Ahh, I thought that is what you meant before but was looking for the mobile theme under Appearance Themes, then I checked under Newspaper – Theme Panel – Plugins but nothing there, then I looked under plugins but I was searching for something with Newspaper but it was under tagDiv so totally my bad and just not familiar enough. I appreciate your help. I disabled mobile theme plugin and all is good with the mobile version of the theme. THANK YOU

This problem is related to the cache plugin that you are using, please check if this has support for mobile cache. Another solution is to disable the mobile theme plugin and use the response version.

If you have admin access then you should be able to disable those posts, but, if you don’t then it can be set some restrictions for your account. If you agree, we can check more via email.

The mobile theme plugin is used for the mobile version, but the amp is a little different:
AMP is an open source HTML framework developed by the AMP Open Source Project. It was originally created by Google as a competitor to Facebook Instant Articles and Apple News. AMP is optimized for mobile web browsing and intended to help webpages load faster from google results.
So the amp is used when you search from mobile on google and you find some results. If those have an amp version, this will be stored on google and it will delivered faster.
The mobile theme plugin is referring on hot it looks your mobile version and it make the mobile version faster then responsive -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Now we offer the possibility to use them together, what that means? it means that the amp layout will be the same with the mobile theme layout. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Therefore, you can use both of them or only the mobile theme plugin.

Can you please let us know if the fix was also made in the theme files or all that was need was to re-install the tagDiv Composer? If yes, then those were removed when the theme was updated.

This also deepens on the internet connection that you have and how fast your website it is the loading (here is a screen record https://we.tl/t-nw8ydJXNhd ). I have 500M/s so for my it take around of 3 seconds, but this don’t means that for you is not take longer or less.
Also, did you try my above suggestions? Did you try to see how is working the mobile menu using the mobile theme plugin and mobile page ?
From our tests those are faster then responsive version.

It was in desk mode, but the main page is suddenly changed to mobile mode and displayed. However, if you press the content (post) to enter, it goes back to desk mode and comes out. How to fix this error?

That is sorta the issue. When I click on Plugins in Theme Panel, I only see one plugin (Revolution Slider) instead of all of them so I am unable to disable Mobile Theme and use the responsive version (which is my preference).
Also I can not figure out this TGM error issue.

I would like to have my website optimized better for mobile. My site is super slow on mobile compared to desktop and trying to see if one of these plug ins would help? Do I need to install both or just 1? Also looking for the simplest option as I can’t add HTML codes, etc..

The page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
What I recommend is to make a full backup to your website and install a pre pre-build website, after that disable tagDiv Standard pack, in this way you load some les resources and increase the some speed.

This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin and a cache plugin that is not configurate for mobile cache.
What you can do is to disable the mobile theme and use the responsive version, or if you prefer to keep the mobile theme plugin, then check the cache settings and in case that do not have a mobile cache try the WP Super Cache.

I just checked your website and the mobile menu and for @navindesigns the mobile menu seems to work quite good it take like 3s it looks that in that time all needed data is loaded. So for you to make the website mobile menu faster is if you can make your website to load faster. Another solution will be to use the mobile theme plugin or the mobile page.
For @brianlamb looks that the mobile menu is not working at all, is just like something is interfering with the theme js https://i.imgur.com/Bsqv4nA.png in this case it can be a plugin conflict, so please make a test using only the theme plugins.

Usually, when an option is added on an element, it is added for both mobile and desktop, but in this case I think that our developers missed to set it on the mobile search element. It is now on our list and I think it will be added in the next theme update.

1.Do you have a site map of the page where are all the blocks and sections. I have not found any on you support Site.
DIVTAG EDITOR does not work. It will not bring up the page. Like how your videos show.. I have full control of the backend of the site. None of these solutions work. I have tried them all. I need to change some other things also.. This is not the not only issue I have. I am trying to get this page ready so we can launch it. I have screen shots but can’t upload them here.. The mobile menu is NOT opening on my site – https://www.winnmediaskn.com/
I have already disabled all the plugin and tested it so it is not a plugin issue. Also, it seem like if you leave the site on for a long time and then try to open the mobile menu it works. I need the mobile menu to be open AT ANY TIME. Not until everything is fully loaded or user have to wait a long time. This is a standard feature on all websites to be able to open mobile menu at any time.
Please help ASAP.
So, I’m working on my theme and I’m getting super frustrated because the margin/padding for the blocks/rows/columns are all messed up and not looking evenly. I add column gaps for example and it only adds a gap to the right side with the left side still glued to the side.
When I finally have it look the way I want after playing around for a million years and check the mobile version it’s not centered but is glued to one side while there is a gap on the other.
What am I doing wrong? Somebody please help.
