Thank you Simion, I was able to get that fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the theme with all plugins deactivated (except tagDiv Composer). Meanwhile I have been trying to change the font size and word count on the Big Grid Slid (Don’t know the particular module and block to edit in excerpts) please help me out cos the words are too long and cover most part of the image on mobile.

Добрый день, Simion. С узкими размерами изображений в top grid разобрался. Нашел, где можно не 3 фото top grid, а сколько угодно поставить /Newspaper/mobile/includes/shortcodes/td_module_mob_1.php. Там можно поставить лимит top grid.
Вопрос другой теперь.
Можно ли отдельно в мобильной теме править заголовки в CSS.? И как уменьшить размер логотипа в footer в мобильной теме?

Good afternoon, Simion. With the narrow size of the images in the top grid figured out. I found where you can get 3 photo topgrid, and any put /Newspaper/mobile/includes/shortcodes/td_module_mob_1.php. There you can set the limit of top grid.

I cannot add elements in the home page using TD composer.When I drag an element only the name of the element appears.
Not the element placeholder with the element options. The tagdiv composer works fine in other pages.

You could try re-installing the theme, by FTP if possible, that could solve the issue

Do not enter any code in the theme files, deactivate the child theme as well after re-installing.

Please provide some more details or screenshots in this matter, for a better understanding. The Newsmag theme does not have a mobile theme, only Newspaper does. If you are referring to Newspaper and the mobile theme plugin, this is a guide

If you do not use the mobile theme then the same menu items from desktop will be displayed in the mobile menu as well. Mega-menus will be converted to drop-down menus. Only the mobile theme has the capability to set a different menu

I already did that, deactivated plugins one by one and then kept refreshing the website on mobile 🙁 , nothing changed by that, even i switched to parent theme from child and that too cannot make a difference 🙁

Hi,
Please try and deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins as a quick test when possible, check if this solves the issue. Usually other plugins are conflicting with the mobile plugin and causing issues. Let us know after you test.

80% when I load my desktop site via chrome browser, the “mobile search bar” wipes over the full page. If you’re not sure what I mean, please load my site here: Link several times. Other browsers are fine, just chrome shows this issue. I would like to get rid of this behavior.

Seems something is delaying the website loading, the mobile menu will open as soon as the website is loaded. There is an error on a not found image, please check in the theme panel here

Remove any image found there, that should have a noticeable effect on page loading and on the mobile issue.

The mobile homepage will display a top grid containing three featured posts, then a latest articles section. The top grid will only displayed posts that are included in the Featured category, so make sure you have added posts to it

I have found a solution on WordPress.org forum, post by staff of SG. You can try this out:

add_filter('wp_headers', 'add_vary_header');
Add code above to your function.php file in Newspaper-Child theme folder. This will make different cache for each device.

I’ve installed the mobile plugin and when opened my website on mobile all it says is :
The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results.
I don’t have any caching plugin or any other mobile theme. I’ve made a child theme though but checked it and it seems all good.
Also, currently I’m Using a website maintenance plugin and for now i’ve disabled the mobile theme plugin but would like to use it.
Any help ????

there is a very big gap beneath the featured image on all my post pages. Even though I have not set a margin. So there basically is a very big gap under the pic until the actual article starts.
This problem exists in the desctop version and even more extreme on the mobile version. It gets worse the smaller the screen gets.
