Hello, i think that I have the same problem.
When I visit my site (www.espalia24.eu) with an Iphone, I see just an horrible site without the theme that I have worked in TagDiv Composer, mobile section.
If in my Iphone I select on “show desktop version”, then I can see the “mobile version” designed in TagDiv Compoder!
But this should happen automatically, right? I mean, the theme should detect a connection from a mobile device and should show the mobile theme, right?

Calin, TAGDIV made a great work with this theme so far, but It is time to really move to a mobile-first world, 60% of our visits are mobile (and this number is growing).

My problem with the mobile theme is that I cant design nothing with it. I dont want the last articles in my landing page, I want a “Cluster mode” page with X articles/pages that fills ups all the screen (no margins). And the same for more pages.
Its viable by css? There are a lot of things and I can pay a programmer for that.

Our wordpress website todaynewsafrica.com uses Newspaper 9.6 and it’s made it extremely beautiful, fast and easy to navigate. The website opens at less than a second in Washington DC area as the pages load extremely fast. On the mobile version where 90 percent of todaynewsafrica.com readers are, it’s a beauty to behold. But what we like the most about the Tagdiv team is not just because the theme they have beautifully developed is the best in the world, it’s more about their excellent support. Whether at night or day time,there is always someone there to help. And even when they may not reply the same day, the next day, you receive the assistance you need. We know that often, we write to complain, but today, we wanted to say thank you to a great theme that has given us value for our money. One area of improvement though would be the ability to have an awesome BREAKING NEWS notification and also to show less or more text within a post not just a page. But Overall, we are glad with TagDiv Team and Theme.

In that website is not use the cloud library, they use the mobile theme and amp plugin, also the use the newspaper v7.2 that is an very old version.

The tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is spacial made to provide some more customization for your website ( new elements, templates … ), this plugin should not affect your page speed, but this depend on the page speed optimization also this layout can be use on mobile version ( our theme is responsive ) or if you want a good speed you can use mobile theme plugin.
For amp you’ll need to use the amp plugin that came’s with theme or other one.

With the theme there may be no problems, I have seen all kinds of caching plugins or methods used. But with the mobile theme which is more sensible and that caching plugin there may be.
Could be a specific setting from the plugin that causes it, you could begin testing various configurations if the total cache has settings for mobile. I would provide you with a guide but don’t have one unfortunately.

1)Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with the Speed Ninja plugin and also, we have bad or good reports regarding this, sorry! Please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins and being an untested one, we cannot recommend using it, sorry!

Hi, I am using pretty much everything suggested in the guide, via the Siteground (hosting service) “SG optimizer” plugin,including dynamic cache, image optimization and the following: Minify the HTML Output, Minify JavaScript Files, Load Render-blocking JavaScript Files Asynchronously, Combine CSS Files, Disable Emojis.
Note: I tried to use minify CSS also, and that screwed up the headers in the TDC mobile menus.
The Page speed analysis shows an very poor result of 17-18, and the following info: Most of the problem seems to be in the CSS. I don’t know how to do this for the complex CSS used in the Newspaper theme and headers.

If you use the mobile theme plugin, this does not have any font settings. Every font and font property is predefined and there are no options to change them.

From what I know there could be font options added in the mobile theme in the future, but currently there aren’t.

I think the new system is very nice. amp pages like the same mobile theme. The same now with the mobile theme is the same as the amp. I think it will be more efficient, wait for updates and innovations.

When the mobile theme plugin is active, pages will not display the same content as on desktop. Each page requires two versions, one for desktop created with the composer or in any way possible in the theme, and one for mobile created with the simple mobile editor and it’s capabilities – http://prntscr.com/mw64sf – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Posts, category pages, author pages etc, will use a predefined template on mobile created specially for mobile. But pages require two versions.

Unfortunately mobile theme needs those type of thumbs, if you want to make theme, all you need to do is to activate those thumbs from theme panel and regenerate the thumbs images
