If you disabled the mobile theme, the page should be visible unless you still have it cached in the cdn or a hosting side cache.
Please check if you have any other cache and if you still cannot see the page afterwards, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can have a look.
Thanks
Hi Chris,
Indeed page links do no work on mobile devices. The mobile menu is not part of the same page as the content you are trying to scroll to and that is why such links cannot work on our mobile menu. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you Bogdan I value your help. I hope you all enjoy your holiday tomorrow!
I had the mobile theme activiated. I switched it off and cleared the cache but am still unable to see the page I created.
Do I need to change any other settings?
Thank you again
Phil

Hello,
The default exit functionality is pressing the x. There is no functionality added to the mobile menu to detect the home or back button on your mobile device. The menu is opened and closed by the theme icons. The hamburger/hourglass for opening and the x for closing.
So is not a ‘bug’. It is simply the way our mobile menu was built.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this solution:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/top-header-menu-on-mobile-3/
If you cannot get it to work properly, please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
Hi,
From what I can see you are using a plugin or different implementation for the mobile menu. The mobile logo should be the one uploaded here in default circumstances
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cRs0YUBXsYJ2
It will look like in the live theme demo if you check on mobile.
So the logo would be between the menu button and search, but since you are not using this default functionality, it will not appear.
I could give you a code to show the desktop logo
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ioppFucbP
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS if you decide to use it
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-logo-mobile-loaded {
display: block;
width: 50%;
}}
Thanks
Hello Phil,
This happens because you use the mobile theme plugin. Please read this guide to learn about the mobile theme and it’s functionality. https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
That would be the normal mobile design. Elements on pages are created to be responsive, they will adapt for the device width. With the tagDiv composer you can now hide elements by device, rows, columns and most elements have the option. A related topic here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-moduleblock-12/
If you use the mobile theme, page builder content will not be displayed. You must then create 2 versions of a page, one for desktop how you wish and one for mobile using the sole capabilities of the mobile editor as mentioned in the guide.
Hello,
Indeed the search is only removed from desktop/tablets. I have added this to our list for future updates. If you want to hide the search for mobile devices, you can do it by commenting or removing this code:
https://www.screencast.com/t/I4XBjfFiWP
Thank you!
Hi,
There are many theme demos you can choose from, more will be created and added. Glad you could find one that you like.
1. Those will not link anywhere in their initial demo state. That location is the footer menu, you can create a menu of your choosing and set it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xRJzzQvwps
Use the menu items you want in all the menus on the website. The current menus can be replaced if needed, they are created for demo purposes.
2. If you are referring to the footer socials, it seems you have customized it at the moment with your data
– https://www.screencast.com/t/UGImWQOnZ
If you are referring to the social counter in the posts sidebar
– https://www.screencast.com/t/dKFznRGUZKF
The counter can be edited in Appearance->Widgets, this is a guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
There you can add/remove/edit widgets in the sidebars as you wish.
3. You could give it a try and see if the ad works as you want. The theme supports Adsense ads as well as other ads
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
From what I know Google Adsense ads are not recommended to be used in floating boxes however if that is the case
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aztyvtdGZCiU
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en
The ad spots are located in Theme panel->Ads. If you use the mobile theme plugin, this has it’s own ad spots in Theme panel->Mobile theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
1. We would need a link to your website so we can take a look at these issues. The mobile menu will be accessible as soon as the page is loaded. In some cases because of slow loading speed or maybe files that cause 404 errors (not found), the mobile menu will be delayed in it’s functionality.
Or there could be conflicts with other plugins which break the mobile functionality. We will try to identify what is the cause in this case.
2. The menu should be sticky at all times if enabled
– https://www.screencast.com/t/BHd0JQZEfz
3. Maybe you have strong caching, however when changes in the website are made by you, the changes should be applied, that would be the ideal functionality. Check the cache settings if possible or CDN settings if used. The theme does not have a caching function so other factors are the cause here.
4. The contact page is a normal page, if you installed a demo it should be like there (different images however). We will take a look if you can link this page here.
5. The weather widget can be configured like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget/
It will work as soon as you configure it with an API key as mentioned, and valid location.
6. You will have to configure the social counter with your own data
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Edit the social counter either by editing the page with the tagDiv composer, or in the Appearance->Widgets section. Each instance of the counter has to be configured.
Thanks
Hi,
Our AMP plugin does not show a menu, this is not implemented at the moment. However it might receive a menu in future plugin updates.
This is similar to the Yoast SEO website AMP version
– https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/
The logo that will be used in the header will be the one set for mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/s0TSQ7WO
Try testing with different logo sizes and check if the logo is still blurry. It should be exactly as uploaded. I used in a test a logo like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ECwm3YPVof7
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7qjwLciCK0tR
It was centered in the first version of the plugin, but a decision has been made to left align it in the latest plugin version. A setting has not been added to choose it’s location.
