Mobile theme or mobile theme plugin?
For mobile theme, you have to make your own customisations.
For mobile theme plugin, this is possible with knowledge of coding.
In my opinion, it is better the mobile theme plugin is left as it is. The plugin has huge speed bonus if combined with a cache plugin and cdn (clodufare for me).
And yes, they did add new feature to mobile theme plugin. The hamburger menu now has dropdown menus finally. ?
In the mobile theme panel I don’t see the “Post setting” option which is present on my other websites
If you click the logo button in the mobile version, the html language is displayed and the screen does not appear normally.

Hello, I want to make a Blurry Transparent Sticky Header for this website mobilehub.ro, I saw that you already have the option in Header Template – Reel News PRO, I now use Blank – Header Template and I want to make the header sticky like here ” https://www.apple.com/ro/”

Please provide instructions for optimal cache settings when using cloudways server plus Cloudflare Cache.
Your cache recommendations lack information on how to get optimal performance in this case scenario. Yet, and despite all his limitations, you advertise the theme as blazing fast and scoring great for PageSpeed Insights.
Cloudways servers rely on Varnish to serve dbqueries efficiently but Varnish and Object cache are incompatible with the theme. That actually puts stress on Apache to serve the files directly to NGINX.
Among other performance issues, we can´t get decent performance for a embed pdf Flipbook. The slowness occurs only in mobile versions (responsive is being used, not mobile theme which must be taken in consideration for cache configuration once we still use mobile theme for other pages).

Marta
It does not make any sense.
When I do not have a background, the title is still getting green on block hover, but I cant’t click the block only the title. The same with your default “Hover effect”, it does the effect on block hover, but I can’t click the block, only the title.
Hover effect but non-clickable, does not sound right?
In my mind it is still really bad UI/UX, especially on mobile phones, where you NEED to hit the title/letters with your finger and not just the block.
Maybe you could implement a simple checkbox in the Flex Block 1-settings saying “Make the whole block clickable” etc.?
Take a look at this screen recording: https://youtu.be/FjjbqCaLMHE
I find this really annoying when using the “Flex Block 1”, and it is also extremely bad UI/UX, especially on mobile devices.
All of the single item area is hover-active, and shows when the cursor is on this, but only the link title text is clickable. That is really bad in my mind.
You should do something about this.
I updated the Newspaper theme to 12.2 and it messed u the header layout. This actually always happened after a Newspaper theme update, but then I only had to activate the updated tagDiv plugins and then it went back to normal, so to the header the way I designed it (from a blank template).
But now that doesn’t work and the layout of the header stays messed up. I deactivated/activated and uninstalled/installed the tagdiv plugins (composer and cloud) several times but to no avail. I tried clearing all the cache, still nothing. I switched to the default theme and back to Newspaper, no luck. The PhP version is 7.4.33.
When trying to edit the header in the tagDiv composer it says that this header is not editable with the composer and that I should use a cloud template.
Lastly. It randomly displays the homepage super strange both on desktop and mobile with everything totally out of whack.
Hopefully you can help 🙂
@Anamaria Looks like it worked! Can u check now if everything looking good (Both on Desktop and Mobile view). Waiting for your confirmation.??
i installed the theme successfully, thank you for such a beautiful theme, I want your help in removing M from mobile header
this is my website – https://bankerpedia.com/
When it is opened in mobile, a letter M appears on header, see here – https://prnt.sc/PIgRf8YzmrLu
Hi,
You also activated the mobile theme plugin; please deactivate it.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose your mobile version.
Thank you!
thank you so much! But now there is a new problem. When I look at my website from a mobile device, except for the pages with blog posts, my other pages are blank, only the footer is visible. For example, anything I create on our team page doesn’t appear on mobile.
Hi,
You use mobile theme plugin then you need to set the logo in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header -> https://i.imgur.com/Vv4BpE1.png
Thank you!
mobile theme post setting is not showing the theme panel
Hi,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!

Hello @linus12491!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @dkempdesigns!
You need to edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer by clicking on the green button while you access the homepage in your frontend. Also, you can find an option to edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer in the Pages-> homepage(hover).
Click on the menus and you can choose which menu to display there. You can create a menu from Appearance -> Menus.

We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
