Hi Calin:
Thank you so much for the response! ?
The issue is definitely with pages, not posts.
This is what the page looks like on the back end, so you can see.

As long as the mobile plugin is off, this displays properly on both desktop and mobile!
When I turn on the mobile theme plugin, the mobile editor appears below, obviously.
Previously, I would simply paste the code from the main builder INTO the mobile editor. And for years this worked 100% fine.
Now, however, the code renders like this (excuse some areas removed for privacy):
https://pasteboard.co/T1LvrpyiMtJY.png
In other words, since going from Newspaper 8 to 11, the builder code no longer works in the mobile editor.
I’m trying to figure out the best way to recreate all of the pages on my website so I can use both regular editor and mobile editor so it renders correctly on both.
And again, thanks Calin!
Hi,
Please disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, clear all cache and check after the mobile version.
Also, please check the above topic provided -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ here is explicit all the mobile versions provided by our theme.
This is most common with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not support mobile devices, the mobile theme version can be used instead.
Instead, use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin and enable these settings (particularly mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hello.
Trying to setup mobile page template.
Where will search engine such as Google take the SEO factors from? The normal page or the separate mobile page you can create with this theme.
This is very important to know if we need to duplicate the SEO factors on the mobile page template we create. I also ask this question because google has mobile first indexing now.
So, Google taking seo factors from the normal page or the mobile pages able to setup?
Thanks
Yes but, I am using a header configured through the Newspaper theme panel, and under that configuration it seems I can only select one menu type, so, do I have to use a custom mobile menu in order to configure it?
I thought that the Newspaper theme panel would provide a way to do so.
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
You can’t design the mobile theme templates, because with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
Also, please provide the link to your website.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is because the Google reCAPTCHA v2 plugin does not apply to the mobile theme plugin only on the responsive and desktop version.
My suggestion is to disable the mobile theme plugin from those pages -> https://i.imgur.com/2Z0upaK.png
Thank you!
Hi bizudaniel,
I did not understand if before the update you use mobile theme plugin or not, or it was only used for amp.
The layout and header you have now can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
For using the mobile theme or/and amp you can check those guide:
-> The Newspaper Mobile Theme: Introduction
-> The Mobile Theme settings
-> tagDiv AMP Plugin Tutorial
Also, this video can help you -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi fwoedit,
I’m sorry that my colleagues may have failed to answer you in turn. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you exactly why.
I just created a page with CU Bakery and it seems to work on mobile theme plugin like any other page created with another builder, more specifically, it is not displayed, and content must be created in the mobile editor according to our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Now if you have somehow created posts with WPBakery, then this may be a problem, from the beginning we recommended that this builder be used with our theme only for pages -> https://i.imgur.com/LVfaZJA.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
If those are not the issues you have, please provide more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use AMP, but we offer support for the mobile version only with mobile theme + AMP plugin and set for AMP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ => https://i.imgur.com/1kMs1ds.png and set the AMP for posts => https://i.imgur.com/GLEeeoZ.png, but you can’t customize the layout for AMP with tagDiv Composer.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Also, you can check our documentation here:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ please set the AMP like in our guide.

Hello,
First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all info about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page templates and the responsive version of the theme.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.
Here is also a video that explains all those -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
To change the color you need to use a custom code CSS -> https://i.imgur.com/shMU9Qo.png
.td-main-menu-logo .td-logo-text
{
color: black;
}
.td-main-menu-logo .td-tagline-text {
color: green;
}
The code needs to be set in Theme Panel> Mobile Theme > Custom code> CSS.
Thank you!
Hello,
I did several tests (I used the version 5.2 and 5.2.1) and for me everything seems to work ok.
Indeed, using the mobile theme plugin, de desktop content of pages will not be displayed, this need to be set without a theme builder in the mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/TYLjOBt.png, or you can disable the mobile theme from those pages -> https://i.imgur.com/42Bj2XY.png. Theme mobile theme plugin is working like this since was introduced on Newsmag theme.
If the mobile theme plugin is not used, then the responsive version is displayed on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/F30wF3N.png
If this is not the case for you, I would like to check these issues. For this you need to make a backup to the website and contact us at the email address contact@tagdiv.com, where please provide the site credentials and some screenshots of the problem before and after the update.
Thank you!
Hi.
Is it possible to have a different menu for the Mobile version of the site?
I am using the Newspaper theme. I have the main menu defined but I would like to add a couple of options at the mobile version, but not visible to the standard version.
Thanks in advance.
Alberto
Hello Anamaria
I have received your previous support email, I have taken the necessary steps according to your previous suggestions but there is no change. I have removed all previous cache plugins and installed the cache recommended for this theme.
The mobile theme doesn’t load correctly, the actual mobile theme wouldn’t load take a look at the screen shots below.
1. Designed Mobile theme : https://prnt.sc/4M1YT5ylV884
2. What actually is being displayed : https://prnt.sc/4QvN1j8Pb0L9
its showing the desktop version of the theme rather than the mobile theme set.
My website has a custom registration plugin which has the Google reCAPTCHA v2 enabled. The reCAPTCHA appears and works perfectly on the desktop version. It does not appear at all in the mobile browsers. What could be the issue?
Link to registration page: https://nagorik.net/user-registration/
After upgrading:
1- The menu now looks empty and didn’t inherit the old design
2- articles look broken breadcrumb appears and category and related post design is gone and the color changed
3- if I disable the mobile theme, everything looks great but AMP will be gone, and can’t edit the menu and remove the login and edit social media icons
I’m really lost now….. I downgraded and disabled mobile theme.. but still lcan’t edit the menu

