Hello!
Please edit that page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB and there you can see your mobile version. Change the logo and the design, hit the button save and it should display like that in the frontend.
Thank you!
Hello!

Hello,
yes, i updated all the theme plugins, they activated automatically and the cleared the cache, a few times. On different browsers the same results (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Even mobile version isn’t working.
I know, i can use the previous version, but perhaps, there is a fast fix for my problem 😉
Hey,
I updated the Newspaper theme to the latest version, and I have never seen anything like this on the Newspaper theme.
I used the CSS tool, and I am impressed.
Good Work.
The mobile score is 93 on Google pagespeed insights (Though still needs improvement on LCP and TTI.)
The desktop score is 100 on Google Pagespeed
** I am using the mobile plugin for mobile. Would it make any difference if I switched to mobile pages? And would I still enable AMP?
Thanks for the work.
Hi Vlad,
So far it’s working. Thank you.
By the way, how do you remove the words about us and follow us at the bottom of the page when viewed in mobile? Ran through the settings but couldn’t see it. I appears when using safari and chrome in iPhone. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
Thank you.
I just updated to Newspaper 10.4. Beside the theme I have 45 different plug-ins.

Hello @RaroZero!
I checked your website and it seems your gallery slider is displayed, but it is not working on mobile.
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Thank you !

Hello,
I think you have a mobile page, the footer is taken from the standard ones, you can’t edit it, but you can import a footer template or convert the footer on the homepage you have on the desktop. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent footer like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/MbVb9Mkx
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
I have specified the mobile header size as 320 x 100 (see image attached) in accordance with the warning by Google Adsense not to use BIG header ads on mobile. However, the mobile header ads are registering as 300 x 250 causing me to lose ad impressions. How can this issue be corrected?

Regards,
Jenny
I’ve taken over the preparation on a website. When I view it on my mobile the home page comes up with a completely different footer from that on my PC. I can’t seem to find anywhere within my WP dashboard that allows me to change what is showing in the mobile footer. Any ideas? https://eatdrinkplay.co.uk/
Hello,
Thia a video about responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

Hello,
This social sharing icon appears only on the mobile version. If you want it to be displayed on the desktop version, you need to use a custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/w5dA10Sa
.td-social-viber{
display: inline-block;
}
`
The code needs to be set in Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/fxetQe24ZHf
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
You can hide the author and date on that grid for the mobile theme plugin, from Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta info on Modules/Blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/CvxrWymeyk
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
HI,
Please make sure that all theme plugins are enable, for example, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack, this should fix the problem with the shortcodes from mobile.
Also using the mobile theme plugin, with it you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of Newsmag theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create new content for pages because in most cases those were made with builders or shortcodes (tagDiv Composer, WPBakery) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on the mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version for some posts/pages on mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be use only for amp version.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
My website does not display the content of the pages in the mobile version. If I access the same url on the desktop and on the mobile, I view the content on the desktop, but not on the mobile. Does anyone know why this happens? It only happens on the pages. Everything is ok in the posts.
Example: https://empreenderonline.com/sobre/
I’m having trouble putting the mobile menu on every page.
I managed to put it only on the main page, the others still have the computer logo.

When I setup the mobile site, the main menu drop down has an image in the background that I did not set nor do I know how to change the image.

just want to throw my weight behind this as well
getting a lot of issues from this – CLS has shot up through the roof on both Mobile and desktop.
When I try to install the tagdiv mobile theme plugin it tells me – Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
