Hi,
This is how the WordPress is working and our theme do not have any option to mobile this.
What you can do is to test some plugins that have this option, I can try the: Permalink Manager Pro (Premium), Edit Author Slug, User Role Editor + Custom Redirect Plugins.
Hi,
I think that you disable disable the h1 from sticky headers on desktop and mobile, for this you need to edit a page, scroll down in page then scroll a bit up to appear the sticky header, select the logo and check the option. Do this for both desktop and mobile version. https://i.imgur.com/qDGTkaN.png https://i.imgur.com/6DRW3Pu.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you are referring that this problem is on mobile, right? If so I will recommend to edit the single post template using tagDiv Composer and replace the Single Post Featured Image with Single Post Bg Featured Image and set a different image size for mobile device – https://i.imgur.com/0RfCzUj.png – https://i.imgur.com/Klj6vvq.png
I hope this will help!
I had checked for both mobile and desktop, I had disabled from both places but still getting h1 in 2 places.

Hi Aldis,
I see that now on desktop the results are better – https://i.imgur.com/d8ONEjN.png but on mobile are like you mentioned – https://i.imgur.com/FjqIfoQ.png
Her are some settings that can help.
– set the menu links using the custom link instead using page and category (those will do more request to the database the custom link).
– use plugins to clean transient and database ( WP-Sweep and Advanced Database Cleaner)
– make sure you have set the WP rocket settings similar with those from our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-rocket-and-newspaper-theme-optimization-guide/ (settings can be changed if you find for your situation some configurations with better results)
– use a CDN https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
– make sure you are using an image optimize
– use only cloud template and remove tagDiv Standard Pack plugin
– make sure all images have set width and height
I hope those will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
The tablet I’m using (Huawei) has a resolution of 1334 × 800, tested in incognito mode on two different browsers. DPR 1.5 (https://screenresolutiontest.com/)
Here’s the website where the mobile theme is enabled, including on posts:
And here are pages where the mobile theme is disabled:
🔗 https://ajovokezdete.hu/shop/
It would be great if this could be configured somehow, as I don’t really understand why it behaves differently.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi tagDiv Team,
I am reaching out on behalf of Tendences.lv, a Latvian news and lifestyle portal that currently contains approximately 6,000 articles. Over time, while testing various themes, templates, and plugin combinations, our website has become increasingly heavy and slow.
Despite using optimization tools such as WP Rocket, our Google PageSpeed Insights scores remain low—approximately 60% on mobile and 75% on desktop. Most concerning is the fact that we are now receiving warnings about poor Core Web Vitals across the entire site, with Google Search Console recommending improvements for all pages.
Additionally, we have accumulated over 6,000 RSS feed URLs, which are currently being indexed, but do not lead to actual content pages. Google is now flagging these and requesting their removal from the index.
Given these issues, I have the following questions:
Is there a way to fully reset our WordPress theme and related settings, so we can start fresh with lightweight templates for each view (mobile, desktop, etc.)—ideally restoring WordPress and the theme to default without excess custom code or data?
If a full reset is not possible, could your team assist us in cleaning and optimizing the site (both technically and structurally)? If so, could you please provide a rough estimate of the cost for such work?
We are looking for a sustainable solution that would allow us to improve speed, pass Core Web Vitals, and resolve the indexing issues long-term.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Aldis

Dear Support Team,
I am using the Newspaper theme along with the Mobile Theme extension and the WP Rocket plugin. Everything works fine on both desktop and mobile devices. However, I recently noticed that the Mobile Theme is also being loaded on tablet devices.
This behavior wasn’t present before, tablets used to display the desktop version correctly. I have cleared all caches and reviewed the settings, but I couldn’t find any option related to tablet behavior.
Could you please clarify why the Mobile Theme is now loading on tablets, and if there is a way to force the desktop version to appear on these devices?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Peter

Hello!
Is there a way to customize the mobile menu header template the same way as the main header template? I really like how the current mobile header looks, but I’d love the ability to tweak it to better suit my style — and have those changes apply across all pages on my site.
Here’s a screenshot of my Mobile Header now(https://prnt.sc/8WeaemYVPRqk). I would really love to change the logo, while also adding the other stuff in there
I solved it and now the Desktop version is visible, but I would like the Mobile version to be visible in the same way, since I also edited everything for mobile with the TagDiv Composer. How can I make sure that the correct version is visible on mobile?

Hi,
I just checked the website and now you use a different menu for mobile version – https://i.imgur.com/cBGJYp2.png
Thank you!
Hi, on this site https://pasteboard.co/01sgm0cEInL7.png
I removed the default menu from the site’s pre-design.
I set up the normal mobile menu, but it doesn’t open when I click on it.
What could be causing this?
Thanks for your help.
Got it. I thought it was only the AMP plugin that would override a custom mobile theme. thanks
Hi,
Maybe this is a misunderstanding and you want to have the responsive version on mobile, if so, then you need to go to plugins and disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin and it will be used the responsive version of the theme. Just clear all cache after the plugin is disabled.
Thank you!
