It should work fine regardless of the header used. What exactly is the problem with it? Let me know.
3. By default there is a limit in the mega-menu, I believe of 30 sub-categories. For default header templates it can only be changed in the theme code. The default header templates also don’t have layout options.
However using cloud header templates the limit can be set custom – https://prnt.sc/ooicje

@Virendra Singh If you use a cloud header template and you width to customize the sticky version of it, simply edit the header with the composer and activate the sticky mode (desktop or mobile) – https://prnt.sc/ooiev6

I am trying to set up a custom ads size for devices eg : 728×90 on mobile, 300×280 for mobile for my inline article ads.Im using cloud templates, but i didnt see any options to do so in cloud templates.
Do you have a solution for this

When using a cloud header template, you can design the desktop and mobile headers, and their sticky versions as well – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
Simply edit the header with the composer – https://prnt.sc/ooh1e1
Activate the sticky mode in the composer to see what elements it contains
– https://prnt.sc/ooh1ua
Then click on the elements you want to modify, or remove them all. If they are all removed the header won’t have a sticky mode.
Do the same for the mobile sticky header – https://prnt.sc/ooh2e1

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

In the last version of the theme v9.8 you have some more control over the mobile theme plugin, now you can sort/filter the grids from homepage http://prntscr.com/oogcuf or you can show the responsive version http://prntscr.com/ooezts of the page/post you can check all those new settings in our documentation for mobile theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Unfortunately the advanced ads plugin was not tested with our theme and therefor we can not say for sure if this will work properly with our theme or not.

Hi, with the latest version of Newspaper I activated the mobile theme. System status shows: “Theme Mobile green”. But when I visit the website on mobile (or inspect the mobile site), the mobile version only appears sometimes. Often I see the normal home version. This happens pretty randomly.

Or you can make changes in mobile theme plugin, but this is not indicate because the changes will be lost if you’ll make some theme updates.

Hi there, I’m using La Mode Pro demo which is great, but now hitting road blink and I have checked your forum but no help:
1. is it possible for video header to show on mobile as just shows YouTube Play button (and that doesn’t work), or better to use Slider Revolution instead?
2. Also, Ad Box (Image Ad) I cannot add a new image (like a small png or jpeg) as this shows an error:
“Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
3. The above also applies when change a background image from a Cloud Library template.
4. Visual Composer on static pages doesn’t work properly and using 1/6 + 4/6 + 1/6 col results in centre column being pushed to the left.
5. How can I add a Slider Revolution in a new zone so it just shows on my posts?
6. Logo size – it looks blurred when bigger than 270px width (which is very limiting).
Really hope you can help ASAP.

Hey – How can I remove the links in the mobile web footer.
Virendra, edit the homepage with TD composer. You will see HEADER MANAGER on the right side. Click and select the template. Now here you will get desktop size and mobile size with sticky option. Click all 4 options and accordingly change logo and other settings. I hope this helps.
I have enabled the mobile theme plugin and activated the theme but it is not showing in the theme panel. Please assist urgently.

I’ve checked and all the server settings are the more than the minimum correct settings, I’ve bumped up the memory settings to 256MB and I still can’t save any settings in the theme panel-mobile, footer, etc. Let me know what to try next.

I cant seem to accomplish the following instruction for installation:
top grid – displays 3 featured posts (posts included in the Featured Category)
I dont see the Featured Category in my list of categories so that I can set some of the posts under this category
Here is a list of all the plugins we have. Please let me know if you know of any that can cause a conflict and show a “broken image” icon at the bottom of every article. Otherwise please let me know how to remove that icon!

bi-haber.com does not open on mobile (timed_out) when opening on the desktop . What could be the mistake.
On desktop we have the tags above the article, but on mobile (we use Mobile + AMP) they are below the article. Is there a way to move them towards the top on mobile as well?

The bug mentioned in this topic about the button video pop-up bug on mobile (the browser scrolling all the way up, and having to scroll down to see the video) unfortunately still exists and it has been 3 updates later already without a fix (as far as I can see). I have lots of pages planned for release on October 1st, and all those pages are structured in such a way that the video pop-up button plays an important role.

Using cloud header templates you can customize all the 4 states of the header, desktop default and sticky, and mobile default and sticky. While editing the header in the composer all you have to do is to activate these modes one at a time and customize them

Note that those toggles are just to activate the sticky modes in the composer, not enable/disable the sticky mode of the cloud header. If a sticky version is not needed, you can toggle the sticky mode to on in the composer and remove all the elements from it.

I’ve successfully changed the header to show my logo but whenever you scroll down on any page and the slim/following menu appears it still says “NEWSPAPER” and, for the life of me, I can’t find where to change that. It’s doing this on both mobile and full sized browser. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I modified a page with the TD Composer.
Then I modified the content in the Mobile Editor but it tries to save indefinitely and never really saves the modifications, even after many minutes.
I cleaned everything with WP-Optimize, emptied all caches… same!
