I would suggest deactivating all plugins except theme plugins (make sure the tagDiv composer is active).
Then check if the website is working and displaying properly. If you would like a mobile version of the website, you could use the mobile theme plugin included in the theme package

This will present a lighter alternative to the desktop version. However it is not required, the main theme is fully responsive and will provide good results on mobile by itself.

This effect can be seen when changing the header color multiple times. The default color is blue, then you change it to green and on mobile change it to black. CSS works in cascades. If an element is changed many times, you will be able to see the changes as the code loads up.
Also using speedbooster and moving the css to the footer, it will load slower.

The mobile theme is somewhat sensitive, in combination with some plugins and configurations it may not work properly. This plugin is also optional, it can simply be deactivated in the plugins section

Deactivating it will not cause any issues, because the main theme is fully responsive.

Then you could enter the code in the Advanced CSS desktop section. This way the code will not affect the mobile version. Enter it without any media queries, they are not necessary there.
So remove it from there and enter this one in the desktop section in Advanced CSS, it should work properly
