Hello!

I can see that you have errors for the ads. They seems to be blocked by something to display on your page. Consult your Google Adsense account first. Note: If you want to use auto ads, then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

Yes, you could change it while you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer from the CSS tab of the element Newsletter.

Please make sure you did not change the elements position or add new ones. In this situation, you need to hide those elements in desktop and show in mobile viewport from the CSS tab of the elements: Display: Show/Hide.

You should activate this option from the Website Manager: https://prnt.sc/49rLnVA2z5QJ

Hello!

Here you can remove/set a picture for mobile menu background: https://www.screencast.com/t/x3Xrln2b88x
And the background color here: https://www.screencast.com/t/PbU3hQpDqHh
In this modal you can not add this element.
A workaround there could be to use a modal popup: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/

Thank you!

Hi Calin

Just to confirm that 11.4.3 does NOT fix the mobile menu for me – will leave installed though for more testing and email logins to support if necessary

Thanks

Hello!

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.

If you want to use the mobile pages or the responsive version, please deactivate the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hi,

1) I had deselected the ad spot from the dropdown. But the ads does not work.
– My website: http://www.adventurecounts.com
– Here are three ad boxes on the homepage in total.

I also have other questions as below:

2) Can I change the background color of newsletter block?
https://prnt.sc/NbZWUC_qLI1J

3) The CSS settings of elements across four devices affect each others.
That is, the footer on desktop version should be like this: https://prnt.sc/Jm5l7_rJTzIG
After I completed the design of mobile version: https://prnt.sc/RfnvBI2piIe5

The footer of the desktop became: https://prnt.sc/8x3xGD2jKQ1k
May I know how to design the respective device layout safely?

4) May I know is there the Undo function in tagDiv composer? I did not find the button as the website claimed. I found Undo is only for some specific settings? https://tagdiv.com/embrace-the-undo-and-redo-buttons/

Thank you

Hallo Bettina,

mine behaves exactly like in the video until the 10th second. When you click on the header logo it selects header logo in mobile menu sticky. Mine would switch to the regular mobile menu!

I have assigned blank header template to both desktop and mobile. When creating the sticky menu for desktop there was an empty column where I had to copy the content. After that I could remove something I did not want in the sticky menu.

When I click on sticky mobile menu in the Website Manager the Composer switches to sticky on the left side, when I scroll the page it behaves sticky (like in your video). When I click on the sticky menu to edit, on the left side it says mobile, not mobile sticky! The right side still behaves sticky. But when I delete something it is deleted from the mobile menu not the sticky mobile menu.

Hello,

I have set both desktop and mobile menu to sticky. I can edit both desktop menues and change them individually. When I select mobile menu sticky in the website manager it switches to mobile menu sticky. But as soon as I select an element in the header it switches back to mobile menu. So I cannot create a different header for mobil sticky.

What can I do?

Hi,
Indeed, the ads are disapplied on the mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/SJA8A1a.png -> https://i.imgur.com/WSr5r8z.png but for me they appear normal, maybe this problem is on mobile, do you know if the problem is on android or iOS?
Thank you!

Hello!

Make sure you have the footer from homepage set as global on every page/template.
You need the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates. Although, we recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/

Check also our video tutorials here: https://www.youtube.com/c/tagdivThemes/videos

For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can change the logo and the elements there.

Thank you!
