Hi,
I don’t currently have the AMP plugin active but I do have the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin active. I don’t know if I should activate the amp plugin and in which cases I should do it.
On the other hand, I’m currently working with WP-Rocket but I see that you recommend another cache plugin like super cache, is it worth making the change?Setup
Thanks

Hi guys,

on the Modal Title (I use the modal for mobile menu) I found a h3 tag (sits here: .tdm-pmh-title). For seo aspects I want to remove it. How can I achieve this? There is no option in the settings.

Thank you
Carolin

Just to give you more information, I did as you suggested : I deactivated the mobile plugin. This is now the setup of my header in Newspaper theme setup : https://imgur.com/w7xijUc

Awesome ! Thank you so much for the very detailed response.

Still a question : I managed to fix everything on the mobile, except the menu :

I have added a mobile menu into my mobile responsive version of my homepage. Yet, when I fix a target menu, the menu will not open. Any idea on that ?

Thank you so much for your help 🙂

Hello,

You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please disable it.
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Thank you!

Dear support team,
I’m using the newspaper theme and I have a weird behavior on my homepage, whether I display the homepage on a laptop or on a mobile device.

– On my mobile, the homepage looks like this : https://imgur.com/IMuGKrr
– On my laptop, the homepage lloks like this : https://imgur.com/MHJEjgE

As you can guess, I need to have my homepage look like the version on the laptop.
Is there a setting that I’ve missed ? I do not want to have a different homepage on mobile and laptop

Thanks a lot,

Emma

Hi, please see this page(set as modal). Please also see the home page
and any other post in desktop and mobile view.

Screenshots here.

Request: please delete the links from here once you have seen the message. Thank you!

Hey @Anamaria,

I have, but it is not helping to add that to the page (set as modal) header.

I have also created a mobile-page for the homepage and added a separate header to that, but it doesn’t display there either.

The only way I can get the popup sign in to work is by switching on mobile menu from the theme panel — but I don’t like that layout as I cannot customise it.

Hello,

Have you created a modal for the mobile menu? If yes, you can add the login element to the page there.

Thank you!

Hello,

The mobile theme doesn’t work with cloud templates, only mobile responsive and mobile pages.

Thank you!

Hi,

This usually happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, the mobile theme version can be delivered instead. Please check the setting to enable mobile cache https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/

Thank you!

Hiya,

After a bit of help please.

Currently seeing my site homepage – https://www.thexboxhub.com/ – being forced on desktop in mobile design to visitors.

Seems to be fine for anyone logged in, but shows as mobile to those not.

Any ideas please?

Thanks.

Hello,

I have added the header-login (popup one) to my site’s header and on the desktop it works fine.

How can I get it to appear on mobile screens (I’ve turned off mobile menu from theme panel) in which am using only the header logo + a hamburger icon to open a custom list of topics (via page ID modal).

Hello,

Please can try to use this code .td-woo-review h3 {
margin-top: -10px;
}

The code should be set in the theme panel > custom code> advance css > phone section if you want only for mobile to apply.

Thank you!

I am not using the tagDiv Mobile Theme, just tried to activate it but immediately deactived it when I saw it look bad.

So I am happy with how the Mobile responsive looks like. The only thing is that i measured the speed rate of my web in the PageSpeed Insights and the performance of mobile is 59 (while the desktop one is 90).

So I really want to improve it and I am not able.

There seems to be a large space that comes before your order heading. I want to find out if it possible to reduce or remove it on mobile section.

Thank you

Hello,

As you said in the other topic, you have activated the tagdiv mobile theme plugin, and maybe there is that mobile version.
Also, please provide the link to your website and some screenshots.

Also, clear your cache.

Hi

I tried to activate the tagDiv Mobile Theme but when I activate it suddenly the web look very bad. I like how it looks when it’s not activated but I’d like to activate it to have a lighter and faster version…

I guess that was a short fix, the mobile site is back to not being able to save my changes. When I go into TagDiv and hit save, it fixes it temporarily. How do I get it so my changes save permanently?
Thanks!

I have created a nice homepage with ‘Cloud Templates,’ but when I activate the ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme,’ it doesn’t work on mobile devices. Can I use this homepage and have the articles display with the ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’ instead?
