Hello @terahlynn,
I’m sorry to hear that, but can you give me more details on what problems you encountered when trying to install a prebuilt website?
Also, for the logo please let me know if you have installed the mobile theme plugin, if yes, then you need to add the logo in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header https://i.imgur.com/xLy7CWY.png
Also, if you use a responsive or mobile page, please check those articles

On mobile the pages content doesn’t appear. This happen with or without mobile theme plugin.
I tried to create a page without using the tagDIV composer, but the problem remains.
I don’t understand what can be the problem.
I am very sad because the theme pannel in version: 11.4 does not have the same functions as in tutorial on YT (9.4).
Features such as:
– !!!! Header Style
– TOP BAR
– MAIN MENU
– LOGO FOR MOBILES
And much more…
Is it ok? is there any other way to change eg the header style?
I have same issue few days ago, I am not expert and I suggest you to wait answer from someone from the theme. But just try to uninstall plugins amp and mobile theme and then check your mobile if working 🙂
I apologize for my ignorance here but I can’t get support to email me back and my site has been down and losing money for half of the day.
I successfully installed the pre-built site (not the one I wanted, just the only one that worked) and I was able to upload my logo, but when in mobile view it still shows the default site name from the theme.
I have tried to go into the cloud template editor, but it doesn’t even show that it’s there when I toggle to mobile view.
WP says this is a theme issue. I’m desperate for help here.
Your theme is very confusing when it comes to fonts. Here’s what we have done.
1. We set the fonts of every element in ever cloud template to Default Font.
2. We set all fonts in Theme Panel -> Theme font -> General to Poppins.
3. we set all fonts in Theme Panel -> Mobile theme -> Theme Fonts to Poppins.
4, Theme fonts -> USE GOOGLE FONTS set to OFF
5. Theme fonts -> USE GOOGLE FONTS ON MOBILE set to OFF
6. Theme fonts -> LOAD DEFAULT FONTS set to OFF
The expected outcome is that the site should show no font EXCEPT Poppins. However, the fonts are all over the place. Every page on our site still continues to show a mixture of poppins AND other fonts.
Please tell me what other setting is missing, or if this is a bug? Please be specific.
Idally, there should have just been a MASTER SETTINGS for all fonts, but that doesnt seem there.
Hello Karen!
Ok, get it. This issue has been discussed already here, please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/showing-all-topics-in-mobile-theme-categories/
Add the code and should display all the categories there.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
it is the white boxes with black border in the screenshot: Boligpolitik, Byggeri, Drift, Fra KAB. Two-Three boxes are missing and I havent been able to locate where to expand the number shown in Mobile Theme.
Hello Karen!
What you mean about number of boxes? Please provide more information or some screenshots, so I can help you efficiently. It seems that you use the Mobile Theme on your homepage and to customize it you have only some settings from the theme panel -> Mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you don’t have to activate the mobile theme plugin, also, you can set the menu in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header https://i.imgur.com/7bL47MT.png if you want to use the mobile theme plugin.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hi,
What you ca do is to exclude the files, please try with this one wp-content/themes/Newspaper/Newspaper/font-newspaper.css and wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/style.css (this need to be set in the css section).
Let us know the results!
Hi mgv, that is because you enabled the mobile theme plugin, if you want to have again this layout https://imageupload.io/i/ZnNpxbHkeT then please disable the mobile theme plugin, or if you use it for amp, then set it only for amp -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
We are trying to figure out where we can edit the number of boxes shown in our menu on our mobile view (kabnyt.dk). The mobile view isn’t the responsive version, so changing anything in tagdiv doesn’t work, and I cannot find anything in mobile theme to expand the number of boxes.
We haven’t set the site up to have mobile templates (except one or two pages). Can you please help?
We want to keep the way it is showing on mobile, but we would like to change the number of boxes to show all of the categories/menus: https://imgur.com/a/wzD2mqN
Best regards,
Karen
Hello @vikasnangia!
Make a test and put the colors the same in theme panel -> theme colors and Mobile Theme -> Theme colors. I think on some pages the AMP is not running, that’s why the colors are different.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi there,
We have already set the color theme, which is why it is correctly displayed on the Home, Category, Tag screen. We did his via Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Theme Color.
However, it is NOT displaying as expected on the Post Details screen. Here is the screenshot again. https://imgur.com/a/lPwiE0M.
It doesn’t make sense that we should need to look anywhere else, or at any other setting. Once we activate the mobile theme + amp, and set our colors for the Mobile Theme -> Theme colors , no other settings should be in consideration on the mobile site, and yet the header colors are not referring to the mobile theme settings.
This appears to be a bug.
Hello,
If you want to use mobile theme+AMP, you need to do the changes in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Theme Colors -> https://i.imgur.com/zxwm5WA.png
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hi,
Seems you have the mobile theme plugin activated -> https://i.imgur.com/PI0EUK1.png, please deactivate it, clear all cache and check after the mobile version.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/j8q38If.png, and see if the problem persists and check the custom codes that you added.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know if you use a mobile theme pr mobile template.
Please provide some screenshots or the link to your website.
Also, please make sure you have set the same header for posts -> https://i.imgur.com/oO2QpfG.png also, if you have a mobile template then convert the header https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)
Thank you!
Hi hfrevolution, if I’m right it is possible that the mobile theme plugin to be enabled and this do not have a menu set. The mobile theme plugin is using different settings then the responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/9jFpVMg.png if you do use it and you want only the responsive version, then just disable the plugin, or if you are using it with amp, then set it only for amp version.
Thank you!
Hi I am having some issues with my theme. I have updated my banner but when I scroll on a mobile it goes to the old newspaper banner.

We are using the Single Post Template – Magazine PRO on our blog details page.
We have turned off “light box” from the settings of this template, which disabled it on the desktop site, but has not disbaled it on the mobile site.
We are also using the recommended tagDiv Mobile Theme. What are we missing? Why isnt the lightbox turning off on the mobile?

Theme shows desktop version on mobile
mobile theme off
amp off
cache cleared
no caching plugins
same when all plugs deactivated
Hi Guys,
On the theme we are trying to replicate, lazy loading seems enabled. Specifically speaking, images are only downloaded from the server when the user scrolls down.
On our site, however, this is not the case. All images get downloaded as soon as the page loads. Both on the mobile site and the desktop site. We are using the mobile theme.
Are we missing a setting? In the Theme Panel – > Image Loading Animations is ON.
We are currently using the Mobile theme that comes with your theme.
Looking at our waterfall, it seems that
It isnt clear whether we’re supposed to use both the tagDiv Mobile Theme and the AMP plugin?
When we turn on both, the Mobile Theme setting do not properly apply on the Blog Details page. Specifically speaking the colors we have set for the meny background, title background and search background do not apply. The home , category and tag pages appear as expected.
When we turn OFF the AMP plugin, everything appears as expected, with the proper colors.
Any ideas, why your color setting stop working on the blog details page when AMP is turned on?
