I’m content with using my subfooter as my only footer on mobile, but I want my footer on PC to look better.
I’m trying to stretch it across the entire bottom of the website and give it a single color background.
I’m thinking that I do this in from TDcomposer by editing the footer page. Within the row> column> CSS.
What CSS settings do I insert to make it stretch?
Tried changing a bunch of settings but it always looks contained instead of stretching across like most footers look.
The text looks good, but the background isn’t stretched.

This theme lacks so many important features.
For example, hamburger menu for the desktop like in buzzfeed, social share counter, showing ads in post loops after a set interval, buttons in mobile menu, tooltips, accordion, even basic js validation for subscription form, GDPR toolkit, carasoul, modals and the list goes on.
However, I’m pleased by the customer service and the way this theme supports customization.
That’s why I think it’s good to tell businesses what we customers want. So take is as a healthy feedback and try to add features in next updates that are supposed to be there in a news website like share counter, js form validation, hamburger menu for desktop, gdpr toolkit like avada, etc. Do let your developers team know about this.
Have a great day.
Hi Vlad, I replied previously and am re-sending: I’ve tried what you advised and it did not work. I deactivated all plugins by tagDiv Composer, do not use a child theme or cache plugin but cleared browser cache and the Mobile Theme plugin still failed to activate. Having this site theme function correctly on mobile devices is very important, so please advise as soon as possible. Thanks, Dennis
Hi!
I noticed that when searching for anything that includes an apostrophe, no results show up.
For example, if I search for “Amy’s Kitchen”, nothing shows up. If I search for “Amy Kitchen”, the results show up correctly, however. The problem is that readers are likely to search with the ‘ and I’ve received negative feedback from people saying they weren’t able to find the articles they were looking for.
I tried updating plugins & themes, changing the header etc. Interestingly, this error only occurs on desktop views and not on mobile views.
Does anyone know how to fix this? The site is https://bestofvegan.com
Thank you!

Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hello,
If you want to remove the hamburger menu from mobile theme, then you can use this custom css http://prntscr.com/pep0y7
.td-header-menu-wrap #td-top-mobile-toggle a {
display: none;
}
You’ll need to set the code in Theme panel> Custom code> Advance css> Mobile.
Thank you!
Its because you are checking the desktop version, im talking about the mobile version. Please check a AMP page on mobile, push the logo and you will see a blue flashing box.
Hello !
Mobile theme will not render the shortcodes generated by the composer or any other shortcode.
You will have to Create the content of your page here: https://www.screencast.com/t/IwvSMCeAnJVx
Thank you !
Hello,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you have set some content in mobile editor or you can show the responsive version, you can check more about this in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ -> http://prntscr.com/pdoa9j
Thank you!
Hello,
We have an “upcoming music events” category that we have in a block on our homepage, but as we update it very regularly the posts are often at the top of our mobile page as they are the “latest posts”, we do not want them coming up on the mobile at all if possible.
Is there a way to manipulate the categories or posts so that they do not show up on the latest posts, the only way that I can get it to work now is to backdate the publishing date, but that is not preferable.
Thank you!
I refer to the design of the mobile format, I would like to see all the sections that I have in the home, and in the internal pages that also the information of the sidebar comes out
Hello, can you suggest a way for us to hide the hamburger menu in the mobile view?
Here is an example from our website:

Thank you,

How can I recreate pages into mobile editor for mobile theme
Hi. I’m having some issues with the mobile layout of this theme (wordpress 5.2.2, running child theme of newspaper ver 9.6.1):
1. Getting google reports of mobile compatibility issues
2. Site elements are overlapping (menu is not condensing into hamburger menu) in mobile view on certain tablets and retina displays (iphone x and ipad (latest) amongst others.
3. related to the above some Items in rows are also overlapping
Please let me know what you need from me. Is there a way we can have this not as a forum conversation?

So the menu on AMP is expanded by default? I cant change that?
Im NOT talking about my related articles block Calin, im talking about the ARTICLE TITLES of my related posts on AMP articles. They are black now and i want them #001f59. How to fix this?
Im sorry, i meant to say the footer of my AMP page. It shows ‘Volg ons’ (follow us) now. I wanna remove this text and keep just the Facebook and Twitter logo (so no boundaries/edges around them).
“The color from the logo is from the action method, this is for all icons that are clickable”. Well, this is not the case on mobile. There is no blue action flash on mobile, only on AMP. Can i remove the flash from the AMP page?
Hello,
From what I can see you menu is just fine on mobile -> http://prntscr.com/pe7a92
when is look like this -> http://prntscr.com/pe79ax you are on amp, and for amp the menu is expand.
Our related articles already have this color set -> http://prntscr.com/pe7bd9 , but if you want to change the color you can try this code -> http://prntscr.com/pe7c7v
.single .td_block_related_posts a {
color: #e2f6;
}
From what I can see your footer is the same on desktop and mobile -> http://prntscr.com/pe7d9b -> http://prntscr.com/pe7kaq
The color from the logo is from the action method, this is for all icons that are clickable.
Thank you!
My last and second last category of menu is not showing proper contents.Instead they are showing about us and contact us page.
This happens in mobile only,not onna desktop version.
How can i solve this issue?
Thanks! The code is working.
I have no idea which plugin lets my menu expand automaticaly in the mobile theme plugin. Strange. Check it out here please: https://disneyplusser.nl/. What to do?
I also wanna change the color (#001f59) of the titles of my ‘related articles’ in the mobile theme. How can i fix this?
I want the footer of my mobile theme to be just the same as the regular version. Out of the blue it shows ‘Volg ons’ (follow us). I wanna remove this text and keep just the Facebook and Twitter logo. So no boundaries/edges around them.
And when i tab the logo on the mobile theme, it shows me quickly a blue flashing square, before it goes to the homepage. How to remove the blue flashing square?
Thanks!
Hello,
Unfortunately for the moment the mobile theme do not have this option, so in order to achieve this, you’ll need to use a custom css like this one -> http://prntscr.com/pe6au4
header .entry-title, .td-category a {
color: #001f59;
}
The code will change the post title and category from inside a post.
The code need to be set in Theme Panel> Mobile Theme > Custom code> css.
Also the menu on mobile theme should not be expended, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict or a custom css that provide this problem, if the problem persist, please provide me a link to your website.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hello!
I am a little stumped on this part. (thanks in advance)
The page http://themeupgrade.minecraft-resourcepacks.com/home-page-arb-landing-layout/
1. Looks good on mobile (which I am 99% focused on) https://imgur.com/sFwCYrd
2. But horrible on Desktop https://imgur.com/t4FRIz8
I would like to have “2 sets” of buttons so they look good. 1 Bigger Set that appears on Desktop (but not mobile) and 2 that appear on Mobile (but not desktop). The buttons needs to look like the current mobile screenshot (look great) and not over 2 different lines. Main objective is pagination.
Thanks!
Hello! I am stuck on this setting right now (see screenshot). Works correct on mobile, but not desktop. http://themeupgrade.minecraft-resourcepacks.com/home-page-arb-landing-layout/
1. Menu At Top (works correct) https://imgur.com/a/rxiVnHb
2. Scroll Down (its sticky but not enabled). https://imgur.com/a/gHwxlqC
3. Why does it say influencer on the drop down? When all settings are changed. https://imgur.com/ea1sjl9
I want it so that it is not sticky, and stays the same on desktop. It works correct on Mobile. Thanks!
