Hello,

Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

So you have the mobile theme plugin activate and that’s why my colleague told you to add the logo in the mobile theme, you changed the logo for mobile responsive and when you activate the mobile theme plugin your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
Also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ for more information about mobile versions.

Thank you!

Hello,

You have a Pro Prebuilt Website, so, only some settings from the Theme Panel will apply to a Pro Prebuilt website, and you need to edit/add with tagDiv Composer the elements, for each viewport => https://i.imgur.com/rACF8HD.png
Also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ for more information.

Thank you!

Sorry, I didn’t mean to try and hijack your thread. The correct schemas do show up in the google schema validator for me. Close to fixing this mobile menu button issue, it wasn’t because of that code I posted.

It looks like it’s been disabled and is using the Rank Math Pro schemas. I’ve just been having problems with the mobile menu button not working and it looks like a standard pack code is included where the schema shows up, it’s the part of code where the menu button is.

This is just before the menu button script code: <body class="post-template-default single single-post postid-253921 single-format-standard td-standard-pack cookies-not-set td-menu-mob-open-menu" itemscope="itemscope" itemtype="https://schema.org/WebPage" style="position: relative; min-height: 100%; top: 0px;" aria-hidden="false">

I’m having a similar problem, I need to remove that feature completely.

The Newspaper theme’s built-in “article” schema isn’t ideal for many websites. I’m using Rank Math Pro because of all it comes with and how light usage it is. Yoast is very overrated and very overpriced for what you get in it. I’m using three different schemas with Rank Math Pro, the default Article schema, plus two global templates for speakable articles for mobile and desktop versions. Speakable schema is used for voice-activated searches such as Amazon Alexa or Google voice assistant.

Hi,

It is updated as mentioned, Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header.
Refer: https://prnt.sc/1v14i4r
Deleted the cache and tried but the logo does not seem to appear in smaller devices.

Suggest if anything else to be updated.

I just brought the theme and i discovered that the text link below all posts placed via the theme panel does not reflect on the mobile view of the site also any changes I make via the theme panel does not also reflect on the frontend, except I input it via the tag composer.

We are having trouble adding adverts to our site using a number of different methods and wondering if anyone can help?

The instructions given to us from or ad provider to add 2 scripts to show a mobile banner, simple.
1) Header
2) Body

We have tried using 2 plugins as well as the theme’s built in ad section:
Both plugins allow you to add in the header script (which works) and the banner adverts script (which does not work).

Using the Theme:

Method 1
– Added script into header (works)
– Added banner advert script into Theme Panel -> Ads -> Various different loctions (does not work or show on frontend)

Method 2
– Added script into header (works)
– Added banner advert script into Theme Panel -> Custom code (does not work or show on frontend)

Method 3
– Added script into header (works)
– Added banner script into the page manually in the code, Appearance -> Theme Editor (does not work or show on frontend)

Insert Headers and Footers Plugin WordPress:

Method 1
– Added script into header (works)
– Added banner advert script into <body></body> (does not work or show on frontend)

Method 2
– Added script into header (works)
– Tried adding the banner advert script into the actual page using a raw html element (does not work or show on frontend)

DT Script Plugin:

Method 1
– Added script into header (works)
– Added banner advert script into <body></body> (does not work or show on frontend)

We are absolutely confused why it would not work in this instance?

Hello!

It seems that you use the Mobile theme plugin. Please set up the correct logo by sizes in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme -> Header.

Thank you!

Hello,

I’m not sure I fully understand what issue you have, can you provide more details?
Also, if you created a mobile page, please make sure you don’t have the mobile theme plugin activate.

Hello!

In order to edit the order of the elements in the mobile menu, you can modify the file located at: td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/menu-mobile.php

Unfortunately, for the animations, this will require custom work which is not covered by the support team.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello,

Please make sure you have disabled the tagDiv Standard pack plugin, to have the settings from the Mobile theme, (from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates).

Thank you!

Please edit the responsive version, select the viewport for the phone, and delete the Header main menu and set the mobile menu https://i.imgur.com/NtH9jJ1.png

Hi i have a problem with newspaper mobile page. When I click create mobile page it seems to be good. But if I turn off “page under construction” plugin, and see on mobile, how does my page looks – everything is wrong. Where is the problem? Please help!

Hi admin-forum, Sorry for the late answerer, I’m glad that you manage to solve the problem.
Usually, using the mobile theme plugin and amp plugin, will provide you access to all 3 options from the theme panel > mobile theme, those options are use to apply the mobile theme only for mobile, for mobile + amp and only for amp. What that means, is that is that the mobile theme layout will be use for selected option. Now when you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll need to set for pages a content in mobile editor. https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
Thank you!

I am looking to modify how the mobile menu slides in and out, how to update the location of the social icons, how to expand the menu items by default instead of collapse, etc.

See this video of my menu first, followed by what I am trying to modify it to be like: https://www.loom.com/share/1468943e1fef40079d835e7c4428d86e

Hello, I’ve probably a problem of compatibility with in my wordpress installation :
Website display works good on desktops and Laptops.
Concerning mobiles, there is a problem apparently with the AMP display for the newspaper theme.
Maybe it comes from the template itself, from from a conflict with other plugins or from something else. I don’t know…
I’ve installed properly AMP with the wizard, following your documentation, AMP Plugin Tab appears in my WordPress Admin Menu and I can configurate it normally.
The mobile page is good displayed without AMP. With AMP, it doesn’t work good !
Maybe, there are other problems – I don’t know really.
Anyway, it’s impossible to select the tab option MOBILE + AMP in the theme Administration – Theme Panel – Mobile Theme.
Here is the address of the website : https://www.tiktokk.info
Thanks in advance for your help.

I am switching from the mobile plugin to responsive. This because of high load times. So I moved the site behind Cloudflare.

The the problem was that mobile gets desktop and the other way around.

Now the next problem and the one I write about:
It is not possible to load the mobile menu. No matter what I do the desktop menu keeps showing in a mobile view port. No error message returns. See screenshot. ( the menu stay’s the same )

Please help. It is a live site what is cripple now..

Hi,

I have a problem with Woo Attribute Filters displaying on mobile devices. It works fine for full-screen devices (screen 1). However, when I enable “Filters on Mobile” feature, category page shows no products on mobile, instead of that, products are shown in a window/panel that displays after clicking “filter” icon (screens 2, 3). I think all products should be shown on category page, and only filter should open after clicking filtering icon. Could you help me wit this?

Regards,

Maciej

Hi,
That image it is from the pre-build website that you are using, and I think that the image it is set for the mobile menu in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/16UAsgZ.png just remove or replace it from there and there won’t be any problems.
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
