Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please deactivate it and clear the cache.
Also, this plugin Spectra has not been tested with the theme and can cause issues.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!

Hello,
There are several posts on my website (www.guiassinia.com) that simply do not work. I made it work for some time by disabling/enabling Spectra plugin but then again after changing a bit the panel theme, it broke again. The only way the website to work on mobile theme, is just by selecting “AMP”. In either case, the two issues I currently have are when using mobile, theme looks broken and, second, those posts that are categorised as “guias completas” simply do not show up.

Hello,
The settings from theme panel are used for standard templates, only for a few elements.
You can change that color in the tagdiv composer: https://app.screencast.com/Zeot2ydVHgKZg
Edit your article with the TagDiv Composer; click on that element, and you can see those settings.
Also, you can create global colors -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
To change the font and color for the mobile menu please go to Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile menu/mobile search => https://www.screencast.com/t/0CvSgXp9H to set a background image go in Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/mobile search => https://www.screencast.com/t/uvDejzbX to change the font from Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/ANBQe7hQhJd
To set the menu edit with tagdiv Composer, select the viewport for phone element and change the menu https://i.imgur.com/JJJ1WB7.png
Thank you!

Hello,
I am using the Responsive theme on fiestascostumbristas.cl, and I am experiencing an issue with the mobile view:
The mobile search and mobile menu do not expand, and they also freeze the site’s display.
Now, I was reading the forum and followed some recommendations, such as deactivating plugins, and I found that LiteSpeed Cache is the problem. Disabling it solves the issue: I’m attaching screenshots.
How can you help me solve the problem?
Thank you.

Hey there,
I wanted to achieve a specific thing with my header.
I want to attach a small row on mobile view on different categories that would allow users to browse easily. The idea is the following I want to have a dropdown menu for the parent categories and a sliding single row menu that shows the current parent category subcategories.
So far I did this – for all my 7 parent categories I created custom headers from the manager menu and I created 7 custom menus that I would use. So far so good.
This is how it looks (check on mobile view tho) – https://eurocom.bg/category/bulgariya/
There is one problem – the single line horizontal menu doesn’t scroll until the end and one category isn’t getting displayed. Check this video I made here so that you can see what I mean – https://www.loom.com/share/b04bed87c3204ead863883ee1fad07f6?sid=538719f5-6ffd-4396-92dc-a55aa83b17a2
So my questions are – is there a smarter way to do this? Instead of creating all these menus? Also I want to try to achieve that on my single post pages too but in that case – how can I call the current parent category and its subcategories?
I would be really thankful if you help me doing this! It is a great feature to have on a news website.
Hello!
You have a pretty good score on the desktop (92-100). You should increase your performance on mobile.
Improving page speed in WordPress is crucial for providing a better user experience and optimizing your website for search engine rankings. Here are some tips to help you enhance your WordPress site’s page speed:
Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.
Utilize Caching: Implement caching to reduce server load and speed up page loading times. WordPress caching plugins like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache can generate static HTML files of your pages to serve users instead of dynamically generating them each time.
Minify CSS and JavaScript: Minify your CSS and JavaScript files to remove unnecessary characters and reduce file sizes. This can be done manually or through plugins like Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache.
Enable GZIP Compression: Enable GZIP compression on your server to reduce the size of files sent from your server to users’ browsers. Most hosting providers offer GZIP compression, but you can also enable it through plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.
Optimize Database: Regularly clean up and optimize your WordPress database to remove unnecessary data and improve performance. You can use plugins like WP-Optimize to automate this process.
Limit External Requests: Minimize the number of external requests your website makes by reducing the use of external scripts and widgets. Each external request adds overhead to your page’s loading time.
Enable Lazy Loading: Implement lazy loading for images, videos, and iframes so that they are only loaded when they are visible on the user’s screen. This can significantly reduce initial page loading times.
Optimize Server Response Time: Choose a reliable hosting provider with fast server response times. Consider using a content delivery network (CDN) to serve your content from servers closer to your users.
Regularly Update Plugins and Themes: Keep your WordPress core, plugins, and themes updated to the latest versions to ensure compatibility with the latest performance optimizations and security patches.
By following these tips, you can significantly improve the page speed of your WordPress website, leading to better user engagement, higher search engine rankings, and overall improved performance.
Thank you!
Hello!
Try to hide the block in the mobile viewport: https://app.screencast.com/H8uV0fYFglNKt

Hello!
Ensure your cloud header is global and that you assign the correct header to the Website Manager https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/ . If you use a mobile page, you should also convert the header and footer and assign them to the mobile page https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ .
Thank you!
Hi, I’m having this same issue as the user above. On desktop, I have a sidebar which has a widget showing other posts, and also is a placeholder for ads to be placed. That is exactly how I want it. However, on mobile, I don’t want the sidebar showing at all because the widget & the ad will delay my users to seeing the content they came for.
So how can we individually remove the sidebar for *mobile view* only please?
I’ve tried the re-ordering of the columns but it doesn’t seem to work for me.

Hey there,
I have trouble with some of my posts because I get a bit too much comments under them some times if we hit a good topic.
Here we got almost 400 comments and they keep getting more and more – https://eurocom.bg/2024/12/17/istinata-tryabva-da-se-znae-evgeni-minchev-s-raztarsvashta-publikatsiya-za-margarita-mihneva/
This causes the mobile page to freeze.
Please think of some fix for that!
Hello, I have a problem with the header and footer of the mobile version of my site. They don’t display in the design I’ve created.

Hi,
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
Okay, Thank you.
We will disable that mobile theme .
Thanks and regards,

Hello,
1. You can add in the ad box only one image, you can try to use ad rotate and set the code in ad box-> custom code.
You can try if this plugin works https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/ -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/
2. AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.
3.Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.

Thank you!
Hello,
Can you please send screenshots of the issue with your mobile version? I see you activated the mobile theme on the website. If you want a responsive version, you can disable it.
Thank you!
Hi,
To change the logo please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png
Please provide some screenshots.
Thank you!
OK Ana Maria
I sent as requested and it’s important to note I am trying to delete the “Logo Mobile” and the “Logo Mobile Retina” since for some reason the logo doesn’t show up on Mobile Devices.
Also, attempting to fix logo and logo retina since the logo appears on the site but not in Theme Panel. Saving Posts and Pages seems to work fine but please try to see what’s happening.
Thank You
Kevin
I need help: On mobile, the menus load, but when I click on a page, it takes me there, and nothing shows—it’s just a blank page with no content. I’m so confused.
