I followed documentation and activated the plugin for the mobile site. But I realise that it is not showing featured images on the phone, for lead articles and latest article. Also, there seems to be nowhere I can edit about us section at the bottom of the article.

Hi Catalin, a “sorry” is just not going to do it for me.
I need a theme that will work on all browsers, including browsers such as Facebook as that is where I am getting most of my users, herewith called, traffic, comes from.
Is there a way to claim a refund, as not even the mobile site is wanting to open properly.
Hello, it’s been more than a month since the last update, which as you know, has quite some errors on the mobile theme. I just want to ask if there is an estimate date for the new version with the correction of these issues.

Please notice that we have our own list of tested browsers where our theme working properly (on the desktop and mobile mode) and as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/BVY30mbd It is possible that the theme is working fine on some mobile default browsers but we cannot say for sure this thing. Also, please notice that we have not made any tests with Facebook and also, none of Facebook application is not tested with the theme and therefore we cannot say for sure if it will work or not, sorry!

‘ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using Newspaper theme along with Mobile theme plugin. If you want the same content on mobile as on desktop you can deactivate mobile theme as the main theme have its own responsive version.

Please notice that this is not a ridiculous, sorry! I guess that you are referring to the Mobile Editor, right? So, please notice that this section appears only if the mobile plugin is active and there you will add any text you will have to display in your mobile mode but using the mobile theme. If you will read our documentation about this concept, you will find out that mobile theme will render only 2 modules on the front end and this type of text, if it will be added there. -> at the front of the page will appear a Big Grid which is filtered by Featured Category, the text, and the Latest Articles module in the bottom of the page. well, the theme update was the thing that messed up the website, especially mobile theme, due that I’m losing 95% of the adsense income!
I’ve updated the “updated” 7.3 as well, reinstalled mobile theme plugin, cleared cache.
the mobile theme looks to be working now and then, but after refresh I see just normal site on mobile, so obviously it’s not working right, and the poor adsense income proves that.
if this is not fixed soon, please advice how to revert back to 7.2 as obviously this one comes with crucial issues.

In order to show content on mobile pages you have to create mobile content. There is a second editor in page edit. You have to use it to create content for mobile. If nothing is added to the mobile editor, nothing will be displayed. You can read more here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

2) You also need to update the plugins after updating the theme. Please update your visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and use the same method to update the social counter as it is required for newspaper 7.

Well you have to add posts to the “featured” category for them to show up on the big grid on the mobile theme. The theme creates the featured category automatically. You simply need to add posts to it and they will show up on the mobile grid. If for some reason you do not have the featured category anymore you can simply create it. The name needs to be “Featured” and the slug “featured” If you create a category like that, then it will work like the one that the theme creates by default and you can add the posts you want to it.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.3) and also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Pages, including a high-traffic downloadable PDF map, are visible on desktops and tablet but NOT on phones. (Clients trying to access the map on their phones brought this to our attention.) I tried to update again today as per the “fix” applied in it. I think it was working for moment, but now again nothing.

I can’t see the contentof a page in mobile theme. My homepage looks well in mobile, but if I go to a sub-menu page, the modules of that sub-page not show the content inside the modules.

1) my non Adsense doesn’t display on the mobile theme. Does it responsive too?
2) I updated theme to 7 already eveytime I add Facebook ID, app ID… to the Social counter plugin and press update my front page, it sucks and doesn’t display on front page.

What kind of elements are contains the Contact page? Please notice that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer and that’s why in the mobile theme you cannot render your Contact page. If you want to display it, you simply turn off the mobile theme and this will be switched to the general responsive mode.