Hi Team,
I am using adsterra network display ads in the themes panel Ads Section and Mobile themes Ads a section.
When I am pasting ads code on Hedder ads or footer ads nothing will work.
currently using a different plugin .
can you help with this issue?
https://clickmesports.com
Using cloud templates, don’t use the mobile theme plugins so all mobile pages are created per Mobile Templates created with tagDiv composer. Recently I changed themes and updated footer, header, homepage, author and various other pages. The category page was updated with the same theme, each was imported, didn’t not “switch themes” and went to create a mobile template, selected “copy content” saved, edited and for some reason the Category Mobile is the only one that won’t load, it loads the Page Templates Mobile Responsive Page, not the separate mobile page that I created, verified in cloud templates that the Page Template is set and the Mobile Template I created is set. I proceeded to disable all plugins, no change, I deactivate the td cloud library plugins and enabled them, no change. I rename the mobile, deleted the mobile and recreated still no change. I checked the Newspaper themes settings to make sure no category was set, all of them set to inherit. It is like somehow the Category Template is hard-coded to load its own mobile page, not the mobile page that was created from it. The last thing I am thinking of doing is importing the Category Template page again and selected it as the default and testing. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Clear cache and all that jazz.
Here is the mobile theme: https://voiceofdenton.com/tdb_templates/cat-mobile-v2/
This is the Category theme: https://voiceofdenton.com/tdb_templates/category-template-chained-news-pro/
Here is a screenshot of the cloud template settings: https://snipboard.io/iIyNBU.jpg
Appreciate any insight?
Hello
Trying to make mobile pages because of performance issues and some others
Installing mobile theme and AMP plugins. I cannot create mobile pages. Nothing happens when clicking on mobile page in the menu and there is no + button to add one. It’s not working.
my desktop view website have this text logo https://prnt.sc/PhALX0-Qrx_A i want same text logo for my mobile theme. i tried various things but not working
-I added logo text at theme panel>header https://prnt.sc/NKe-XpgnevC1
-found mobile theme text logo font setting mobile theme>theme fonts> header> text logo and tagline https://prnt.sc/JBjFMo0K0q8J
but it’s showing totally blank. because text logo font color is white. https://prnt.sc/y6cEK3Ffg7_x
i want logo text black and tagline green. from where i can change mobile text logo and tagline color for mobile theme?
I’m having a rather serious issue with my website, and I’m truly hoping you can help.
I was using Newspaper *8* for years with WPBakery Page Builder.
(I think WPBakery was the standard for Newspaper for a long time?)
So I decided to upgrade to Newspaper 11, and fortunately WPBakery Page Builder still works.
However, if I attempt to turn on the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin, WPBakery Page Builder suddenly no longer works, and users just see WPBakery code.
So I thought maybe I should try and re-create the WPBakery pages (i.e., all website pages) in TagDiv Builder (is that what needs to happen?), but I don’t believe I can use TagDiv Builder correctly while WPBakery Page Builder is active? It seems to want to create TagDiv Builder code nested in WPBakery code, which obviously makes no sense.
So my option seems to be to turn off WPBakery while I rebuild all the pages in TagDiv Builder, which obviously will take a long time, and I can’t have the website off while I do all of that reconstruction. (Could take days.)
I can’t even do it on a staging site, because the website is to big (I’ve tried before), and actively accruing memberships throughout the day.
What is the correct approach here?
Is there any way to make the TagDiv Mobile plugin work correctly with WPBakery?
Hello venusta,
If I understood correctly this problem is with Buddypress and mobile theme plugin, is it right?
Unfortunately, I did not understand exactly what you downgraded, the theme or the Buddypress plugin?
Thank you!
Hello Chirag Mittal!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-speedy-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
I am having the problem that in mobile the menu is duplicated, I have deactivated all plugins, deleted the cache, I have only left the Newspapper plugins but in the mobile menu the categories are duplicated as shown in the image. Can you tell me how to fix it? Thanks.
I’ve been trying everything for 3 hours and the only way to not show the duplicate categories on mobile, is to activate the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin and only the WordPress menu is shown. (words are shown in all caps). http://prntscr.com/pyn2o8