As long as you are entering valid codes in the desired locations of the AMP plugin, there should be no problem with the ads
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7183212?hl=en
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Kd7fibQixj
Be sure to test on mobile or mobile emulators to see the ads, on desktop they might not appear.
The same footer logo from desktop will be displayed in the AMP version. So it should look the same.
The plugin is at it’s beginning, it will receive more options in future updates, suggestions are welcome as well. It has no translation settings at the moment. It could only be translated with modifications to the plugin files if required

Thanks
Hello guys,
I’ve found a little bug (if it can be called like that) of theme newspaper that can create bounce rate on mobile version.
What’s actually happening? When someone enter the site from mobile, tap the menu button, the menu is displayed and they have that X in the top-right corner. Definitely they will press back button of the phone (android devices) instead of that X and they will exit the site instead of closing the menu.
Is there any solution to fix this? Or maybe to take in consider for a future update?
I guess is a general problem, but not many theme owners will find it as fast as a normal user of their websites.
Thank you guys, you rock!
Claudiu.
Our AMP plugin works on pages if enabled, but only on pages that are created through default WordPress editor, not with any of the page builders. Then it can also be enabled/disabled per page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JEBKuLqqw
Since the current homepage on your website contains page builder content, our AMP plugin will not apply to it. So the mobile theme should be served when searching and entering the website from Google search.
I need to show the top menu in mobile devices, how can i do this, there’s no option in the admin panel.
Following on from my last post, you can see in this screenshot (https://imgur.com/pGn483M) that when I add an image, and format it as no-repeat and contain, it has this MASSIVE space below it. When I view it on a mobile device, this space pushes the text way down. If I change the image height, it will bring that space up, but then I’m back to the same problem of it not rendering correctly on different browsers. Shrinking the height on mobile will make it look good on mobile, but then on a laptop the image is very small (still in mobile size).
Hi Guys,
I’m finally capitulating and trying to get used to TagDiv Composer.
When I put a single image on the left and text on the right, I am finding that on a mobile device, I am getting a wide space between the bottom of the image and the top of the text: Image here: https://imgur.com/HzPbPec
I can play around with the image height in mobile view, but then the problem is that this setting remains the same for all other views (i.e., desktop, laptop, and tablet) which then looks like rubbish.
Shouldn’t this just resize normally in a mobile device without the extra space? Where is this extra space being called from? It is clearly not anything to do with margin or padding.
It would be helpful if I could edit for each device, but as it is now, a change in the responsive mode in the TagDiv editor remains when I go back to the other screen sizes. Very frustrating.
Hello,
So due to the fact that my regular website header logo doesn’t resize properly on mobile devices, I set a separate logo for mobile through the Newspaper theme panel. I made sure the upload was at the recommended size, but it doesn’t appear at all on my mobile device (iPhone 7+).
Here is my website link: https://www.jotaku.net/
Any help with this would be much appreciated!
Hi,
I activated the newspaper mobile theme und build in the mobile section a normal site
(http://www.behoerden-spiegel.de/kontakt/)
Here you can find the address of my company, but the complete address is in one line. I want to display it like this in different lines:
Company Name
Street
Tel
and so on…
Not Company Name Street Tel and so on..
Thanks
Dennis
Thanks for your reply.
When I dissable the plugin. the pages that I made work. The only problem now is that my mobile homepage is a mess. I made costum blocks for the homepage for the desktop. But they don’t fit well with the mobile design.
I can’t find an option to just get the normal mobile design.
Hi.
When the site is opened on the mobile, when clicking the search symbol or when clicking the three lines (on the meny), a message comes up beneath the meny in Norwegian language (the site is thecar.no): “This site was reloaded due to a fault” [translated]. This issue does not appear when the site is loaded on the laptop.
Best,
Glenn
Hello Team TagDiv!
I have created a page for the local elections – wokinghampaper.com/vote2018 – using TagDiv Composer.
It works fine on desktop, but not on mobile.
I have looked at the settings of the elements and I think they have all been set to SHOW correctly – column, row, item – all set to SHOW on mobile view.
But it’s not showing!
Please can you suggest some pointers so I can get this working.
Thanks
Phil
Hi Simion,
Thanks for your detailed reply.
Unfortunately, it is an issue, mostly for the UX experience on the mobile version.
As you can see https://ibb.co/fDhgeH, in this top 10 the “top description” remains on top on the 2nd page of this top 10 list (number 9). Then, the previous/next buttons are below screen level and the content is also below. So, every time someone goes through those pages, he’ll have to scroll down, read, scroll down, read.. I bet the bouncing rate will be really high.
We need this first paragraph for excerpts (couldn’t find a way to specify an excerpt on all blocks without putting this text on top of this post) and SEO (although SEO could be handled by the meta description) but, in my opinion, it should disappear after the 1st page. Or there should be a way to specify the excerpt differently…
Hello,
does the one page menu doesnt work in Mobile Version? And how Change the Hover Status in one Page menu? Its only Show aktiv…
Thanks and Regards
