I used the above code in the Custom CSS and the changes I wanted happened but only for desktop. The mobile didn’t get the changes. How can I make the changes show on mobile? http://www.insideEko.com
That’s not the solution to the problem. The problem is that AMP ads are showing. When I access https://riansclub.com/?amp ads are showing. What that means that there is no issue with ads. Why the website is not redirecting to amp version in mobile.
Hi,
If you are using a cloud template on desktop and you want to have the same layout on mobile version, please make sure that the mobile theme plugin is deactivate.
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!
It worked – thank you!
I have some more questions:
Do I need to add preconnect and google analytics lines to the mobile theme separately or does it happen automatically?
Hi @arivibez,
Please check this topic for load more button -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-help-homepage-different/?view=all#post-304183
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
If you want to have ea different layout on mobile version, you can use the mobile theme plugin, but this will not achieve what you need.
What you can do is to use flex blocks on responsive version of the theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OzVL0rhkNg -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2kQdy6NBZNY
Thank you!
Hello,
I have configured the header of my web with a cloud template, but in the mobile version I can not see the ad that I have placed in the header. How can I solve that?
Thank you
Hi,
I believe that happens because of caching. Logged users will not be given a cached version of the website, while others will see it cached. What caching are you using? Some caching plugins or settings from them will cause problems for the mobile theme.
We recommend where possible to use the WP super cache – https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
This should work fine with the mobile theme.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
That happen because you have install the mobile theme plugin, if you want to have the layout of your desktop please deactivate the mobile theme plugin -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KqeMPMQKeSlG
Thank you!
Hi,
1. I checked the website https://www.fossguru.com with Safari, looks fine for me
– http://prntscr.com/och6nb
For me there is no top red bar as in your screenshot. Does it maybe appear only when being logged in?
2/3. I tested the website with the mobile friendly tool – http://prntscr.com/ochew7 everything looks in order now. Those issues are usually detected when the website loads slow, or there is a delay before the CSS loads. Without the CSS, elements are detected as too close together, small text font etc. While actually there is no visual problem accessing the website and browsing it, Google can see it as an issue.
That is why for increased performance on phones we recommend the mobile theme plugin
– https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
This plugin will receive many more settings and options in coming updates. You can see how it looks and works in this live theme demo which has the plugin active
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/ (check with phone or mobile emulator).
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry was may mistake you was referring to the Mobile horizontal menu with single line menu option, I’ve tested this option and for me is working normally.
-> http://www.filedropper.com/whatsappvideo2019-07-09at102322
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme plugins and child theme ( if you are using ), clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect your menu.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please note that the AMP version is different from the mobile version. Please note that AMP version comes when your possible users find your website on Google Search and come from there to your mobile version. Your website behavior is correct and the AMP functionality works as expected. For more information about AMP functionality, please check here -> https://blog.branch.io/accelerated-mobile-pages-what-is-amp-and-what-does-it-mean-for-your-mobile-business to know more details about how it works
Thank you!
Hi,
I see you are using a cloud header template. With these headers you can customize the desktop and the mobile version of the header.
Edit the cloud header template with the composer, and select the mobile viewport
– http://prntscr.com/ocg2r2
Then customize the mobile version of the header as needed.
You can also customize the sticky version of both desktop and mobile header. While editing the template activate the sticky version – http://prntscr.com/ocg3gi
This option will activate the sticky mode in the composer, not actually enable/disable the sticky mode for the website.
If you don’t want a sticky header, remove all the elements from the sticky mode
– http://prntscr.com/ocg3yk
Here is some more information about cloud headers – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
I have checked your website on mobile and I saw the strange theme behavior, sorry! In major cases, that behavior appears when you are using such an optimization tool or such a plugin which has this functionality. I saw that you are using the Speed Booster which seems to be more problematic in the last period and thatțs why I recommend you to disable it, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Another reason, in this case, might be your CDN configuration. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Also, you can provide your CPanel access so we can make some deeper investigations. Provide the link of this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thank you!

Além disso, de modificar os posts relacionados, deixar na lingua nativa do site.

Hello, when I bought the layout I saw that in the mobile version the site was as in image 1. However, when I install the complete demo on my site it appears in image 2.
Why this difference? I liked how it is in image 1 (same as what I bought).

Hello sir, I have brought two license key for my two websites namely https://www.ubuntupit.com and https://www.fossguru.com. With the site of ubuntupit, I don’t have any problem but with fossguru, I am facing multiple problems which I am going to mentioned below one by one:
1. While I am browsing the site on Safari browser on my mac, I am seeing a long horizontal like just at the location of the top panel. Screenshot – https://drive.google.com/open?id=1iGwY7TykrkQHHOHI4bMGNT_xIYEBkcPp
2. I am getting multiple errors in Google Search Console. Screenshot – https://drive.google.com/open?id=1drZobkFp57nZ4-MRJ95BRqwcge4OYUc8
3. In Google search engine, the site is marked as not mobile friendly. Screenshot – https://drive.google.com/open?id=1HNbiCHeKUz-0T9KjRuZKIERl3Do-w9u-
I need the help urgent as this site is live. If you need I am ready to provide the necessary credentials and license keys. Thanks in Advance.
Hum… my mobile menu was fine 🙂 ! But perhaps you saw it before I finished it!
But I’m affraid you didn’t answer my really main question about the first sub-menu going under the second menu (see my former screenshot that show you the problem…
I’m affraid we encounter frontend problem now… because of the server issue… so you can’t see it live.
Hi, since the Mobile Theme plugin has so much you can’t customize, I had to disable it. Everything looks great now but I cannot find the way to disable the sing in / join buttons on the menu. The header manager won’t open the menu itself and provides no customization. How can I remove the sign in option?
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile ad works now, but the ad itself isn’t sticky, just the header? How do I make the ad/content sticky?
I checked the “Sticky” option on the column/row of the ad, but it’s not sticking?

If I access my blog https://riansclub.com on mobile , AMP ads are not showing. But if i type https://riansclub.com/?amp , then the amp ads are showing.
How to solve this problem? Because by default if anyone visit the website it will just show http://riansclub.com without the amp extension.
Hello. I want to ask why my logo is not working on mobile version
my url: http://kabarmuhammadiyah.com
Please help me out guys.
If you try with inspector in chrome in mobile size it works ok, but if you slide in mobile it doesn’t work properly. I’m sure is some issue.
