Poderiam me ajudar?
Thanks for the help, it does also show up on mobile page, and other places; so regardless of the zoom issue it’s something I’ve been trying to track down.
Hello @ludyma !
How is it useless and outdated? I just asked which mobile version you use (this was the purpose of a long explanation). The location of the CSS parameters can be found if you inspect your own website and find the right CSS class for the mobile menu. By accessing the “outdates” links you can solve your issue.
Thank you!
Hello. The information received is useless and outdated, it cannot be applied to version 12.x. nothing you have sent me works or applies to version 12.x. Can you give me the location of where the CSS parameters are regarding the mobile menu version. I need it.
Thank you.
Hi Bettina,
Thank you for a quick replay.
I’d say this is not theme customization. This is SEO/speed optimization and in my option this should be integrated within theme on both desktop and mobile theme.
It improves LCP.
There is way to do it via plugin but I think it is better to avoid plugins for such small changes.
Hi there,
I do not manage to work on tagDiv composer anymore.
The top bar looks weird and the composer never actually starts.
Please check the video:
https://www.loom.com/share/a3990b18fa33449b90ef25ca92a177c3
Also, please notice that ALL the plugins are deactivated but
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Mobile Theme
tagDiv Newsletter
tagDiv Opt-In Builder
tagDiv Standard Pack
How can I fix this??
Thanks
It’s been a while since I asked question.
Some time ago I found the hook that works on desktop.
add_action( ‘wp_head’, function(){
$featured_img_url = get_the_post_thumbnail_url(get_the_ID(),’full’);
echo ‘<link rel=”preload” as=”image” href=”‘.$featured_img_url.'”/>’;
});
Could you suggest what to use for
$featured_img_url = get_the_post_thumbnail_url(get_the_ID(),’full’);
for mobile theme?
Same hook does not work on mobile.
On desktop I got LCP of 0,6 seconds which is great and shows my hosting and cloudflare works
In the Mobile theme, I was not able to see the post settings(https://yourimageshare.com/ib/XvMnHCv4zx.webp), and if I disabled tag composer, I was unable to access the theme panel.

Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have any option to achieve what you need. I recommend you to don’t use the mobile theme with the cloud templates.
Thank you!
I installed the new tagdiv directories (specifically East Coast Check Pro). It looks great on desktop, but on mobile the mobile theme overrights everything, giving me a basic post/archive look, without all the needed ACF fields and filters.
Can I turn mobile theme off just for these directory and services/locations post types and taxonomies? (Note: this is a secondary feature of my website, so I can’t just turn the whole mobile theme off for everthing.)
If not, I have already figured out, how to add ACF data to plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php using
if(get_field(‘field-name’)) {echo ‘<div>Pretext: ‘ . get_field(‘field-name’) . ‘</div>’;}
But how do I then add the needed filters to tdtax_services taxonomy?
Hello @ludyma !
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

Hi,
Please enable the author from Theme Panel -> Mobile theme -> Post Settings https://i.imgur.com/SCTEgoY.png Please disable the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin if you don’t see this section.
Thank you!
Hi,
To change the color you need to use a custom code
.td-post-title .entry-title {
color: red;
}
The code need to be set in Theme panel> Mobile theme> Custom code> css.
Thank you!
Hello,
Usually, this kind of problem appears when you are using a mobile theme plugin, what can be done in this case is to make sure that the mobile cache is enabled – https://i.imgur.com/XJ4aqqv.png this option should resolve the problem.
Thank you!
Hi signorini,
Please make a test, removed the logo from the theme panel for the header and mobile, and check again to see if the problem persists. There were a few users that reported some problems with the logo.
Let me know the results!
I want to access the CSS, and see the configuration of the mobile menu, could you tell me where it is exactly.
Why are there no mobile themes in the cloud anymore?
Hi team,

Hi, I want to change the title post color in the “mobile theme” version, but I can’t.
I changed the title color of the web version and the mobile version doesn’t follow the color of the web version.
Please help me..
Hi Support
The issue we’re faced with is that the desktop version is showing mobile version’s landing page until we clear the “cache” in full of the Wp Super Cache. When it is done it works but after few minutes (supposedly when the cache builds up), it goes back to previous state. I had no option but to deactivate the plugin to make it work now permanently, but indeed this is not a perm solution.
I have configured the plugin initially with the information mentioned: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
It has been working fine with no new plugins installed for last 2 months until it has started to trigger. Can you please advise as what could have caused this.
Regards
Muhammad
What I can’t figure out is how to apply the global header or global footer template to a page template, post template, category template or homepage template – for tablet, mobile, and desktop. Its kind of a template attached to a template thing. If I’m thinking about it incorrectly, please help me understand. Essentially, I want to create category, page, and post templates with identical headers and footers (and for tablet, mobile, and desktop). Then I’d like to create a couple of custom page and post templates as well.
Hi,
You need to enable the mobile cache if your plugin has support for this, please let me know what plugin for cache you use.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide more details, like if you use mobile theme, screenshots, and the link to your website.
Thank you!
Hi all, first an example URL: https://www.modularbias.com/news/new-befaco-7u-case/
Just posted this morning and I’m getting feedback the gallery has issues:
1. Desktop zoom barely working, when clicked no image loads and just the lightbox background & the close ‘X’ button show. A hard refresh sometimes helps, but multiple people have told me the zoomed versions of the gallery frequently won’t load.
2. No image zoom on mobile. Just like it says, majority of my visitors are mobile and they have no way to expand / zoom the hi-res images.
I’ve searched support topics & tried to trouble shoot this before coming to the forum. There are no obvious console errors or settings adjustments that I can see. Would really appreciate some help as galleries are going to be a major focus of the site.
Thanks all!
@ModularBias
How do I apply the global footer to the category template. (Is it global in the sense that it is applied to homepage, and page and post templates?) When I edit the category template there’s a message that I have to edit the footer template separately through the cloud templates. But there is no option to do so under category template, and as mentioned I already edited the “global” footer.
As far as the posts, I haven’t been able to find any “post” template. How do I apply the “global” footer and global header to those templates?
In the grand scheme, we are looking for an effective mobile strategy that allows use to edit – either through CSS or the TagDiv composer.
Thanks!
Ken
Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
