Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Please provide a link to your website in order to take a look. When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test.

Since I’ve been using the Newspaper theme I’ve noticed my site speed has gotten a lot worse. My PageSpeed Insights score was very high but now is very low, especially on mobile. What can be done with the site and in the settings to remedy this? Can you help and take a look at the site to see what needs to be fixed?
Also, I am using a GDPR plugin to slide in from the bottom for the user’s consent. Is there an option with the theme where I can add this opt-in feature so it fits the style of the theme and then I can deactivate the other plugin?

I am using the mobile menu generated by responsive design rather than loading the plugin so far.
When testing the site on mobile I notice the menu seems to have the background that one encounters with the default WP login page. https://imgur.com/a/EvPDdRE
Where can I change this? I have tried uploading an image from the Theme Panel — Background but it does not change.
Also if I try to click the “hamburger” (three stacked lines) when on a Page or a Post while on a mobile device I get this message:

Yes, you can use the amp plugin with out mobile theme, use the option like this -> https://i.imgur.com/lbe43pJ.png but the best implementation of this amp with our theme is using it with mobile theme plugin.

Hi 11W, usually for this problem we recommend to use mobile theme plugin in this way you can have a different version for mobile.
As a bad solution what you can do is to use tagDiv Composer, and hide all the elements that you do not want from desktop on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/RCT27Ot.png and add the elements you want on mobile and hide theme for desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/AG6v6O2.png

1. Unfortunately, we do not tested this plugin with our theme, therefore we do not know the plugin behavior and how it should work, also we can not provide support for it since we do not know how this should work. Also if the plugin can be use with shortcode in child theme and you set in as in our guide from here , then the shortcode set in functions.php should work if is compatible with our theme.
2. Using the mobile theme with amp plugin, the only settings that can be use are these from Theme panel> Mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/VkrPNjo.png -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/

On mobile theme, the logo shows on the left at first for some milliseconds/seconds and then only it shifts to the center. How can I fix this?

Hi, I’m talking about the category shows on mobile, when mobile theme is active, for example when you select a category or subcategory its displayed the content on the top its shows Selected category name on the bottom of this its shows few other category name in small font. Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
The problem can be for some cache plugins, if the layout is change after you logout.
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you need to set a new content in mobile editor -> https://imgur.com/9d0UWLT for pages, or you can display the responsive version -> https://imgur.com/m0bVB5T
