello @reufjaha !
I’m sorry to hear about this. Please note that every page speed needs some improvement, and it is not enough to install a plugin alone because there are many factors which can affect your page speed quality.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.

I am using the mobile theme plugin. When I go to the theme panel > mobile theme > I changed the gradient and the background image for search/menu. No changes happen. The only way to change the gradient is in custom CSS. How can I fix this?
Hello @christopherkevil8838!
You need to drag and drop the element onto your page and not just click on it.
You can adjust the logo differently in the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB, so then it will fit there.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
For the option 1 and 2, you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @rjsurjo!
Unfortunately, there are no settings to customize that.
When you enable the mobile theme plugin with AMP, then it will overwrite the templates with their layout. This layout has some settings only in order to customize the design. These settings can be found in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme. More information can be found at https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

Hello @edragon!
Strange, because the amp and mobile theme work well together for me.
If you like, we can take a look and check if everything is alright and inspect why it is not working for you.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

Hi Bettina
We do use Mobile Theme plugin, and the problem is that if I switch AMP ON it ruins mobile menu, if AMP is OFF mobile menu works perfectly with Mobile Theme plugin. At the moment we switched AMP off and everything works as it should, but previously AMP was on or whenever you turn it ON it, mobile menu is locked, it shows a full menu with submenu and if there are more than 10 then the rest of the menu is not accessible anymore. This means that MOBILE+AMP, like it has been shown in tagDiv AMP Plugin Tutorial, does not work together properly. I tested it with other website and the same thing happened so I am pretty sure that you can repeat that process too.

Hello @Edragon!
In order to disable this option “Exit mobile version”, you need to disable this setting: https://i.imgur.com/LxpDtB2.png
The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

Did you build the mobile page or it is empty while you edit it with the TagDiv Composer?

Hello,
My site is evolucionsuperior.es
I designed the site three years ago.
After latest updates of the theme the responsive pages are not working well.
Do I need to create a brand new mobile page for each section? Can’t the responsive be activated like it was two years ago? (that worked automatically)?
Thank you
Using tagdiv mobile theme. I changed the settings in newspaper > mobile theme > theme colors > gradient colors
Still no change
Hello @raketenaffiliate!
It could be the problem from safari. Maybe the font you use is not compatible with the browser.
Go in Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile menu/mobile search.
Thank you!
Hi !
I have a problem with the theme, when I click the button to the next page, I see a blank screen

Better quality – https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/ShJtKUM0Qs-MIQvShn_ZQw.png
There are no posts
The home page works fine
When browsing the website on a mobile device, everything is fine, the following pages work without any complaints.
What could be the problem?

Thank you for your quick reply.
First of all, I got it setup a bit cleaner now, thanks to your answer.
First, I uninstalled the mobile plugin and the omgf google fonts plugin, then I deactivated the “use google fonts” and “use default fonts” option in the theme panel.
Then I uploaded the fonts and added css to style.css from this link: https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/fonts/comfortaa?subsets=latin
After then choosing the right fonts again in theme panel, everything seems to load properly, just SAFARI on my IPHONE shows times new roman, here’s a screenshot below. I tried google chrome mobile and it showed up just fine. Is there any Solution to this?

Also one more thing. How can I change the color gradient of the mobile theme menu to match my theme (no plugin, i use the mobile pages)?

Greetings,
http://swagheronline.com
I realized when we updated our theme that this page did not convert. I fixed it on the website for desktop viewing, but how do I make it visible for mobile viewing? Here is a screenshot but it’s the Visibility services page. https://snipboard.io/YXj5mG.jpg
Hello @mojopatrakar!
Please use a single cloud post template and not a standard one. We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Make sure your header and footer template are set as Global in the Cloud Templates. In this way, they will appear on every page.
You have to create only a new page Home and set it like this: https://prnt.sc/b5bxSIJQum5V in the WordPress Settings.
We have cloud templates for articles, category, tag, etc. which you can assign directly to any page.

You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
For the option 1 and 2, you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.
You can easily edit the cloud header and footer by editing the homepage with the Tagdiv Composer(scroll down in the editor to see the footer section).
Thank you!
