Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized.

Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/

There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us, you could check some of them

Hi,

Please provide your website URL so we can take a closer look at it. Please notice that if you are using TD Composer for pages, the AMP will not render them on mobile and will do not work anymore. Please check the documentation from here -> https://tagdiv.com/blazing-fast-websites-how-to-optimize-amp-with-newsmag-theme/

Thank you!

I figured it out eventually. My host’s (Siteground) “SG Optimizer” function has an option “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources – Removes version query strings from your static resources improving the caching of those resources” which seems to cause it. Once I disabled it, the pagination started working.

The option was enabled before, so there is some conflict with the new Newspaper.

Hi guys good morning.
I will need to make a protocol change of our website http://www.cidademarketing.com.br – to ensure better visibility in Google.
Is there any specific theme relationship with this type of change? Will my already published and indexed addresses on Google be affected !? If so, is there a tool within the theme that helps me optimize this? Thank you so much for the help.

From the last 4 updates https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=ro&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.vdtonline.com%2F i see my website on mobile don’t have speed. and from the last updates speed boster i do’t can install because it’s one problem.

Multumesc frumos !!!!

I did some additional testing. The theme itself works fine. However tagDiv once I enable tagDiv Composer the issue appears. I have disabled autoptimize and WP-Supercache in my testing enviroment.

Hi,

In that case, please notice that your images do not have the right size and that’s why you bring these results. The thumbnail size has 324*235px. You can try to change and load another image, regenerate them using the Thumbnails Regenerate or Force Regenerate, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using some plugins to optimize your images, please remove all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.

Thank you!

I just saw that in this update there has been an optimization of the core code… I haven’t updated yet, I’ll try LOCAL first, but I see that more than 600 files have been optimized and deleted. My question is for those who have updated the theme… has improved the score on Google Speed and pigdom test ? thank you.

Earlier this month I posted regarding the loss of revenue on my site due to the current theme update. I requested for version 9.5 and Bogdan send me the files.

Immediately after the downgrade, my Adsense started to stabilize and my CPC is going back up again.

90% of my traffic is mobile and that contributes largely to my Adsense Earnings.

Lessons from this

1. The Tagdiv AMP plugin is better than the official WordPress AMP Plugin. The WordPress AMP plugin has many errors and I noticed my site speed was slow and some of the keywords went down.

2. The new integration of Mobile + AMP does not work well for me especially with Adsense. Adsense has AMP Ads well optimized for AMP. The new combination of AMP + Mobile theme limits me to one kind of Ads. I set that up and Google asked me to convert the non-AMP Ads to AMP Ads. (If tag div insists on this new setup, can we have space for AMP Ads? – Not the Auto AMP Ads section)

3. Site Speed – The WordPress AMP Plugin is not well optimized

4. I am a worried person because I don’t see upgrading to the newer versions of the theme. I will be left with the old theme with a plugin that no one wants to update (tag div amp plugin and mobile plugin).

CPC Change

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you want to read other views from our users, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tip-how-to-easily-minify-your-css-without-breaking-your-site/
Also, check all of your Ad Spots and if you have entered any suspicious code through them, remove all of them and check the results without them.

Hey guys,

What’s the best SEO practice for the /tdb_templates/ pages?

I have a ‘lawn care’ category page that I’ve created and optimised for SEO but that has created the URL: https://www.gardenseeker.com/tdb_templates/lawn-care/

But there’s also the actual category page: https://www.gardenseeker.com/lawn-care/ – this isn’t optimised because there’s no content on it as the content comes from the /tdb_page/

So how do I optimize this from an SEO standpoint?

I’m using Yoast.

Thanks

Ben

Hello Bogdan,

Thank you for the heads up regarding wp rocket. For now, I’ll guess I’ll stick with wp supercache but I seem to have problems using it with cloudflare.

Wp Super cache only works with cloudflare if I have cache page http headers with page content enabled.

Autoptimize on the other hand seems to break my site so I guess I have to tweak it some more.

Thanks. If you have any suggestions, I’m all ears!

Hello,

We received lots of issues regarding wprocket so please be careful when using this plugin. We recommend wp super cache as the base cache plugin. You can maybe try autoptimize with the default settings as we received far less complaints regarding autoptimize. Neither one of them is officially tested though so tread lightly.

Thank you!
