I think there is setting in theme panel to disable the mobile theme option.

How can I disable the mobile layout so it’s the same layout in computer and phones?

Same here. Images used by the theme are not showing. All manually coded images (in the posts) are showing, all Woocommerce images are showing…but those served by theme on homepage, sidebar blocks, etc (using VC) are not showing.
Version 7.1.1 (tried w and w/o Speed Booster)
What are some common reasons images would not display on a desktop? They are fine on mobile- or they may be cached.
And, again by “mobile” do you mean phones? An iPad is a “mobile device” as is a “tablet.”
On a phone, having a SIDEBAR would not work as everything would be narrow and tiny.
So your best choice is my suggestion:
a) turn off desktop ads on mobile from ad panel, so they won’t appear in sidebar (below content)
b) turn on “in content” ads on mobile, off on desktop, to have ads show above or in middle of content on mobile devices.
Or, hire a developer to edit the “viewports” and “break points” for your layouts as you wish for “mobile” devices.

I did mention that I have encountered this issue the same day of the update but no answer. I updated the theme via Envato toolkit. I had to upload the mobile plugin from the last update in august.
I think the problem is with Envato toolkit as this time I can´t even see Install below the mobile plugin.

Well we cannot see the site as you have a coming soon page. Please first of all make sure you have the latest version of the theme and of the plugins bundled with the theme.

As for the plugins the same method as updating visual composer applies: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
(Visual composer, revolutions slider, social counter and mobile theme)
If the issue is still there when using the latest updates, then please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your site again.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin. So, please notice that this is the new concept for mobile mode and this feature has been designed to display on your front page only the 3 Big Grids at the top of the page sorted by Featured Category, some text, if you will add it from Mobile Editor in Visual Composer and the Latest Articles module which is displayed at the very bottom of the page.For more information about mobile theme, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this plugin, please notice that you can simply disable it from the Plugins Area (Mobile Theme plugin) and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode which displays all the elements from your desktop version but in responsiveness mode.

I’m positive it’s not the sub-menus you are referring to but the mega menu. We get this a lot. A mega menu will not work from the mobile menu. Please provide a link to your site so I can see how you set up your menu.

Please note that our working hours are from 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
The theme is tested and mobile menu works fine. If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.

Basically, don’t block any of your wordpress folders in robots.txt or Google cannot render parts of your site; which you can see when doing ‘fetch as google’ or mobile friendly check, etc.

1: I’m having a performance problem with my website/template. My site is actually without any cache system, because it doesn’t increase the performance. Yeah, it’s very strange. I’ve tested the site with/without ads (Google Ads) and with/without WP Super Cache ( I used the same settings that you raccommend in your guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ ).
These are the results of the tests with GTmetrix:

I’ve also tested the website with Google PageSpeed Load, it gave a vote of 72(min)-78(max) in Mobile View and 82(min)-85(max) in PC view.
The caching system gives one more problem to me, it doesn’t work properly with the Mobile Theme plugin and sometimes the cache shows the normal responsive theme instead of the mobile version. That’s why i’m not using it right now.
2: Sometimes when you open my website with Google Chrome (this isn’t a problem of my browser, because this is also happened to all my friends and only using Chrome) you will see this: https://i.gyazo.com/ac00cc46f780f576aca546ab8210f266.jpg
It seems to be caused by a “fail to load” of every CSS/JS files of the template (original and custom).
I don’t know if this is a problem located only on my website or of the template. Have you any idea?

I think I’m not explaining my problem well.
In tablet, the sidebar is displayed to the right of the news, and this is great.
But in mobile, the sidebar (with all sides ads) are at the bottom of the web. Underneath all the news. Therefore, our advertisers are not happy, because nobody is going to go down to the end of the web to see advertising.
It would be great mobile web will see as in tablet (whit sidebar).

Please notice that we know about this mini delay from the mobile responsive mode. It appears when you make a very fast scroll up and until now we could not find any quick solution in this regard. Also, please notice that this delay is a temporary one and not always appear.

I had translated everything in the theme panel manually and had exactly the same problem with “latest articles”, “about us” etc – they are not being translated into the mobile theme if you do the translation manually in the theme panel. Then I used “load an available translation” option and it was fixed.

My website’s mobile menu disappears sometimes on a “very fast” scroll up. The error happens in Safari and Chrome browsers. I installed the September 12 update as I thought that would fix it but it did not. This is my first time reporting this issue.

I have updated to the latest theme and updated all the plugins.
Now I have a problem with tagDiv Mobile Theme, it’s creating “wp booster errror”
td_api_base:: mark_used_on_page: a component with the ID: td_remote_cache is not set.
Site has “WP Super Cache” installed.. if I disable the mobile theme all works fine.
What might be wrong?

The mobile search uses a different function, the call is made by do_ajax_call_mob function: http://screencast.com/t/iQWNzmXzz You need to customize that function to execute your custom search code.
This task involve some customizations and good codeing skills in order to be achieved.
