mobile theme plugin is not compatible with multi purpose.
After both plugin activation , on computer website working but when i use mobile browser (chrome), its show error giver below

The TagDiv Mobile Theme (plugin) is not compatible with the TagDiv Multi-purpose (plugin).
Mobile users get an ERROR 500 when logging on the website if the Multi-purpose plugin is activated.
When the Multi-purpose plugin is removed, the Mobile Theme goes back to normal operation.
It’s seem like a conflict with td multi purpose. Personnaly I have desactivated this plugin and WPBakery and all work fine. Because for example, if I use td multi, my theme mobile doesn’t work.

I have a problem with a site, it is rendering horizontal line under the main menu. I tried every browser and even instaled the theme again and it is doing the same problem. Horizontal line under the main menu. Here are the both instalation of newspaper theme. First instalation and second instalation.

Hello tagdiv, the recent update is Awesome!! Though some problem are there with the Tagdiv composer. Everything works fine except the text editor. When I click the text editor it keeps loading and not showing the Editor. Also all the elements inside the text area disappears when I click edit Content button.
2) I.m currently using Convert plus plugin to gain subscribers. It is not loading when the mobile theme active. I mean only in the Mobile device. Is there any way to keep a plugin work even when the mobile theme is active. In general a way to make a necessary plugin work in Mobile Theme.

Please disable Mobile Theme plugin if you are not aware of its functionality or you don’t need it.

The theme has already a mobile version and Mobile Theme is an optional plugin. If you disable it you will have the same content like on desktop.

Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at this on mobile devices. First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If you will check our demo preview, regarding on Videos you will see that all of them are responsive and works as expected.

When the mobile theme is displayed on desktop or tablets, it means a caching issue in most cases. Please remove any at all caching solutions you might have and only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and if you use a cdn, please only use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Please note there are hosting side provided caching solutions as well so you should check with your host and disable any hosting side cache.

Hello, i have a art news website in which different people add theri articles. The problem is that when journalist add thei article they add the video url to the text and automaticly appears the player. Perfect, but for the mobile all the article layout goes bad as in this photo

My question is: there is a way to intervene on css and apply to each video charged like that a resposive layout? Cause i can’t ask journalist to write html while publishing :\
Or any other solution. I thought the theme was able to do that automaticlly.

Please disable all other plugins and activate it without any other plugins and check with jetpack afterwards and disable the jetpack mobile theme.

Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (i haven’t). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results” If I turn it off, then I can’t edit the mobile version. Please advise what to do?
