Regards
Mark
Hi,
You can check the responsive version with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/mWTaLiR.png, also if there are elements that you do not want to be on mobile (or other port view), you can select it and hide from here -> https://i.imgur.com/lmIkPDJ.png also you can hide a column or row if you want -> https://i.imgur.com/41f8CYz.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, this option is only for pages and only if you have the mobile theme plugin enable.
I’ve made a video for how is working, maybe this will help you better -> http://www.filedropper.com/2020-05-121449 also to see the mobile version, you need to refresh the page in inspector after you set it on mobile.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m looking to remove the automatic sort of box-shadow added under the menu on mobile.
I can’t find a way in the editor. Can you help find it ? If not possible through editor can you please tell me the class concerned ?
I’m using cloud header and no standard pack.
Thanks a lot
Dear Calin!
Thank you again for your help and sorry for the late response. Corona has brought everything down. But we are back in business and I have now tried your Solution No.1:
I have managed to add our “language selector” instead of your “search icon” in the mobile version (for test purposes I only changed it in the “header-menu.php”, the others I would change once it works).
So far so good: https://fm.lujong.org/
If you resize it to mobile, you will see the language selector and it works! The only thing I can’t get rid off is, if you click on the selector it still opens the “search background”!
I have found the jQuery for “#td-header-search-button-mob” in “tagdiv-theme.js” and “tagdiv-theme.min.js”! I commented everything within the functions out but its still not working, it still shows the “search background” on click!
Please help, am I thinking too complicated here??
Hi,
The placeholder thumb for posts that do not have a featured image is working on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/RDRx48N.png, just make sure that you have the thumbs for mobile theme enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/CWTKvoM.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Tepm2Fd.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello!
For mobile you have to insert the code here: https://www.screencast.com/t/CxtWoztZ
Thank you !
Hi there,
We use cloud templates. When journalists choose to publish articles with featured videos, the display should be like that on mobiles: https://imgur.com/tCj4JLK
However, the display is like that: https://imgur.com/a/1OaAc9l
The embedded video from YouTube does not display correctly when using a real mobile.
We tried purging caches and deactivating plugins…
Edit: The test site is accessible here
Hello Team,
I’d like to show enable Hamburger icon in tablet mode instead of showing entire menu items. My Menu items will be more than 7, so i’d like to show them as mobile menu header.
Thanks
When viewing the mobile version of my website, I noticed what appears to be the header menu available as a drop-down menu on the left-hand side. If someone could direct me to where I would find how to change this transparent default picture seen in only the mobile/tablet versions of the site that would be greatly appreciated.
Hi is there any way to remove the “NO COMMENTS” text from my posts in the mobile view, when I have not received comments on a post yet? https://www.screencast.com/t/oLvHdf7W
Hello
You told me that it would not be possible to use “cloud templates” to insert custom fields. I didn’t like it, but I accepted. I worked on the standard templates.
I entered the custom fields and they work well. Now, to finish, I need you to tell me which files should I edit so that the custom fields are displayed on the Mobile Template and on the Amp page.
thank you
I go crazy with this theme.
I have done the theme update to 10.3.3 and then it said update theme plugin.
And now the website is broken, and I can not update the plugins….
I have tried it several time manually! always an error message through the theme plugin page.
Now it asks in red to update standard pack and mobile theme. but in plugins, there is not update information.
WHAT CAN I DO?
https://ichwillinput.ch
As I can not upload screen shots here….
Another question.
3. I have uploaded logo for mobile in header-logo for mobile but the style news header still comes up. Any idea?
Oh thanks. Didn’t notice that option of AMP only for mobile theme.
I have one More question. Is it possible to hide some of the block from tag div composer on mobile? I am using tag div cloud library and don’t want to show sidebar blocks on mobile.
I have the same problem, the desktop speed is acceptable but the mobile version is really slow.
Thanks for the information, but I carry out tests and I do not see where it comes out in the mobile theme, could you show me where?
It is only for pages, that option does not appear in the post, right?

Hello,
I re-activated my mobile theme and when I did, the logo left justified blocking the mobile menu search bar. Is there anyway to center it again?
The site is Dudefluencer.com
Hi,
Alright. Other than that, I don’t see thumbnail placeholder in mobile theme as well, it is also a missing feature for mobile theme?
Hi Calin
Please see the screen shots. Using cloud templates that are set via TD composer, sticky menu off but still sticky menu active. I had to design it and make use of it while I can’t turn it off. the site is nefapr.agency

Each of my site has different experiences with same settings. Like, wpml, mobile plugin now do not apply on secondary language page – WPML.
Hi,
You can use the mobile them only for amp version -> https://i.imgur.com/mmQWJC9.png also you can use the mobile editor -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ to add content for mobile pages and you can display more blocks/grids using these options -> https://i.imgur.com/DPw3npx.png
Or you can use this option with out mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/Qaly90z.png
Thank you!
Hello !
You are facing cache issues on your website. As you can see from the homepage your website is displaying the mobile theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/WrzUc7xBm
Please clear your cache and try again.
Thank you !
Hi,
I just checked the problem you mentioned but instead of that problem I see that you have the mobile theme on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/zMdaoSw.jpg this is usually a cache problem.
Also is look that now the logo image is not find -> https://i.imgur.com/rFwrSy0.jpg
Make sure that you set an logo that is working, after that if there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look
Thank you!
Hi,
What you ask is a custom work. Please note that mobile theme plugin do not display the sidebar, only the post content, if you want to display the sidebar you can use the responsive version.
Also if you want to implement the sidebar in mobile theme plugin, you can check our custom services from here : -> https://tagdiv.com/web-development-services/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I want to remove pagination number from my post and instead display “Back” and “Next Page” blocks. For this following custom css code was suggested in one of the Tagdiv forum thread. So I tried below code which works well on desktop but not on mobile devices. I am using mobile theme.
On desktop, I can see it properly https://www.screencast.com/t/dXJtxJ3WWEu
But on mobile, it is showing 1st and last page numbers. https://www.screencast.com/t/otiUL1wkW0
This is the custom CSS cosw I have used. Please suggest how can I get the same display on mobile as on desktop.
.page-nav-post .post-page-numbers {
display: none;
}
.page-nav-post .post-page-numbers:first-child, .page-nav-post .post-page-numbers:last-child {
display: block;
}
.page-nav i{
font-size: 20px;
padding: 25px 150px;
justify-content: center;
}
.page-nav-post a {
color: #fff;
background: gray;
}
.page-nav-post .post-page-numbers:last-child{
background: orange;
}
.page-nav-post .post-page-numbers .td-icon-menu-left:before {
content: ‘\e80c BACK’;
}
.page-nav-post .post-page-numbers .td-icon-menu-right:before {
content: ‘NEXT PAGE \e80d’;
}
