Hi,
For our “Pages” only, not posts, whenever the AMP/Mobile theme loads, the content is not shown, I checked HTML, there is no content in td-page-content in AMP.
Any clue why this could be?
Thanks.
I ask how can I modify the Mobile Menu?
Is there the possibility of creating a specific menu for those who access via mobile phone?
In particular, I point out that currently, when I access the site by phone, the “Register” item appears. When I click on this item, the Login Form opens. Therefore I have to change this option.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards

from mobile browser the homepage is not displayed correctly and with the selected template.

Hi Vlad,
Thanks for your response.
Yesterday night, we were going through available google articles and found some suggestion.
It seems there is an issue. We have deactivated and deleted below two plugins and now mobile visitors are not directing to AMP.
1.tagDiv Mobile Theme
2.Official AMP for WP
Everything is working fine now. Just a one question, can you guy’s check on above two plugins (in next theme updates) as there seems code issue as these two plugging causing issues.
Hi,
i want the logo in header in the homepage redirect to the homepage.
I setup corretly the link for the redirect, in mobile works, but in desktop version don’t work.
Can you help me?
Hello,
I believe the tagDiv website or blog website is using Newspaper theme, and with that, I like to make a template via tagDiv composer that is the similar result in Desktop view and mobile theme (mobile and AMP version) to the following:
1:) blog homepage template layout (desktop view – from header to footer): https://tagdiv.com/category/blog/
2.) blog homepage template layout (mobile view – from header to footer): https://prnt.sc/wn8ika
3.) blog homepage template layout (AMP view – from header to footer): https://prnt.sc/wn8jk0
Actually I’ve tried making a template via Theme panel setting and tagDiv composer but can’t able to make it the same as yours… See the screenshot below, and how to implement those questions labeled in RED.
Thanks
Hello,
I have 2 quick questions and solutions in the mobile AMP version template.
1.) How to hide this category list as shown here https://prnt.sc/wn6xcm ?
2.) Why the uploaded logo bloated away, I am upload a dimension of 189×44 but it now becomes 600×400. Can we customize the CSS of this image logo to make it the same size as the uploaded logo dimension? If so what is the exact CSS styling…
Logo size uploaded (189×44): https://prnt.sc/wn6xz0
Bloated size to 600×400: https://prnt.sc/wn6yxo
Thanks
I use the AMP and on mobile I see the NEWSPAPER instead of logo.
How can I avoid this?
I followed your suggestions. I also realized that I had not Enabled the newspaper mobile plugin (it was off) then cleared local cache – just cleared cloudflare cache – and it works.
Can you please confirm on your end the images are now showing?
Thank you Vlad
Here is the answer that the support team sent me via e-mail:
“Also the problem with the empty post is because the mobile pages were not removed from the posts, and were only deleted, therefore it was display and empty content. Please check your website now and let me know if there are still some mobile links that do not work, for those you need to assign a mobile page then remove it (set on no mobile page) and only after that delete the mobile page.”
It seems a rather complicated and troublesome process to do (janky is the right word), but it works.
Hello !
If you are using the mobile theme plugin you are able to create another menu specially for the mobile viewport as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/FmU7mtjhI
Thank you !
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
You are now able to create mobile viewport templates as you can see in our guide here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
! Atention ! If you are using mobile templates you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin and also at the moment AMP is not working with mobile templates.

Hello,
For some guest users, who use private browsing ( without any cookies etc ), and they land up on the post, they end up seeing AMP/Mobile theme.
What could it be?
Thanks
Hello,
You can try to add this code for the shadow => https://www.screencast.com/t/DI2uvVbO
.td-header-wrap {
box-shadow: rgba(100, 100, 111, 0.2) 0px 10px 15px 0px;
}
If you use the mobile theme, you can insert the code in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom Code => https://www.screencast.com/t/E6S87TVik4uQ or if not in Custom Code -> Phones => https://www.screencast.com/t/8yD6B5Ccj
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hi there!
I am trying to use your mobile theme on my site but the mobile menu doesn’t work at all. I have followed your installation and recommendations but I cannot make it work to the point I have deactivate it for customer experience. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any solution?

Hi,
I think that you are referring that using the mobile devices the content from pages is not there.
This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of the theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in the mobile editor and this content will be display on the mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also, you can show the responsive version on the mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on the mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be used only for amp version.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi Vlad,
I looked at the website on my iPhone and yes the issue was resolved but then I cleared my cache and the issue is back. For some reason the mobile version keeps switching back and forth between two different versions. I also checked it on an iPad and the incorrect version is also showing (along with other inconsistencies which I will mention later).

Hello!
If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Unfortunately, you can not customize your header in Mobile theme version like in your screenshot.
Thank you!
