Hello @prateek!

Indeed, there seems to be a problem with this feature. And yes, this feature should work for mobile too, but not on the mobile theme layout.

Thank you!

Hi, furthermore, as you can see from the screenshot, the other templates are no longer loading, the page remains loading without showing me the templates, can you assist me on how I can load the mobile part on the website? Thank you.

Thanks for your reply.

I would like to make the main news image of my website’s homepage to responsively fill in the browser window of every user’s device, whether it’s on desktop, mobile or iPad. You can see an example of this on https://www.thegentlemansjournal.com as the headline image fills the whole window of your browser even if you resize it. Please let me know if this is clear?

Is this something that can be achieved on the Newspaper theme?

Hi,

My device’s screen resolution is 1366*768. Sticky video doesn’t show on my PC. I have to zoom out a little bit every time I want to see the sticky video. You can see this video recording. A lot of people must have devices that are not full hd. This feature should work for all desktop resolutions.

Also in your screenshot, I can see a lot empty space where the sticky video appears. That’s not a normal and an ideal layout for a website. Did you zoom out too?

Lastly I have a question, does this feature work on mobile devices?

Yes hi, as you can see from the attached screenshot, I activated the mobile+AMP theme function, so in the end, given my position, I have to create a theme for mobile as well so that I don’t have any problems, because mobile now loads a default theme and not the desktop theme, then if you have any information to give me regarding how to make the desktop theme load on mobile, I would be grateful.

Hello,

To add the social icons you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, search after social icons and set the link for social platforms https://www.screencast.com/t/kATmr6b3yg
You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu

Hope this helps you!
Thank you!

Hello,

It seems you have the mobile theme + amp activated.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.

Thank you!

As per direction of Tagdiv Forum expert @Bettina, I have created a Single Post Template for mobile version with the help of Cloud Library Post Template for display the in article google ads as I want. I have properly save the mobile template and also assign it as Global but still why it not implemented to all post for mobile version. I don’t know why make your platform so complicated.

Also sorry to say here that after continuously writing here for my problem since 02/03/2023, problem is still open, not solve yet. Then, what is the benefit of buying Newspaper Premium Theme. So, I am requesting to all support expert, please pay proper attention of customer problem without distributing Link of your website one by one. Do you think, Why I am using harsh language here, because despite request repeatedly my problem is still not solve.

So, once again requesting to solve my problem as early as possible.

I can’t edit the mobile menu pop-out of my site! It’s the theme’s imported demo. My website is on “under construction” as the mobile menu pop-out does not match my website. I’ve tried to follow the theme documentation Header Builder and nothing!

Please check this section of the official documentation. They are mentioning only ?noamp=mobile and not &amp=1 after that. Is it hardcoded by tagdiv at the end of every link. Even when I click my logo, it goes to homepage.com/?amp=1. But I don’t use amp for homepage, so it redirects to homepage.com removing the amp part.

Hi,
At the very bottom of amp pages, the section with the link that says exit mobile version should redirect to the non-amp version of the article. But it still shows the amp version upon clicking. For an amp article the url has ?amp=1 appended to it. When this button is clicked, it appends ?noamp=mobile&amp=1 to the url. I think the &amp=1 should not be added so that the user can see the non-amp version of the article.

Thanks..

Hello,

I’ve been trying to find a way to automatically fill the browser window with the main news image in the home page, no matter the size of the screen, whether it’s on mobile, tablet or desktop.

A good example for this is this website, https://www.thegentlemansjournal.com

Does anyone know how to do this please?

Thanks so much

When I am on desktop the menu and the sticky menu look very different. Even though I have used the same logo for both headers, the sticky menu has completely different sizes and spacings.

The same goes for mobile.

The menu’s also look very different from what you see in the tagdiv builder, so when I think I have made it visually nice and save it. It doesn’t look like how I have made it.

Is there a way to just make 1 menu for desktop that remains sticky and 1 menu for mobile that remains sticky.. instead of having to keep adjusting 4 elements to look the same and never being able to get them to look the same.

Hello @D!

Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better. Add your logo in your mobile header.

Thank you!
